• DanR (10/5): LBR in Charlottetown PEI - The Luxurious Basement Retreat in Charlottetown was wonderful. Very quiet, superb beds, heated floors and a great location for accessing everything. Unit was spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. One of the top places we've stayed. No complaints.

Le chauffage est probablement du plancher chauffant, fonctionnait très bien dans la salle de bain, ailleurs dans l’appartement il faisait frais…il y avait cependant des chaufferettes portatives dans le salon et une des chambres à coucher, l’autre chambre avait un module chauffage-air climatisée.

• Dennis (10/5): Great luxury getaway - The apartment was new, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed coffee, tea bottled water, beautiful appliances. The bathroom was modem clean and tooth brushes and tooth oaste incase we forgot ours. Comfy king size beds. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again. The host met us upon arrival to make sure we checked in ok and to say he was available if we needed anything. There was nothing we needed that was not available

I forgot my camera and he called before we got too far to say he found so we were able to go back and get it. The apartment was furnished with anything you could possibly want. • Uttandaraman (10/5): Wonderful basement suite for family - Well furnished, clean, functional basement suite with a great layout. Large kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of storage. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Very well outfitted - coffee, tea, bottled water, toothbrushes, and slippers provided. There was even some fruit for us on arrival! Only one bathroom and couch in TV room is small and does not fold out into a bed.

• Terryfraser (10/5): WE thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay and would not hesitate to come again. - We had the two bedroom apartment downstairs and found that the rooms were large and comfortable and offered everything that you would want for a short stay or longer. We stayed only one night, but it is a fully outfitted apartment which would be excellent for a longer stay. The location is about a 10 minute drive to downtown, but if you don't need to be right downtown, it is an excellent choice.

• Virginia (10/5): A fantastic place to stay - The flat was so spacious and did indeed feel very luxurious. A lot of extras were provided - for example, bottled water, milk and apple juice, and the laundry facilities were excellent. The area was quiet, and it was an easy drive into Charlottetown. All in all, we loved our stay. There was nothing we didn't like - the only thing we might have wished was that there were more hangers and some smaller glasses for water. But, on the whole, every need had been catered for.

Parking is next to a fire hydrant, did not look right. Usually you must not park within 25 feet. Being a basement apartment, you limited daylight views.

• Lois (10/5): Very comfortable stay in spacious apartment in Charlottetown PEI - This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment in suburban Charlottetown that is also an easy drive to the town centre or supermarkets. The host is very welcoming and generous with items like milk, shampoo, some fruit, laundry detergent. Communication with the host was easy and we received prompt replies re our arrival time. The apartment has its own private access and parking is available in the driveway. We really appreciate staying in an apartment with a washing machine and dryer, this apartment also has a dish washer. The bed was large and very comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment and the host. Nothing

I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the host kindly arranged to have it delivered to me. He was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

• Love (10/5): A great place to stay for visiting Charlottetown. - Clean and comfortable. Great bedrooms. Great kitchen with stoves, fresh drinking water, cups, glasses, forks, knives, everything you'd need to make a quick breakfast. Great host. Great location. We didn't expect bread, eggs, fruit and bottled water, but the host provided them all, even including coffee and coffee maker. This is an excellent facility with a short drive to downtown Charlottetown. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who travel with family members to Charlottetown. None.
