• Sharon (4/5): This villa needs some refurbishment, has maintenance, outdoor cleaning and laundry issues - We paid for the pool to be heated and it was. It had a cover which meant the inside of the pool was clean and warm. The villa is in a good area, very close to the supermarket and a nice walk to the marina. Its detached and all on one level. The property is dated and there is a musty smell, one bedroom was slightly damp with plaster coming off the wall in the corner. The level of cleanliness of the outside areas was poor and grubby especially around the pool edge which were dirty. Inside, the quality of the bed linen and towels was poor with holes in the bed sheets and frayed towels. The cover on the sofa was grubby. It was cold when we arrived during the evening and with only a thin sheet we had to use blankets of which some smelt a bit sweaty and don't think they have ever been laundered. There were maintenance issues with one shower not staying in its holder so you had to hold it whilst showering and the other shower had a tray that didn't drain away and had been siliconed to death. Both bathrooms are in need of refurbishing. The laundry room smelt bad with a mouldy old highchair which I'm glad I hadn't bought children because it was unusable. On day 4 of a 10 day stay next door started major drilling work replacing all the outside tiles so it was impossible to sit outside and at this point we were offered a move to a better villa by the company. The cost of the villa was just under £2K and did not represent value for money.

Yra reikalingi daiktai maisto gamybai, indaplovė, skalbyklė, lauko grilis. Mums labai patiko viešnagė, ir čia sugrįžtume Šaltokas baseinas, bet žiemos metu tai suprantama, sulūžusi dušo galvutė pagrindinio miegamojo vonios kambaryje. Atnaujinti mikrobangę.

• séverine (9/5): - 3 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain, terrasse et piscine Le matelas du lit double, et l'absence d'épicerie de base (sel, poivre, sucre)
• Petra (1/5): Kvôli čistote a mravcom neodporúčam! Ubytovanie bolo možné až od 16 a check out už o 10! A ešte aj požiadavky na vynesen - Poloha a vonkajší areál s bazénom a lehátkami. Veľmi slabé vybavenie. Paplóny žiadne, iba dve deky a plachta na zakrytie. Toaletný papier bol 1 kus na celý pobyt a to sme prišli na 5 dni! Mydlo v kúpeľni nebolo. V kuchyni nebol prostriedok do umývačky riadu a ani prostriedok na umývanie riadu! Panvica v katastrofálnom stave- teflón zoškrabaný- nebudem variť a jesť kusy karcinogénu! V kuchyni žiadne korenie, soľ a hlavne všetky nože boli tupé a nepoužiteľné! Bez možnosti nabrúsenia. A hlavne chrobáky! Všade extrémne veľa mravcov. V kuchyni všade! Nemohli sme nechať jedlo na stole ani v miestnosti, pretože do pečiva sa nám dostali mravce! Chodili všade- aj po stole v jedálni kde sme jedli a liezli nám do tanierov! V skrinkách na riad a príbor liezli tiež! Zo skrine nám vyletela moľa! Som rada, že už tam nie sme. Keď som v kuchyni dlhšie stála a čistila krevety- mravce mi liezli po nohách a štípali! Kúpeľňa bola s kusami plesne!

• Robert (7/5): It ticked all the boxes for our purpose as we used it mainly as a base, all in all ok - Fair villa for the money, we had a 4 night stay & it was comfortable enough & a nice quiet area. Aircon in each room(dated but working)Shops within easy walk & the harbour just 10-15 walk with some nice restaurants/bars, beach walks within moments. It’s a no frills villa, uncomfortable sofa, Bloody ants are a pain but not the owners fault just nature.
• Ian (9/5): overall we had a great stay and would recomend this villa and would like to stay again - The villa was great pool excellent a nice villa well positioned for shops sea front and harbour. The seating in the lounge could do with updating cant set the timer on microwave there are no digits so maybe a new one needed pillows a bit uncomfortable

• Mark (10/5): Loved it and would absolutely book it again!!! - We loved pretty much everything about the villa; it was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, 2 mins walk to the Superdino and some cafes, it got plenty of sun around the pool which was clean and a great temperature even in February (we asked for the pool heating to go on before we arrived which made it just right), the air con worked well, had lots of cooking utensils and glasses, etc. and the location was perfect for us. We had stayed on the other side of Playa Blanca and closer to the town before, but not really explored this area. It was seconds away from a good snorkelling beach and a wonderful coastal path that takes you to Marina Rubicon, where there are loads of great restaurants and you can continue past into the town. There were literally no cleaning or culinary consumables at the villa at all. Luckily, we always take a small amount of our own bits to save buying them at the supermarkets and we generally eat out so it's not much of a problem for us, but guests should be made aware of this as they would otherwise need to buy everything, ranging from salt/pepper/oil to washing up liquid/sponges/clothes/brushes to soap. It didn't bother us as we don't expect the owners to supplement our holidays, but it's just something to be aware of so future guests can prepare.
• Katharine (9/5): Beautiful apartment, lovely pool, minor point but bring your own Chromecast/Firestick - The property was perfect for our group of five. The small pool (heated for some "winter" months only) was delightful. The layout worked well, the apartment is very solidly built, no creaky badly fitted doors! Lots of kitchen utensils and plenty of glasses and crockery. Great place to dry clothes at back of house. Spotlessly clean everywhere. The location was a very short walk to a small cove, it's on the edge of the newer part of Costa Blanca, it worked well for us, being a quiet residential area, not party central. And we had a hire car which was parked on street easily, but could also have been parked in the apartments private drive if preferred. The apartment is enclosed by a high wall so it's very private. The TV had a problem, it was connected to the internet but you couldn't get Netflix or TV. We watched some stuff on YouTube that was all we could get working. When we mentioned it, the team sent out someone to have a look very quickly but they couldn't get it to work either. Had we known we could just have taken some DVDs as there is a DVD, or a Firestick/Chromecast would probably be easier. Its a smart TV and says it needs some kind of update to launch Netflix. Would have liked if there had been a few plants in the outdoors area, but that's just personal as it was very Spartan and cactus would fare well with low maintenance. There was no cooking basics in the apartment and hardly any cleaning products, except a loo roll in the loos and some hand soap there, (not even oil, vinegar, salt, washing up liquid was provided) we had taken some dishwasher tabs, so maybe take small supplies of things like that and some washing powder, if you book this place so you don't buy and leave whole packets just for a short stay.
• Andrea (8/5): Great accommodation, price a bit high. - Nice terrace and excellent facilities. Starter set of small household items like soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc. would be nice.
• Rachel (10/5): Fantastic family villa - Fantastic villa, very spacious, nice and clean upon arrival. Visited at new year so added bonus of the pool being heated. 3 good size bedrooms and an ensuite for the main bedroom. Kitchen facilities were good and lovely bbq area. Great location close to the beach and bars/restaurants, about 15 minute walk to the marina and another 5 to playa blanca main resort. I can't fault this villa. Will definitely book again.
