Jose (9/5): Casa muito agradável, bem cuidada e muito confortável. - Casa bem arejada, decoração de bom gosto, confortável, itens de boa qualidade, ambiente agradável e com boa manutenção. Pressão da água nos chuveiros, alguns itens de cozinha, como faca de corte melhor, falta de uma sanduicheira e duchas higiênicas nos banheiros. Substituiria plantas exóticas do jardim por plantas nativas da mata atlântica.
