• sara (10/5): Estancia de 10 - El apartamento es muy acogedor, amplio y súper bonito, la verdad estuvimos muy a gusto, todo muy limpio y la comunicación con la anfitriona fue genial. Puedes ir caminando al centro de la ciudad, es solo un paseo, sin duda muy recomendable Nada, todo fue genial

• Simona (9/5): - The apartment was ok, spacious, has 2 bathrooms. It is located 30 minutes walk from the city center. The owner was very kind when we had questions and sent us useful information. We liked it. We will come back. It was a little chilly at night in the apartment in the sleeping area, but after I turned on the air conditioning it was ok.

• Ganna (10/5): - Зупинялись з чоловіком на 2 ночі. Апартаменти знаходяться в житловому районі, де мешкають місцеві. Сподобалось безконтактне поселення. Інструкції, які надала Susana, дуже чіткі, знайшли без проблем. В помешканні було чисто і затишно. Для нас перевагою було розташування - до основних визначних місць і пляжу Malagueta без проблем дістатись пішки. Також в пішій доступності від помешкання магазини, кафе ітд. До залізничного вокзалу пів години пішки (там офіс прокату машин, ми попередньо бронювали для подальшої подорожі по Андалусії). Наступного разу зупинились би ще раз

• Lucien (9/5): Ruim appartement in een buitenwijk van Malaga. - Prima en groot appartement met 2 badkamers op 25 a 30 minuten lopen van het centrum. Aardige host die direct op berichten reageert. De kussens waren plat en de parkeergelegenheid rond het appartement was gratis maar bijna geen plek (hier kunnen ze zelf niets aan doen).
• Olha (9/5): - квартира выглядит точно как на фото. Все современное и новое. Две ванные комнаты - это очень удобно. На кухне есть все что нужно и даже больше. Рядом супермаркеты и фруктовые лавки. Посуда и приборы чистые. Есть кондиционер. Персонал очень дружелюбный и быстро отвечает на все вопросы. В общем мы остались очень довольны ☺️ Единственное в чем была проблема - это парковка. Приходилось все время переживать - удастся ли сегодня запарковать машину.

• ciccone (4/5): Un buon potenziale, ma manca l' essenziale : la pulizia - L' appartamento è stato ristrutturato e i letti sono comodi All' arrivo uno dei 2 bagni era sporco, il wc era stato usato, sul retro c'era tanta polvere e un'arachide. Il frigo aveva un pessimo odore. Uno di noi ha fatto la doccia al bagno del piano terra, ma ci siamo accorti che era terminata l' acqua calda, infatti soltanto nell' altro bagno era presente un adesivo che ci avverte che l'appartamento dispone di un boiler con appena 40 litri di acqua, che per 4 persone sono insufficienti. Dopo la doccia, abbiamo tentato di asciugare i capelli, ma il phon dopo qualche minuto si è surriscaldato e si è spento. È indicato che è possibile parcheggiare in strada gratuitamente, ma di fatto trovare posto in zona è molto difficile, soprattutto di sera. Abbiamo impiegato 45 minuti, di venerdì sera per parcheggiare. Il terrazzo su cui affaccia l' appartamento e la facciata, sono ricoperti di escrementi di uccelli. L' esterno è sporco e c' è immondizia che nessuno raccoglie. Per raggiungere il centro si impiegano circa 15 minuti in macchina.

• Massimo (7/5): Schöne Erfahrung in Malaga, mit guter Unterkunft. - Die Unterkunft hatte alles was es für eine Nacht/Wochenende braucht. Beim duschen war das Warmwasser bei 3-Personen schnell mal aufgebraucht.
• Jorge (10/5): Confortable, tranquilo y buena relación calidad-precio - La anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. El alojamiento está genial, amplio y cómodo, tanto si viajas solo (en mi caso) como en pareja, pues hay espacio de sobra. El barrio es humilde, una zona tranquila y residencial, pero no me pareció insegura. Diría que la ubicación no es excepcional, pero es que la relación calidad-precio es muy buena, viendo la media de los alojamientos en Málaga por esas fechas.

• Aditya (7/5): Good - Spacious, modern, well equipped. Reasonably clean. It's very hard to find a spot to park your car on the streets. It took us 15-30 min each time and sometimes 600m away.
• Ani (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything. The owner of the apartment is very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location is excellent, the apartment is very nicely furnished with new furniture, and on top of that, free parking is easy to find in the area.

• Savoye (1/5): Not honest at all ! Flat located in a very bad place in Malaga - We booked 3 nights for this flat on our way to Malaga. Everything looked very appealing on the description, the comments were extremely good. When we arrived at the adress, we realised the flat is located in one of the worst location of Malaga, my wife and kid didn't feel safe at all. The area doesn't look like at all as the picture provided by the owner. There was no place to park even though the description says it has a parking. We decided we cannot stay in this area for 3 days and we had to cancel. Between the reservation and the cancellation it was just one hour long. The owner doesn’t want to refund any of the 3 nights. We blocked the reservation only for one hour ! I would understand if we had to pay for one night but no refund at all is not honest in my opinion. Please before booking this flat please check the area on Google Maps, you will see the difference, I assure it’s even worst when you are there for real. And I’m very skeptical of the some of the comments saying that it’s fabulous and located in a nice area.

Well-equipped and very beautiful, and if you're lucky, you can find free street parking. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which is very convenient.

Exactly like the photos - The bed was very comfortable - The bus station was quite close (5~10 mins walking) - there is a supermarket and a bakery very close by Its not really the apartment itself but: - it was quite difficult to find a parking spot but not impossible. it took us around 10~15 minutes everyday to find parking but ended up parking very close to the apartment. it takes a lot of patience. - not the greatest neighbourhood
• Dimitrov (10/5): AC/DC Power Up Tour Eatadio La Cartuja Sevilla - Extremely good communication with the owners. They responded almost instantly. We arrived after 12pm and check in was hassle free thanks to the safe at the front. We wanted to rent a car and Bianca was so kind to drive us to the company. Perfect location of the apartment, quiet location. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, fridge/extremely clean to my amazement and big enough /.Coffee maker, kitchen, large hot plate....I just can't list everything.Extremely clean apartment.Two bathrooms with toilets and showers which is a very rare find. Very good WiFi. If I ever go to Malaga I will stay right there again.I would recommend to anyone this apartment and these hosts! My friends were snoring while they were sleeping. I won't go anywhere with them anymore. 😀The breakfasts they sold nearby were only dough and tomato puree 😀Or maybe that's what we found. The Spanish drive cars quite calmly, apparently their temperament is a myth.

• Marilyn (10/5): Great apartment for family stay in Málaga - Perfect space for my father and I to pass a night. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I asked for the sofa bed to be prepared and they set it up really nicely. It was also easy drive to the airport in the morning. No complaints

• Michael (8/5): Nice warm and cosy stay with just as warm of a welcoming Host - This was a pretty easy self check-in with clear concise instructions. Warm, very cosy, well equipped place with several amenities. Bianca was warm and welcoming so we would recommend. If you're a driver, then parking can be difficult. This is not related directly to this particular property itself, it's just the case on that street and part of Malaga in general.
