- Vincenza (8/5): é stato un piacevole soggiorno di una notte, con un’ottima posizione e staff accogliente - ottima posizione, a 5 minuti dalla stazione e a 10 minuti dal centro. stanza piccola ma accogliente e con riscaldamenti fortunatamente, il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile, ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli lì dopo il check out e usare la toilet della reception per un urgenza una volta ripresi. Cambierei magari le luci nella stanza in luci fredde quelle principali e calde e soffuse le lampade, i cuscini troppo sottili metterei al massimo altri 2 cuscini più alti per chi non si trova con quelli bassi, abbiamo usato solo quello più grande in due.

Ci sono un bollitore in camera e un piccolo frigo. Comodissimi Non è adatto alle persone con difficoltà motorie o anziane. L'hotel è al secondo piano.Hanno installato un ascensore/montacarichi ma entrano una persona con una valigia o due persone senza valigia e in fila indiana. È molto stretto, quasi claustrofobico e molto lento, quindi bisogna averne contezza. Meglio di niente ma meglio sapere.

- Tara (10/5): A hidden gem at the heart of Florence - Staff was super friendly and kind. The location if at the heart of Florence. They gave us a room with a beautiful view of Santa Maria. The room was clean and room service was excellent.
- Marta2307 (8/5): Buena ubi, instalaciones pero mal olor - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación y de trattorias para comer bien. La cama era cómoda, bien aislada del ruido de la calle. Tenía un hervidor de agua, una neverita y algunas cositas para picar. Estabamos en la habitación 1 y habia mal olor, a cañerías, no salía del baño, estaba en la habitación, teniamos que abrir la ventana pero entraba frio, era desagradable. No había espejo de cuerpo entero.

Je n'ose imaginer deux personnes pouvant y cohabiter. Les cloisons doivent être minces car on entend tout des voisins. Dans la salle de bains l'eau chaude est très longue à venir avec une pression insuffisante. Il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet pour le deuxième lit. Etc...

- ceci (10/5): súper recomendable !!!! - el lugar es muy cómodo, super bien ubicado, la persona que nos recibió super amable, creo que estaría bien ayudar un poco mas con la señalización para encontrar el espacio, pero lo super recomiendo puede mejorar las instrucciones para llegar ya que nos costó encontrar el hotel y el wi fi no era muy bueno

- isabel (7/5): - La ubicación cerca de la estación. El ascensor era muy pequeño y lento, tiene un cartel que indica que solo entra una persona y una valija. Había toallas manchadas, la cama mal hecha y faltaban artículos de aseo. El extractor del baño se prendía automáticamente al prender la luz, al apagarla el mismo continuaba prendido por varios minutos haciendo un ruido bastante molesto en la noche y no había forma de apagarlo manualmente.
- Tobias (9/5): Perfekte Lage!!! - Die Lage ist ein Traum! Super nahe am Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella (ca. 7 min zu Fuß) und ebenso nahe zum Dom. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Reihe an tollen Lokalen. Auch die Markthalle ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft - ein Must See in Florenz. Aufpassen muss man mit den Schlüsselkarten: Wenn man die Karte aus der Vorrichtung im Zimmer zieht, ist der gesamte Strom im Appartement ausgeschaltet. Es funktionieren dann auch keine Steckdosen und somit auch der Kühlschrank nicht.

Chambre tout en long pas très pratique Mauvais rapport qualité/prix ...un peu rattrapé par la localisation, les biscuits et la gentillesse du réceptionniste de jour.
