Ist gleichzeitig an einer sehr belebten Straße,perfekt zum Essen oder shoppen gehen. Es war super ruhig in der Nacht trotz der super zentralen Lage. Zimmer super geräumig für Tokio. -

• Elias (6/5): It was okay! - Location and size of the rooms! We had to leave the keys everytime we left, even if we just wanted to buy water at the machine outside. The bed was the hardest ever :-/

• Dejan (9/5): Convenient and nice - Great location, walkable to Sinjuku station. Convenient for a short stay. Retro furniture, but clean and comfortable. Tatami bed. Very quiet considering the location. Smell from the bathroom drains is a little unpleasant, but it can be solved with closed lids and bathroom doors. Also leaving the room’s key at the reception when going out its a bit strange.

• Steve (6/5): Ok for a night but not the best place - Close to yamanote line. Spacious room. Comfy bedding. Shitty pillow was uncomfortable. Bathroom was kind of gross. I found hair (I'm bald) routinely all over the bathroom room. And - I think the cleaner threw out my prescription. It was in a paper package and I couldn't find it....

• Abbey (10/5): Affordable and great location. 24hr front desk and free wifi. - Prime location and there was always someone working the front desk to help. We arrived later than expected and it was completely fine. Very affordable but it still had all the amenities needed. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese layout and style of our room. A 7 Eleven right around the corner too! It is a busy area so it wasn't completely quiet at night but this didn't bother us. It was quiet enough. Bear in mind, this is not a 5 star hotel so you get what you pay for in terms of comfort. Would definitely stay here again.

It is very close to the red light district. Lots of sketchy people around. The hotel and the room smelled horribly. We could not eat inside because it smelled so badly. It was noisy outside and hard to sleep. Beware of staying at this hotel. The hotel refused to give me a refund when I checked out after one day after paying for four.
• Carol (5/5): Good price but nothing to do within walking distance - Room was clean. We are people in our 70s and in quite good physical condition. Others might have an issue with the beds which were almost on the floor. Appreciated the kettle. This is a very old hotel and not updated so expect some interesting features. Shower was a hand held on a hook about 4 feet off the floor so only someone extremely short could use it as a stand up shower. For one night, we managed. Wifi was excellent. Location of the hotel was not great. it was in an area full of Korean restaurants, cosmetic stores and the occasional dollar type store. There was nothing one could see or do in the area. Price was good but we should have tried for a hotel closer to things to do within walking distance.

Excellent location: 5-10 mins walk from two different stations, right in the Shinjuku but quiet enough for you to get some rest, room is surprisingly spacious for what you pay and for Japanese standards, all in all. • mary joyce (10/5): We had the best time - We had a great stay at this property and would definitely book again. The location is excellent—just a 2–3 minute walk to the Shin-Okubo station on the Yamanote Line, and only a few stops from Shinjuku. Being in the heart of Koreatown, there are countless restaurants and shops nearby, yet the area remains surprisingly quiet at night. The place itself was very clean, and our room was impressively spacious. We had no trouble opening all four of our suitcases comfortably, which is rare in the area. Having an elevator was also a huge plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and highly recommended stay. None.
• Tanya (6/5): Cheap place to stay but manage your expectations - Location was good. Staff were courteous. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Robe provided. Room was a good size for 3 adults (very low doorways though - not a criticism, just a mention) Room was not clean - socks found under bed, dust everywhere, mold/mildew in bathing area. Beds were extremely uncomfortable with very flat pillows. Rooms were entered without permission (sign put on door to not disturb) and my own personal robe was taken with bedding and towels and not returned. Lack of plugs. Nowhere to put away clothing

• Marco (10/5): - 10 min walk from Shinjuku station. Friendly staff accommodates your requests as best as they can. Strong smell of cigarettes at the ground floor (the reception), although it is a smoke-free hotel. Some staff members don't speak English, but they try their best to understand you.

Tevens moest er iets getekend worden (iets met privacy) wat ik liever niet had getekend, maar zonder het te tekenen kwamen we er niet in. Bedden waren wat hard, maar goed aan te wennen na een paar dagen
