Magdenovic (5/5): - The 1st floor flat is away from the road so a peaceful night's rest can be had. Lack of communication initially from the host until we were required to make contact because of a lack of expected essentials. No sheet for the sofa bed and had to wait for the cleaner to arrive late evening to rectify the issue. On the final night we had no hot water! I was told via text message to go into the attic myself from the owner to increase pressure!

John (9/5): Superb - Clean and tidy newly decorated apartment in the Highcliffe town centre close to the beach. The apartment is perfect for 2 people or a family of 4 people like we were. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment even has a small terrace. All services are nearby. The owner responded to our queries very quickly.. This is not negative and we were clearly informed beforehand. There is no parking on site. Free parking on the street is possible and we always found a slot next to the apartment but between 10am to 6pm it's only for an hour.
Elysia (1/5): Absolutely disgusting!! - Close to the beach Absolutely filthy. Washing machine was full of mould. Hot water went twice. No sharp knife’s or a peeler, no oven trays. Once reported to land lady she became rude and put out. She sent a cleaner round to rectify these issues, which she did not. She came to question why I would want to cook or clean on holiday. Reported I had extra people staying which I didn’t and other accusations. She became aggressive and swore in front of my children. She also didn’t leave when asked.
