• David (1/5): Holiday From Hell - Great view from terrace So much but here we go Property was dirty, awful smell from shower drain that never went away and was also present in both bedrooms. Was reported in a previous review and was assured problem was sorted Damp patches and mould on walls, wardrobes and windows Light fittings with exposed wiring and bedroom light switch coming away from the wall Heavily corroded tap and shower fittings No lock on bathroom door (4adults) Drawer unit in kitchen that collapsed on itself when you opened a drawer No working outside terrace light even though I was told it was sorted before confirming my booking Had no alternative but to move my family out of this nightmare apartment and into another apartment at my expense the next day Have taken over 50 photos but only allowed to add 4 Unbelievably Booking.com have refused to help with getting me a refund The owner has said he’s not going to pay anything although I only stayed for one night of the twelve nights booked Booking.com say there’s nothing they can do and their only solution was for me to give a bad review to help future holiday makers from making a bad choice That would imply they’re still intending on advertising this apartment in the future You have to ask what’s the point of Booking.com if when an owner advertises a property in such poor condition on their platform but say their helpless to be able to offer a refund even when given such comprehensive proof of the unacceptable conditions Please avoid booking this apartment at all costs The owner said he fixed issues from January’s and March’s poor reviews and my mistake was trusting booking.com when they assured me all was now fine I still had the free cancellation option available to me before they said all issues were now fixed I’m now £1300 out of pocket and will continue to fight this David
• Eva (6/5): The sun was shining, the heaven was blue and the weather was lovely - Big apartment with a big terrace The beds was good It took us 5 days before we got à parasol to the terrace 😡 There were only one sun bed, without a mattresse, we were 2 grownup people There were no hairdryer There were no doors to the wardrobe, it was under the bed Difficult to take a shower because it was hot, hot, hot, it burns and when it stops to be hot hot, it was cold. The shower drain smells very bad The whole apartment needs to freshen up
• Michel (8/5): Perfect family stay for beach, restaurants and trips - Location, space, comfort ! Dishwasher, laundry machine, big terrace with shading options The beds could be a bit wider, parking a rental car close is a bit of a challenge
