- Paolo (9/5): Big clean room and very welcoming host - The position is excellent, really close to the Old city (from which you can also take the Metro). The owner, Fransua, is always present and eager to help you, he has no problem with speaking English. If you need to visit some place outside the city and there are no buses, you can ask him and he will provide someone to help you, like his very kind brother. The room is clean, it has a private bathroom, a very big bed with a nice desk and a big TV. It is no problem to me, but the hotel is at the second floor (on the right door, don't get confused with the one on the left) and there are no elevators: if you are disabled, you might need help to get there

- Halil İbrahim (8/5): - Konumu çok güzel merkezi, muhit güzel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Çok yardımcılar. Yatak rahat. Tuvaletteki giderlerde ağır bir koku var çözülebilir mi bilmiyorum. Kaldığımız odada kullanılmayan bir sauna vardı içerisinde bazı eşyalar depolanmıştı. Duş bölümü biraz eski.

В номере тепло было. В ванной косметические принадлежности все присутствовали, вода горячая была. Предоставляются тапочки для гостей. До старого города 6 мин пешком( до парных ворот ) Лейка душа немного протекала, нужно заменить

В шаговой доступкости: İçerəşeher, дворец Ширваншахов,недалеко метро и красивая Бакинская набережная. Горячая вода была и утром и вечером,интернет работал прекрасно.Чистая комната ,красиво заправленная кровать.Хозяин был добрый и отзывчивый,вежливый.Приехав вновь,остановимся снова.Спасибо хозяину гостиницы за прекрасное гостеприимство. I will definitely come again. Everything was great despite the time we want to come the taxi couldn’t find the hotel location fast. I advise you to contact the hotel directly to have the location.

Spacious room and bathroom Nothing major but common areas smelt like cigarettes, and so did my room whenever I turned on the air-conditioner and, unfortunately, no kettle in the room (just need to remove it from the listing then no issues)

- Puchkareva (10/5): Атмосферный номер с паркетом и высокими потолками. Удобное местоположение - Останавливались на 2 ночи, все было прекрасно. По фотографиям кажется, что все слишком цветное, но вживую номер очень красивый. Высокие потолки, паркет, шкаф-дверь в Нарнию. Матрас приятно жесткий, кондиционер есть, широкий подоконник, на котором можно посидеть. Есть кухня, мы ей не пользовались правда. Ощущение как будто в старинном доме. Но все чистое, ухоженное, не побитое Местоположение удобное, 3 минуты до площади фонтанов, 5 минут до Старого города, 3 минуты до баров и ресторанов. До набережной тоже можно дойти пешком. Недалеко магазин Spar У нас окна выходили на улицу, но было тихо по вечерам Все хорошо, спасибо за гостеприимство. Из того, что можно улучшить Не нашли пароль от wi-fi в номере, пришлось спрашивать уборщицу, т.к. администратор отошел В ванной не было света, но думаю быстро исправите

Lots of amenities nearby allowing easy access to ATMs, transport, supermarkets and restaurants/bars. Staff very friendly and always available to help. The room itself was spacious, clean and accurately reflected the description.

- Ashish (10/5): Fantastic location and Phenomenal hospitality. - The property is in a prime location. Nizami Street is only a couple of minutes away. Literally everything that you need is at a walkable distance. The staff especially Farhad makes your stay exceptionally comfortable. The property feels home just in a couple of hours after checking in. The streets being narrow makes it difficult for taxis to come in at peak hours as well as causes a traffic block.

We were very humbled by Mr Farahad the manger of the hotel. He was very generous with us with his great hospitality. We extended our stay for 3 nights because of very good service. He mange also great tour to Shahdag with one of tourism companies in Azrabijan. Definitely will be visiting with my family again Rooms big and clean

I just booked and boom I got an msg from what’s app from Farhad greeting me and sending me location. He’s just taking care of everyone here . Once I arrived I saw him helping the other guest with luggage and then he greeted me . Best play to be and the location is best
