• Hermer (8/5): Médio. - A localização é muito boa, próximo a supermercado, bares, restaurantes e cafeterias. Não havia pano de pratos na cozinha, ou algo para secar as mãos, e a bancada fica muito molhada ao lavar os pratos. Os travesseiros são muitoo altos, acordei com torcicolo, senti dor pelos 3 dias. Não tem copos, ou taças, apenas xícaras. O banheiro não tem suporte para produtos, tem que colocar no chão durante o uso, também não há um suporte para toalhas. Wi-Fi não conectava pois a senha informada estava incorreta, e o fogão não ligava, quando reclamei do fogão me enviaram a senha correta. O disjuntor do fogão não estava ligado, só consegui fazer o almoço por volta das 16 horas. Quando entrei em contato me informaram apenas que estava desligado, eu mesma liguei, e cerca de meia hora depois me mandam um homem para verificar sem ao menos aviso prévio, quando o técnico chegou eu estava no banho, e já havia resolvido o problema, até mesmo já havia almoçado. No meu último dia, o interfone do apartamento tocou várias vezes pela tarde, e início da noite, eu não esperava por ninguém então não sei quem poderia ser.

• Paulina (10/5): Fajne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji - Mieszkanie dobrze zlokalizowane, blisko sklep, stacja metra, spokojna okolica. Dobrze wyposażone, fajne dla pary. Brakowało mi szklanek i kieliszków do wina, były tylko kubki i filiżanki. Nie był to problem ale podniosłoby komfort mieszkania. Przydałaby się też wymiana patelni bo jest już trochę zniszczona.

Podes manejarte en tranvía .Instalaciones con todo lo necesario y los anfitriones respondieron rápidamente a nuestras consultas . Hasta nos hicieron recomendaciones donde comer . Tal vez agregar algunos detalles como : jabón de lavar ropa , servilletas de papel, sobres de té

• Olga (7/5): Agradable - Ubicación y tranquilidad El dormitorio en alto y la limpieza… había polvo en el cabecero de la cama y en el mueble de la TV. El baño tenía perchero para las toallas oxidado y la ducha tenía mucha cantidad de cal, el agua le costaba trabajo salir… lo limpiamos nosotros. El calentador de agua tenía el mismo problema… muy sucio con muchas manchas de cal.

• Elena Veronica (10/5): Magnifico appartamento pian terreno con soppalco! Super consigliato!!! - Appartamento nuovo di zecca. Non ho fatto foto perché non ero in modalità "turista", avendo soggiornato lì per un intervento nella vicinissima clinica Villa Letizia. Comunque le foto del sito corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. È tutto perfetto, nuovissimo, bianco candido e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci hanno anche lasciato fare il check out a mezzogiorno. È a pian terreno, si entra dalla strada, si arriva in un cortile interno e li c'è l' appartamento. Il letto matrimoniale, comodissimo, si trova sul soppalco. Con tanto di coperta, trapunta se avete freddo. Al piano terreno c'è cucina con forno a induzione, macchina caffè in cialde, teiera, frigo con piccolo freezer, tutti i contenitori già pronti per la raccolta differenziata! Ci sono piatti, posate, tazzine bellissime, aria condizionata, TV, ferro da stiro persino e aspirapolvere mocho e lavatrice!! Se abitassi a Milano vorrei una casa così! Proprio pulita che sa di nuovo e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il custode è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa voi abbiate bisogno. La notte c'è silenzio e si dorme benissimo! Per la mia esigenza particolare (operazione) avrei preferito un divano letto a pian terreno, ma ho dormito comunque bene sul divano mettendo un lenzuolo. Perché se sei alto/a come me non riesci a dormire sul divano con le gambe stese. Ad ogni modo su dalla scala a chiocciola c'è un bel letto matrimoniale! Per i futuri ospiti: se come me amate il buio totale la notte, portatevi via una mascherina per gli occhi per la luce mattutina ☺️

• Marianne (8/5): Very good - The location was very convenient. Next door to a famous restaurant in Milan. The area is very charming. Grocery store wss just around the corner. Having the washer/dryer was helpful. All the basic needs were provided. Very spacious for a solo traveler. The apartment smelled like cleaning supplies when I first arrived, very sterile. There is only 1 window above the entry and a fan in the bathroom, so airing out the smell of the chemicals took a while. But at least i knew it was clean.

Beautiful location and tram stop just outside property so it’s so super easy to get around Milan. Loads of cooking facilities just an absolutely perfect property don’t have a bad word to say about it! So clean, so well lit, fantastic safe location and beautifully designed inside. We had an incredible stay!

• Raphaële (8/5): Lovely and quiet place - Lovely quiet place with an easy access to the heart of the City. Very confortable bed. Very clean overall. Coffee machine and tea facilities. Everything you need in the kitchen. The size of the boiler, it was not possible to shower and wash my hair at the same time. A tea towel is needed. A new and strong bath towel rack is needed.

• Elmas (4/5): Not offical working facility - I did not have any problems with the accommodation, but they did not give me an invoice even though I informed them both before and after that I wanted an invoice. First they said that Booking would invoice, not them, and they asked me to contact Booking even though it shouldn't be like that. When I talked to Booking, they said that the facility should issue the invoice and a representative from Booking contacted the facility and requested an invoice. The facility uploaded a document that was not an invoice to the request and closed the request. Then, they deleted past conversations from the WhatsApp accounts they used for support throughout the trip and blocked me!

• Anastasiia (6/5): Overall nice stay besides the problem with water and window - I liked the location because it’s close to the center and close to metro and tram stops so it was easy to get to any point in the city, Hot water was running out very quick so it was impossible to have shower for 2 people one after another, even for 1 person got water was finishing very fast. There are NO standard windows, only one above the door to get some fresh air

• Ching (10/5): I had the most lovely quaint stay in Milan and it had been a romantic day filled with adventure, new found friendship an - It has everything required for a solo traveler (one day). The instructions are well written and easy to follow. The owner is always available on communication. The bed is spacious and clean. The shower has limited reserve tank for hot water, so do not use it for too long otherwise water will turn cold. Other than that, everything was superb.

• Ageils (10/5): Beautiful apartment in heart of Milan - Valentina was an amazing host. She was always available and responded promptly to all of our questions. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, charming, and equipped with everything we needed. Moreover, its proximity to Duomo was a major advantage, as it only took us 15 minutes to get there. Additionally, the area surrounding the house boasted a variety of wonderful restaurants. Without a doubt, we will definitely return.

The apartment is really secure, in a very safe neighbourhood and includes all amenities you would need/want in an apartment. The host is so pleasant to deal with and all information was easy to understand.
