The location is perfect for both the beach and the restaurants/bars. We honestly don’t think you’ll be able to find better in Lassi, Kefalonia. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here Nothing, everything was perfect

• Christine (10/5): Very welcoming. - We were met at the apartment by one of the nicest, friendliest men I’ve ever met. We were made so welcome and every time we met him there was always a smile and kind word. The apartment was spotless with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. There was everything we needed in the apartment and the location was central to everything in Lassi. We would highly recommend this property. There was nothing to dislike. We had a wonderful time. Lovely people.
• Fiona (10/5): - We were warmly greeted by Minas, who was kind enough to offer us numerous tips on what to do and where to visit, given that it was our first time in Kefalonia. The room is spacious, super clean (they even changed our towels and sheets in the second day ..though our visit was short). You have a small kitchenette with everything you need, so you can help yourself to a quick breakfast in the morning or a quick spaghetti dinner. We were in the first floor so we had a very nice garden view, and a small balcony which we truly enjoyed after the long days in the sun. I would 100% recommend Minas studios, and looking to come back myself next year. The studio is in Lassi, which I think is a very convenient location for 2 reasons: first, if you want to rest there are plenty of beaches within a range of max 5 - 20 minutes walking..amazing ones. Argostoli is near whether you want to take the car in the evening (only 9 minutes) or for a long walk, 30 minutes to enjoy the capital .. there are lots of restaurants and tavernas nearby. Secondly if you want to explore the island (which we did) all beaches, be it Myrtos, Antisamos, Agia Efimia etc are 40 - 50 minutes away by car. I know this might sound much but we kind of enjoyed the roads and the scenery.
• rafael (10/5): Awesome location, great value for money, amazing host - Minas studios is a great place to stay in Lassi. It’s closer to some of the nicest beaches in the island to spend the day (sandy beaches, with facilities and enough space - also with crystal clear waters). The room was super clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. If you want to cook and have all meals in the apartment, maybe you need a kitchen with more appliances, but for us it was more than enough. Minas is one of the nicest hosts I’ve had contact with in some time. I definitely recommend staying at Minas Studios and the value for money is just unbeatable. The only minor thing is the mattress which is a little on the firmer side, but that might be just my preference, so wouldn’t say it’s a real negative side.

Gli Studios risultano molto silenzioni e la posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi le principali spiagge e tutte le taverne di Lassi. Minas è stato sempre molto molto gentile, super disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio assoulutamente questa struttura.
• BACHAR (9/5): - Apartamento bien localizado para unos dias en la isla. Amplio con una balcon con vistas al mar (no en todas la habitaciones). Puedes ir andando al pueblo; a la playa mejor con coche/moto, seria un paseo de 20-30 minutos. Cocina pequeña con una vitroceramica electrica suficiente para un uso ocasional. Faltaria una cafetera, basica si ofreces la posibilidad de poder utilizarla.

The apartment was clean, no noise and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend booking at this property. It requires a bit of investment, which according to what the owner told is going to happen in the upcoming months.

The property was far enough away from the main road to minimise noise. The property was tastefully decorated and the layout maximised use of space.

Da qui Si arriva a piedi alla splendida spiaggia di Makris Gialos, e ci sono tutti i servizi nel raggio di 2/300 metri: ristoranti, supermercati, cafè, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La camera graziosissima, col balconcino sul giardino. Minas è una persona eccezionale! Nada

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Minas is a great person ! We had an early check-in.The location is just near to the beach Makris ,restaurants ,supermarkets and taxi stand. They cleaned our room twice ,we stayed for 5 nights and changed our towels. The room ,bath ,kitchen is minimalist but clean and comfy beds plus we had a balkony ,aircondition ,wifi super ! We booked a tour going north area of Kefalonia ,and our meeting point ist just a few steps from the apartment. Taxi going Argostoli costs about 8 euros. We love the bit and bite restaurant ,we had our breakfast there every morning👍 ,just a few steps from the studio. We enjoyed and ❤️ our stay . We checked out and left the luggages in the studio and went to the beach and after ,we used the " shower" in the garden to freshen us up ..that was fun🙂. Thanks again for having us 👍
• Shaun (10/5): Exceptional - The studio apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked a green, lush garden. The location is fabulous! Right next door there is a delicious taverna and a few steps away are the mini mart and a gorgeous crystal clear beach! The host, Minas is also wonderful. We loved our stay here!

• David (10/5): A fantastic stay with great amenities and a very personable host. - Location location! It is in the heart of Lassi, close to beaches, restaurants and cafes. It is also a beautifully maintained property with fig trees and citrus trees across the property. Minas also helped us out immensely with recommendations and welcomed us very late despite a delayed flight. Not applicable

• Ballantine (10/5): Perfectly located apartments - Very friendly welcome on arrival. Really clean apartment. Excellent location, near to shops and bars and restaurants. We had a ground floor apartment which we were initially disappointed about but this actually proved to be great as we had the grassed area, which sits in beautiful grounds with fig trees, olive trees and pear trees. We would definitely come back. My only disappointment was that the bins didn't get emptied daily. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The little clothes line on the verandah very useful and practical touch for the stay, as was having some umbrellas available to use at the beach. Lovely to have the outdoor verandah to sit and enjoy. Great location with beach, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. No tea, coffee or milk provided.

The whole Minas compound was inviting, clean and owner, Minas, was hospitable, helpful and available at all times.

• Ellanor (10/5): Perfect. Simply perfect - This was our second time staying at Minas Studios as it’s perfect. The rooms are super clean and spacious in the perfect location in Lassi. You’re only a couple of minutes walk from the beaches and all the restaurants/shops. It’s slightly set back from the road which helps with noise. The host/owner is also the nicest guy. Very accommodating and kind. We will definitely be back! N/A
• Bianca (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the studio, it was spacious enough, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and also, the host, Mina waited for us with the air conditioning on:)) He is just one messages or phone call away, very helpful and nice. I loved most the terrace and the garden full of figs. The property is located in Lassis most energetic and touristic area, it is very convenient if you plan for strolls/ drinks in the afternoon or at night. Also, one 20-30 min stroll away from the Argostoli centre and just 5 min (600m) away from Makris Gialos beach (very nice, big and popular one).

• Eva (9/5): Superb - Everything! Host was amazing, location is amazing. The view from the balcony was so nice for sunset. Close to beaches and shops. Perfect place to stay if you don't want to rent a car. Also close to bus stop if you want to take the bus to Argostoli. Highly recommend Minas studios to anyone! The only thing was that the mattresses were quite hard. Other than that everything was perfect and it would have been a 10/10.
• Beverley (9/5): Really helpful owner - Minas (the owner) was there to greet us when we arrived after a delayed flight. He was super helpful and friendly and gave us good tips about the area. The location was great - at the end of the main strip of Lassi - and very close to the beach. The cafe next door was great for breakfast and the bars, restaurants and minimarts were all really close by. Photos are to illustrate the room but taken when we were checking out, so please understand the room was clean and tidy when we went in! If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring an eye mask and some earplugs as the air conditioner has a light on it and makes a little noise.

Very clean with crisp towels. Super comfy bed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again. The kettle didn't seem to switch off.

• Mg (10/5): The apartment and all our stay made us feel like our own home, only on a very beautiful island! - Minas, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, willing to help you with everything you need for a lovely stay at his complex. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all necessary for your stay, even an bottle of water in the fridge, coffee and sugar, complimentary. The location couldn't be better, 5 minutes walk to the beach and very close to different shops, restaurants and tavernas. Everything was excellent!

• Vesna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location to stay and explore the island. This place and the studios are actually so much better than you can see in the pictures! It's on the main road of Lassi, but the studios are garden oriented which provides quiet stay. Everything you need is a short walk away. Studios are clean and beautifully decorated. The owner is very helpful, kind and cheerful. There are some delicious figs growing in the garden, you must try! I strongly recommend this place! No tv in the studio

The studios are spacious, with a small equipped kitchen, double bed and a very nice little terrace where you can eat. The studios are located less than 10 minutes from Makris Gialos, a very convenient car rental (free parking available) and a small market where you can buy necessities. A 10-minute drive takes you to Argostoli. Very good tavern next door! Nothing

He is always very quick to reply to any queries we had. The studio we stayed in had a nice balcony overlooking the lovely garden with a clothes line to hang towels etc. Although in a very central and flat location of Lassi, we found the studios to be very quiet which was great for us! Good value studio apartments. N/A. Everything was good in the studio we had for the week.

Excellent location, with a fantastic choice of restaurants, and within walking distance ,( approx 10 mins) to one of the best beaches on the Island. Good choice of pool bars, open to the public should you not want to go to the beach. Taxis available within 100mtrs and choice of car and bike rental companies.
