• Moses (5/5): As I said the bedrooms are really clean and the location is great. just that more needed to be done - The bedrooms are clean and the location is fantastic. More needs to be done in the Kitchen, the pots, the plates, and the cups look as if they were picked up on the street. We had to go look for a shop to buy disposable cups and plates for food, and the window blind in the kitchen is really dirty, which needs to be washed also. The bathroom shower needs to be fixed.

• Jake (6/5): - The house was decent, and relatively clean but it did seem like this was done very last minute, but nevertheless it was still clean enough, but it really does need some TLC. The owner seemed nice, he was present when we turned up and then just left us to it and said to call if we needed anything. Lovely guy! There is also shops and some fast food places downstairs under the house which was really helpful during the stay. Overall a good stay, just some small things that need some work. Thank you The beds were not comfortable, but we managed but my back is paying for it now lol! Ideally they need to get new beds and mattresses, freshen up the decor and fix broken cupboards in the kitchen. Monday morning we noticed there was a very strong smell of gas in the living room, this may also need looking at? But it was a good stay and crossed off what we needed but the property could do with a little fine tuning just to make it that bit better.

• Gemma (7/5): Met needs for what I wanted required some improvement - The property is situated between all the areas I wanted to visit. The sofa was stained and damaged could not sit comfortably for the 4 days I was there.

• Ilias (4/5): Spacious house that needs TLC - Large house with 3 bedrooms and spacious living room. Not far from the city centre. Local amenities. The manager (Richard) was very helpful and was trying to solve the problem that we faced. We were allowed to stay for extra 4 hours without paying additional charge. The boiler was broken and was not fixed during our stay. The heating engineer didn't arrive when he was supposed to arrive and I had to chase him. The house is close to a busy roundabout and it is quite noisy even during the night. The area outside the house (between the gate and the house door) was dirty. The house inside needs some TLC. The beds and mattresses were not very comfortable.
