• Michelle (9/5): - We loved our stay here. We enjoyed the quiet and the roof terrace. Others would not like the distance from the main town but we had a car so this was fine with us although there were not so many good eating out options within walking distance. However, the apartment was great and we enjoyed cooking for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen. There were two large supermarkets very close by and another mini one open until late on Sunday. Would highly recommend this apartment. The lock on the front door was a little tricky to open at times.

• Kirby (7/5): Nice apartment, with lovely pool and good space. Too hot at night with no air conditioning. - The apartment is located about a kilometre from the main town, but is just a short walk from 2 large supermarkets and a few local bars which are all very good. The apartment is quite spacious, and very clean with 2 good sized bedrooms and a very nice large bathroom. The lounge/diner has a sofa and armchair chair along with a dining table and chairs and small kitchen area with enough equipment to prepare a meal if you're self catering. The outside space is large, with table, chairs and umbrella, there is also a roof terrace where you can look out across the town and out to sea. The pool on site was excellent and not very busy. For a family of 3 or 4 it's a good base to explore the island from or just enjoy Corralejo. Our main criticism is that there is no air conditioning in the apartment. We assumed that most places would have this as standard, so it's on us for not checking properly. Unfortunately at night, even with the windows open it was far too hot to sleep. There was one fan provided, but we needed two as we were using both bedrooms. We did request a second fan but there was not one available. The roof terrace could be a great space but there were no seats, it would have been nice in the evening to sit up there with a drink.

• Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - I have stayed here several times before so I knew what to expect. Casa Girasole is comfortable and private. It is located about 5 mins walk from Lidl and Mercadona. There is a lovely view of Lobos Island from the roof terrace. The swimming pool is really clean and usually very quiet. Any questions I had, were answered quickly. When I had issues with my shuttle bus , they quickly arranged a taxi for me. I would definitely stay here again. There are no parasols at the swimming pool but this is NOT the fault of Casa Girasole.

Clean comfortable home, with sheltered private terrace. 5 minute walk to 2 large supermarkets and 3 restaurants, 10 minutes to other bars and restaurants. Town and beaches 25 minutes walk. Would be nice to have furniture on roof terrace
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and tidy, if you follow the instructions with images given it's pretty easy to find and get in, was very clean, nice modern kitchen and bathroom, was a 10 minutes walk from restaurants etc Beds were a bit hard and squeaky but this is all I could really find to pick on, everything else spot on
• Valerij (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was superbly appointed, Pristinely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make excellent holiday and more. Big size bathroom with good shower, washing mashine and good equipped kitchen. The views from the roof terrace were amazing. There is a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds. The complex is secure and located in a quiet location with 5 minutes walking distance to Lidl supermarket. Our host was super helpful and even allowed us a late checkout due to a late evening flight. Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation, we will back in the near future!
• Adam (7/5): Missing facilities from what was stated on booking.com - Great location. Communal pool area clean and tidy and quiet most days until 5.00pm. Great property for what we paid for 2 weeks. Found communication with agency not fluid and replies could take a number of days. Double bed not in great repair as very noisy when getting in and out of bed. No sunbeds on the roof solarium as shown in photos, we did contact agency and told broken by last resident and owner had not agreed to have them replaced. No toaster as stated in facilities. At times can get warm in the villa but no aircon and not even a fan provided property.
• Kate (7/5): Lovely stay in Fuerteventura; apartment was a good, reasonably priced based for exploring the area. - We had a lovely time in Fuerteventura (such a beautiful place and a lovely climate). The apartment was in a good location, great outside space (for a 2 bed apartment) and a really good shower. Nice colour scheme used (fresh, not old fashioned) & a bright functional kitchen. The apartment was walking distance to 2 good supermarkets and eating places - it was good value for money based on it being week 1 of the school holidays. The apartment was a good base for exploring Corralejo. The apartment was very basic. No toaster, no lamps in the lounge, the beds were uncomfortable and creaked to the point they woke me up every time me or my partner turned. The sheet was too small for the double bed & had a hole in it. No information booklet on local attractions / restaurants. In my opinion, a few additions (at minimal cost), would have turned a functional apartment for a week away, into a repeat stay, these are: - A BBQ - it would have been really nice to enjoy cooking outside, as opposed to in the kitchen (something we rarely get to do in the UK due to the weather)! - A couple of big plants (even faux) in big pots outside & something on the walls would have softened the rather stark outside areas. - Replacement and additional tables and chairs / sunchairs outside - they passed their best a long time ago. - A basic 'welcome' pack i.e. some milk, bread, coffee would have been nice (we appreciated the small bottle of water and toilet roll however, given we arrived very late, it was a shame to have nothing for the morning)! - Instructions on how to operate the shutters and the TV would have been good! - A curtain or blinds on the front door would have helped to keep the apartment cool. - The curtain in the main bedroom is hanging off the wall & needs fixing, as does the shelf in the hallway. All of the above is 'constructive criticism' and should these adjustments be made, we would be sure to make a repeat visit :)

• Michael (7/5): We love staying here / and we would definitely stay again if the beds were changed for nice comfortable ones - The villa was lovely nice and clean the kitchen was very good, the bathroom was amazing We really loved the roof terrace The beds were ( REALLY ) uncomfortable and noisy we didn’t get much sleep 🛌 😴 The sunbeds on the roof terrace were dirty and old and uncomfortable , The table on the roof terrace was rusty and one of the legs disintegrated so I had to put a rock 🪨 under to keep it steady while we used it for our dining . Possibly some nice outdoor furniture on the roof terrace with cushions would be a fantastic addition ➕ a hot tub on the ground floor would just be perfect No cleaning products in the cupboard
• Ann (8/5): We had a wonderful holiday in the sun. We would book again, and have renamed the property “ Two Cups”. 😂 - Fantastic outside space, exceptional views from sun terrace. The overall complex was very good and well maintained. Within easy walking distance of Two supermarkets. Very basic outside furniture. The cutlery and crockery could have been better quality.

• Minna (8/5): Lovely quiet winter sun break - Great sun terrace on the roof and lovely bathroom were the best features of the inside space, although no fault found at all since its a modern apartment with two souble bedrooms.. Safe quiet complex. Weather happened to be bit too windy and cool for enjoying the pool area daily, spent only one afternoon there on my own. Very nice and decent size pool. Really nice place with couple of cute cats miaowing good mornings to you :) quite a distance to old town obviously as shown on the map. Supermarkets and nice cafe nearby were great. Cooked some nice dishes from fish counter produce as kitchen was fully stocked. Would've loved to stay another week! Table and chairs on roof terrace would be a nice addition, its a large space. Sunloungers were comfy though. Dustpan and brush would be handy for guests to tidy up as you go but did find the cleaning cupboard and used the broom. Since there was a lot of sand blowing in from the terrace.
• Lee (7/5): Interior of villa lovely. Outside terraces including roof and furniture not great. - The interior is as the photos and we'll equipped. Good shower, plenty of hot water. The exterior and terraces need attention. The sun loungers were old and rusty and could not be used. Road noise at night and neighbouring dogs barking at night.
• Gosia (9/5): Superb - I stay in Casa Girasole for 9 days with my husband and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the place, has everything we need. Also swimming pool was very nice. We loved the patio and terrace with the nice view, perfect for morning coffee.

The patio had a lovely table and umbrella for shade from the sun. It was great to have a washing machine. There is a lovely swimming pool at the apartment which was usually quiet. The apartment was secure with shutters on the windows. The complex is quiet with lovely gardens.. Was near 2 good supermarkets. Owner responded quickly to my messages. Was on the Canary Shuttle route which dropped us to the entrance. Would definitely stay here again. The complex NOT THE OWNER could enhance the pool area with umbrellas to protect guests from the sun.

• Dawn (8/5): Casa Girasole Los Abanicos development - Lovely bright house. Spacious roof terrace with good views. Good pool. Well kept gardens. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets. Nearby restaurants. Sofa not too comfy. No terrestrial TV channels. You will need your own Amazon prime / Netflix account.
