Whilst the property was lovely and I cannot fault it the communal areas, lift, stairs, hallways and outside space were dirty and had rubbish laying around. I do not believe this is a reflection on the host but something that could be worked on.
• Joanna (7/5): Great location - Great location Very difficult to park near the property. Top of bedside tables had grooves in them that really needed to be cleaned. Windows didn't close fully so it was draughty on the first day when it was windy.

• KALLIOPI (9/5): Αν ποτέ ξαναπηγαίναμε Eastbourne, θα μέναμε σίγουρα εκεί! Χωρίς απρόοπτα ελπίζω αυτήν τη φορά. - Ήταν εξαιρετικό! Τέλειο σημείο (αν σ΄ενδιαφέρει η παραλία) με τέλεια θέα. Ασανσέρ για μεταφορά αποσκευών. Θέρμανση εξαιρετική. Καθαριότητα καλή. Χώροι άνετοι(τουλάχιστον στο διαμέρισμα με τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια με μπαλκόνι που είχαμε κλείσει εμείς). Υπέροχη η σκέψη να μας έχουν ένα χριστουγεννιάτικο δέντρο με λαμπάκια και στολίδια για να το στολίσουμε μόνοι μας!Ευχαριστούμε!!!! Είχαμε μία μεγάλη ατυχία. Πλημμυρίσαμε στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο πολύ άσχημα (έτρεχαν νερά από το ταβάνι) λόγω κακής κατασκευής γυψοσανίδας και χρήσης μπάνιου από τον επάνω όροφο. Αναγκαστήκαμε για τα παιδιά μας να βρούμε άλλο κατάλυμα για ένα βράδυ καθώς ήταν όλα μούσκεμα, το κρεβάτι κτλ. Δυστυχώς συνέβη ημέρα Χριστουγέννων , ακριβώς πριν αναχωρήσουμε για το οικογενειακό εορταστικό τραπέζι. Λόγω της ημέρας δεν έφεραν αυθημερόν υδραυλικό κτλ. Πολύ μεγάλη αναστάτωση και πολλή ταλαιπωρία για εμάς. Μετακινούσαμε τα πράγματά μας κτλ. Ευτυχώς βρήκαμε λύση χωρίς να ακυρώσουμε τελείως το πρόγραμμά μας. Θέλω να πιστεύω όμως ότι ήταν ένα μεμονωμένο περιστατικό. Υπήρξε ενδιαφέρον και ανταπόκριση από τους διαχειριστές και τον ιδιοκτήτη.

• Keith (9/5): Great place for a seaside getaway ! - Great location near the center of the seafront. Easy contactless check in, very clean and roomy , with great shower facilities in the bathroom , parking is free, but you have to find a spot on the street Only ( minor) complaint is that the espresso machine is an off brand ( ie -not a Nespresso type) and there were no capsules in the apartment so it could not be used ( we are so used to everyone using Nespresso machines that we always have extra capsules on hand for travel) PS there was no other way to make coffee/ no pour over/no French press… Overall the apartment is grand
• Larisa (4/5): A spacious apartment in a good location but dirty & wouldn’t stay again. - The location was good, we had a sea view & the property is spacious with good facilities. The beds were big and comfortable. The property smelt of cannabis and was dirty. We had to clean the kitchen equipment before using it as it still had food on it and we had to clean the coffee machine which was full of empty pods & stale water. We dropped something & moved the sofa to find it and there was a massive amount of dust, dirt, old food & someone’s glasses case underneath. Unfortunately the occupants of the upstairs flat were really noisy in the early hours so we didn’t sleep well. On the Sunday night they were still partying until 3.30am. We appreciate the hosts can’t do much about that and they apologised about the cannabis smell and dirt. However no compensation was offered.

• Marc (8/5): Super location but the condition of some of the nearby properties made us feel a little unsafe. - The location and view from the balcony. The modern feel of the apartment. The communication from the host. The living/kitchen area was a little smaller than anticipated. Parking was very difficult. The beds were very firm and the bedrooms very hot as no opening windows.

Beds were a little soft but otherwise comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Obvious drug deals being made by other tenants I. The lobby area, door to road frequently left open.

• Sally (6/5): We had a really enjoyable stay in Eastbourne and this apartment was a good base for us. Recommend the ice cream parlour - Size of apartment, location for exploring Eastbourne, well equipped, comfortable. When you look closer everything needs a really good dust and clean. The blinds are dusty and windows filthy. Fridge freezer needs a deep clean. Dishwasher didn’t clean items properly. Big slug problem on the balcony and they were getting into the bedrooms, I don’t think anything could actually be done about this though other than blocking wherever they were getting in. For the money we paid I would have expected the apartment to be in a cleaner condition.

• Scott (10/5): Excellent, perfect location and close to all the amentities - The location of the property was excellent, I couldn’t fault it in anyway, it was perfectly clean, fresh and very welcoming, the complex was quiet at night which was perfect too. Nothing.
• Melanie (6/5): Good location - The apartment had 2 bathrooms and good size bedrooms. It was really close to the seafront and fairly close to the centre of town. When we got in touch to let issues known in the flat, there was always someone who was responsive. The flat was hot and we couldn't open the windows wide enough as the catches were rusty and got stuck. We didnt have a fan to use which would've helped. When we did open the windows, the noise especially on the Friday was bad as there was a social club opposite doing karaoke till 12am. We were also literally above a bus stop so heard people and buses throughout the night and shouting from drunk people. The bedding was stained really badly which made us think the cleaners didn't really care.

• Christine (8/5): Good price for a short stay. - Excellent location. Perfect for a few days. Comfortable bed. The balcony was great. There were a few issues that although didn’t affect our stay too much the owners should be aware of them. The dishwasher did not clean properly so could not use. Both blinds from bedroom to balcony would not stay up had to be tied to the door handle. Not good. Minimal crockery, glasses and cutlery.
• Monika (8/5): Very good - Loved the location, so close to the shore. Everything is walkable from here, restaurants, shops, city center, playground,....as a family of 3 we were comfortable with the one bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen had all the essentials, bed was comfortable, sleeper couch not so much but doable for a few days. Easy check in with lockbox, clear communication before arrival. Would stay here again.
• Nasreen (4/5): Stay at Miillgrove House apartements - The size of the apartment was good, it is furnished well and all essentials available. The location was very good. Instructions were clear. Parking is extremely difficult. Neighbours were very noisy Lots of smoking in the building When I emailed the host with my concerns about neighbours, no action was taken neither was my communication acknowledged. I was there for work and the last thing I needed was not to be able to sleep until 5am.

• Heather (9/5): Superb - Lovely modern, spacious apartment close to the pier. Facilities were excellent, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Lift to the 2nd floor with luggage was a bonus. Would recommend this apartment, as it is ideal for 2 couples or a family A little walk with luggage from the train station, but manageable.
• Green (10/5): A super apartment, clean and modern in a great location by the beach, pier, theatre and town - Clean, well presented, spacious, modern and had everything needed and more for a short break. Plus extras like radio, nice art on walls and the roof terrace were things we enjoyed. Great location close to the beach, pier , theatre and town. It wasn’t a huge problem to us as our wheelchair user was able to transfer herself in and out of the wheelchair. Our wheelchair user needed to use the en-suite bedroom the doorway to this room is not as wide as the others and didn’t allow for the wheelchair to go through with her sat in the chair she had to stand whilst we folded it moved it through and she stepped from the hall into the bedroom. It may be useful to mention in case it could be an issue to some booking in the future. It didn’t spoil our break.

• Chris (9/5): Superb - The apartment is as big as it looks in the photos which was nice that it wasn't crafty photo angles. Beds clean and comfortable, terrace awesome , kitchen fully stocked including clean baking trays (not unheard for dirty ones), champagne flutes, teas, coffee, biscuits etc. Fab proximity to beach. Felt very homely. We had a tiny issue with the toilet flush on the Saturday which was so speedily rectified we didn't even know the plumber had been. Super. Separate fridge and freezer too which is useful is you're fully self-catering and may help families with young kids. Should have been enough shower gel and shampoo for 3 adults.
• Ben (9/5): An excellent location - we hope to be back and enjoy some more of what Eastbourne has to offer! - We really liked having so much living space in the apartment. The location to the beach was excellent. The sofa was really comfortable and being able to have the rooftop veranda was great in the hot weather. Kitchen facilities were good. Wifi was fast and stable and the TV had all the modern services for you to use on your own accounts. Overall we had an excellent stay and there are a couple of things to be aware of though. Some of the windows don't have blinds or curtains. This isn't a privacy issue as they are not overlooked / skylights, but it did mean we all woke up to natural light, so if that fusses you or children in your group it might be an issue. Also, the interior table has bar stools, so if you need to get some work done while away it isn't that comfortable (however, you can use the outside table).

• Luana (6/5): Great location but dirty - The property is pretty close to the beach and not too far from supermarkets. The apartment was spacious enough for my family and the size was pretty ok too. The apartment was pretty dirty, it felt that hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The floor was so dusty that our foot got black after walking around and the tub in the bathroom wasn’t that decent at all. I texted to host about that but nothing was done during our stay. I also texted about accessing their balcony upstairs but no one replied to me either. One interesting thing is they mentioned to not give a bad review without trying to solve the problem by talking to them first. I did as they said but no attention was taken. It’s a pity cause the flat is beautiful.
• Laura (9/5): Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment - It’s a very spacious, modern and clean apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms, in a central location near to the beach and pier, local shops and shopping centre. There is a lift that came in very useful for going up to the third floor. We enjoyed hanging out on the terrace (once the weather improved), making our stay feel that much more special. The reclining couch in the living room was very comfortable and a lovely surprise. We had an issue which was dealt with very quickly by the agent and owner. Just a minor thing - the TV doesn’t have freeview (live) channels but we eventually managed to find a freeview button on the remote which took us to the BBC iplayer, ITV etc so we could still watch live news etc.

• Amber (10/5): Perfect two nights away to explore Eastbourne, Lewes and the East Sussex countryside. - Very comfortable stay, the apartment was very spacious and incredibly close to the station, sea front and shops which was ideal! The terrace was the icing on the cake, as we managed to enjoy breakfast in the sun.

• Gloria (9/5): Wonderful experience in East Sussex - It was the first time my parents visited the sea side and the location of the apartment helped exploring the area. Greatly positioned for a stroll by the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. When I booked the apartment was mostly due to the stunning pictures and view from the terrace and when we actually got there, everything just looked incredible! The space of the rooms, the light, the comfort of the beds and sofa, the view.. all of these things really contributed to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you for the amazing memory! Nothing
