• Christina (7/5): - Great staff, clean room and good breakfast. I had a small single bed on the 5th floor in a tiny room (clean and nice), but extremely hard bed, and the room was super cold! And when turning on the heating the element was quite noisy. Perhaps I was just unlucky with the room.

Room was clean and well furnished, comfortable bed, lovely shower, excellent food at the restaurant. Location was perfect for exploring and also a few mins walk from the station. Die Rezeption ist bereits um 18:00 geschlossen. Das Check in wird vom Restaurant Personal übernommen . Kein professioneller Empfang für so ein Hotel.

• Georgina (8/5): Very good location for business travel in this area - Great location close to Rheinfelden train station and very convenient for business Property was good and staff very pleasant. I was a late arrival and the receptionist Lydia had kindly left my key ready in the key box with instructions . One improvement would be to have some service available for late arrivals to have a sandwich/ beverage

Sehr gepflegt und wunderschöne Blumendeko im ganzen Haus. Herrliches Frühstück mit feinem Rührei und toller Auswahl Herzlicher Service durch eine Dame aus dem Badischen Mir hat Alles gefallen ein top * ** Hotel sehr zu empfehlen ich komme wieder mit bestem Dank U:Buchser

• Einat (9/5): מלון מודרני ונוח במיקום טוב - אהבנו את העיצוב המודרני, את הנוחות בחדר, את ארוחת הבוקר שלא היתה עמוסה בהיצע אבל היה כמעט הכל, כי חסרו לנו ירקות. אהבנו את היחס של הצוות שהיו מאירי פנים. מצאנו גם מסעדת פיצות לא רחוק וזה עזר מאוד. לדעתנו, חסרים קומקום, קפה ותה בחדר. היה קר ורצינו לשתות משהו חם.

• Beney007 (9/5): Wellness Weekend mit Solbad Sole Uno - Das Frühstück war ausreichend - vielfältig und sehr fein, sogar mit frischem Fruchtsalat (keine Konservenfrüchte)! Gratis-parkplätz vorhanden. Leider hat es keine Minibar...aber ein sehr schönes & grosses Zimmer mit eine tollen Dusche. Es scheint frisch renoviert worden zu sein! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Andrea (8/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. - Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freudlich und hilfsbereit. :-) Unsere Nachbaren (Familie mit Kinder) waren sehr, sehr laut. Ohne Rücksicht auf andere Hotelgäste, absolut respektlos. Das Hotel konnte aber nichts dafür.

Le persone nel grande terrazzo sopra il ristorante che hanno parlato ad alta voce fino a notte fonde e al mattino all'alba ve ne erano già delle altre. Non saprei dire se erano clienti o dipendendenti dello staff.

• Regina (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und wurde mit Schlafplatz, Wassernapf und Leckeries empfangen.

• Tanya (5/5): Very very basic and mediocre, Rheinfelden is a beautiful little town, and the hotel is one of three so they really could - Location I got a small shoebox of a room with no space to move and a single bed. The rooms are not air conditioned- the amenities are very very basic - one small bottle of water when I arrived and none the next day. A bottle of water cost me 11 Swiss francs!
• Chris (10/5): This hotel is an absolute gem and a hidden treasure within easy reach of Basel - Close to Basel by train, a very convenient oasis away from the heat, hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent rooms, efficient but friendly staff with old-world manners, a lovely setting amongst mature trees, and a delicious dinner outside in the cool of a summer’s evening. It was a pleasure to stay here. Our only quibble would be to make the bath towels a little larger and softer.

• Elly (8/5): Lovely stay, friendly staff, clean and good location - Close to train station, river Rhine and a short walk over the bridge into Germany. Staff were friendly and helpful . Fitness room was very small and hot but I appreciated they did have this facility. There wasn’t really enough space for more than 1 person. They did have lots of space for various physiotherapy rooms that didn’t appear to be in use and another studio room so perhaps they could move into larger area.

• Andrew (8/5): A modernised hotel in a good position. - Position within Rhenfelden Lighting in the room was minimalistic. No mirror over dressing table There were only two couples in the hotel during our weekend and they placed us in a room overlooking the railway station and Conference Centre. That weekend was the start of the February Carnival and drumming, saxaphone and trumpet sounds went on until 2:00am!!

(Room, breakfast & diner) And the room.... although its very clean and modern, I really don't understand that a single-bed in the room still exists..... Even my son of 16 won't sleep in a 90x200 bed anymore :-)

Public areas appeared clean and well maintained, with a modern look. Restaurant food was very nice and the waiting staff very engaging and friendly. Bedroom was clean, well equipped with good lighting controls. Rooms were compact (but perfectly ok for just sleeping in). Walls of the room are paper thin, so very noisy from guests in next room (could hear voices, sneezes, mobile phone ringing etc) - you will need earplugs.
