• Jacek Poleszak (10/5): Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie z dwiema sypialniami oraz dwiema łazienkami - Mieszkanie duże z dwiema łazienkami i sypialniami oraz salonem i balkonami. Pralka, lodówka i suszarka do włosów na wyposażeniu + kosmetyki. Czysto i schludnie. Lokalizacja oddalona około 15-20 min pieszo od centrum i głównych atrakcji, w pobliżu liczne sklepy, piekarnie i restauracje. Można poczuć klimat lokalnego życia poza turystycznymi dzielnicami a jednocześnie nie trzeba korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie i komfortowo. Polecam dla rodzin z nastolatkami którzy potrzebują osobnej łazienki ;) Było OK, trzeba jedynie pamiętać o włączeniu grzania ciepłej wody - wszystkie informacje będą podane w wiadomości od zarządcy.
• Nikolaos (10/5): Από τις καλύτερες διαμονές στην Αθήνα - Εξαιρετικό το διαμέρισμα. Πάρα πολυ κοντά στο μετρό και δίπλα υπάρχουν πάρκινγκ που μπορείς να αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σου. Δύο εξαιρετικά δωμάτια, το ένα με εσωτερικό μπάνιο. Αψογο για οικογένεια ή ζευγάρια που κατεβαίνουν παρέα. Η Αναστασία δε, εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετική και φιλική. Ακόμη και αν δεν ήταν όλα τέλεια, ο φιλικός και εγκάρδιος τρόπος της σε κάνει να νοιώσεις σαν το σπίτι σου. Όλα τέλεια.

• Philippos (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Athens. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect, situated in a central area close to major attractions like the Acropolis and within walking distance of public transport, which made exploring the city extremely easy. What truly made our stay special was the host. She was extremely kind, responsive, and always available, both before our arrival and during our stay. She was more than willing to help with anything we needed, which made our holiday even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Athens—it really enhanced our entire experience! -

The apartment exceeded our expectations - beautifully maintained, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect atmosphere to relax and fully enjoy our stay. The location was another major advantage. Everything we needed was within walking distance - shops, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions. Being so centrally located made it easy to explore the area without any concerns about transportation. A special mention goes to the host Anastasia, who was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit and dine, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Her hospitality truly made a difference and added a warm, personal touch to our experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and we will definitely be returning! Nothing.

• Kate (10/5): Excellent! Highly recommended. - Everything. This apartment is located in a great neighbourhood with lots of places to eat and shop nearby, plus near the key tourist sites. We walked everywhere. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers great. Even though its in a busy area is was quiet inside. The host was helpful and responsive. The sofa wasnt big enough for the 4 of us so we couldn't all sit down and relax at the same time.

• Angelos (10/5): Comfortable and Accommodating - George and his Sister Anastacia were Aces, exceptionally accommodating. Without being prompted, Anastasia met us at the door the first day. In this day and age where most Airbnb just dump the key and give you the code, This was a nice personal touch! Anything we needed, they were there! I chose this place because I had done so in the past and that was a beautiful experience as well. The place is a large, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a modern place with a touch of classic in the entrance way. The place is located in the heart of Koukaki, close to all. All was very nice. The only thing was a very minor odor in the building's hallway after you come in. You don't smell it upstairs at all and again, the smell is very minor.

On booking.com, it says staff will meet u at apartment.. but on arrival , left waiting outside the entrance.. had we not had WiFi, wouldn’t have known the code for the keysafe and entered the property

• Evy (10/5): Very helpful host, clean comfortable spacious apartment for 4, and close to Acropolis & metro. - The host was very hospitable, attentive and friendly. She answered all our questions and even helped us find an excellent restaurant to listen to bouzoukia. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 parents and 2 college age kids). There were 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The location was close to the Acropolis and the subway station. Also the living room was spacious, there was an elevator for the luggage, a veranda, a washer, nice kitchen, wifi, AC in all rooms, 2 hairdryers, iron/board, coffee maker.

• Binoj (9/5): Very nice stay - Excellent location and within walking distances to many of the historic locations. Also very near to a lot of eateries and supermarkets to stock up on essentials. George was prompt in helping out with various things, and provided great recommendations. He also arranged for a transfer from the airport to the accommodation which helped a lot. Few things that could have made the stay excellent The details to access the lockbox to get the keys to the property could have been messaged before we started. Or we could have been informed of the process ahead of time. We reached the property and were wondering how to get in. And when we switched the data plan on, we see the message with the instructions. A small guide on operating the appliances could have been provided or shared ahead of time, especially the cooktop and the dishwasher. It was a bit of a struggle to get these to work.

Excellent beds with 2 sets of different type pillows. Godd showers with nice water pressure,. Lots of coffee, food places around. The shower floor did not drain the water.. Not a problem but could be slippery for some.
• Graham (10/5): Amazing Athens - Amazing property in heart of Athens, great restaurant district, very quiet location at night, property is spectacular - very well kept and in new condition. All facilities such as bathrooms and kitchen, washing machines etc new! Host was so accomodating with helping with transfers, recommendations all spot on! This visit was hassle free! We used the hop on hop off bus - 48 hour ticket - saw everything ! Athens was an absolute highlight and this accomodation was perfect! Thanks George! Nothing

The apartment lost power at 2:30 in the morning on our last day and though reported immediately we never heard from the host.

• Debashis (10/5): Marvelous apartment in the heart of Athens - This was an exceptional properly in the heart of Athens. George was a super host. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. His apartment not only exhibited deep artistic sensibilities but also had all the amenities in top conditions and was conveniently located within walking distance of all the major attractions of the city. This apartment is ideal for families with kids or two couples without kids. The area has many stores located within short walking distance from this apartment and has a rich nightlife. If you happen to rent this apartment ask George to recommend a few places. The places he recommended to us had outstanding food. These were places where local residents go and is of much superior quality at reasonable cost as compared to the ones catering to tourists. George is also very knowledgeable about other parts of Athens and will help you navigate the city very well. Overall we had a very pleasant experience staying at his apartment. Being in the older part of town the building has an elevator, which is pretty small. The elevator works very well but can’t accommodate too many people or luggage at one go
• Joohyun (9/5): Clean, comfortable, Safe and easy to reach the Main places. - Well organized and comfortable beds even the living room sofa bed. My kid really likes it. George the host is very kind and reply fast. He is very helpful. I’ll choose the accommodate if I return to visit Athene next time. Highly recommend. Very narrow road. But this cannot be fixed due to the Athene is very old town. Just be careful if you want to choose rental car. it would be better to use PR to park. it is just 5 min distance from the appartment.

Balcony in front and back The rear balcony has the washing machine which served its’ purpose 100%. Both bedroom were good size and split a/c units throughout to make your stay enjoyable. Bathroom exceeded expectations. Located walking distance to the Acropolis in the heart of Koukaki. Thank you for an excellent stay. Every was exceptional

The living dining area has a lovely old world charm while bathrooms and kitchen are updated and modern. A/C worked great. Loved having a washing machine and drying rack. This worked well for 2 couples ad it had 2 full bathrooms. 🚽 Lots of restaurants in the area. George was especially helpful and responsive and arranged for transfers from the airport and to the port. • Julian (10/5): Very comfortable and peaceful apartment in city centre. - We stayed here over two weekends and it was very quiet and tranquil which is fantastic considering our proximity to the city centre and the nearby city tourist sites. We barely heard any noise from outside. The apartment is located in Koukaki, close to the Acropolis, and we found it very safe. And speaking with locals they all confirmed it’s a lovely, friendly and safe neighbourhood. There are countless wonderful cafes, bistros, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, small bars and patisseries. The food in this area is much better quality with reasonable prices compared to the tourist areas and all run by family businesses. We also enjoyed shopping in the delicatessens to buy fresh local produce and supporting the small local family stores and restaurants. It’s close to the metro and it’s also very easy to get a taxi or public transport if required. The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s very spacious and modern with tasteful Greek decor. There are two large bathrooms both with showers, a modern kitchen with excellent cooking facilities and dishwasher, two balconies, a large dining area, a lounge and a useful office/desk area plus laundry. Both mattresses are good quality and very comfortable. There is air conditioning in each bedroom and lounge as well as a large tv in the lounge and two smaller tvs in each bedroom. The apartment has everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday and we felt very comfortable, relaxed and at home here. Everything is spotless and well-maintained with plentiful supplies for a relaxing vacation. The building and surrounding area is also very quiet with friendly neighbours and there is a small lift. The host is fantastic and checked in with us regularly during our stay, he provided useful information throughout our visit and helped us to book wonderful tours. He is very accommodating and responded to all messages promptly and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. We loved everything. Exceeded our expectations and we look forward to another visit. Highly recommend this accomodation.

• Adinac (10/5): Conference - The property is administered by a private host (a very nice and polite young man), very well located in closed distances to the main attractions in Athens (like 10-15 min walking), on a quite street. Restaurants, coffee bars, wine bars are just one block away. Everything was perfect: a large apartment, just like in description, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfy beds, fluffy towels, coffee machine with more then enough capsules, bottled water in the apartment. I would definitely return.
