Alan (5/5): Fine once there Not a good start wasted 3 hours to locate correct place which part of another holding see above - Clean with most what you wanted The picture is not Villa Rubicon you display It does not exist We have raised a complaint When we arrived on 8th we followed the instructions on where to find Villa Rubicon Basically the map link was totally inaccurate sending us to another area This caused much stress and riding around The link shows another villa I knocked on doors on 3 other villas where the booking.com/ solmar villas had sent us Embarrassingly to be told No Villa Rubicón here but going by your instructions could be the villa behind It wasn’t! This was confusing to locals as well as us 3 hours later after driving around we noticed a name pueblo majorero which is part of the address but without being a local you would not have a clue This was no where near your route instruction's! I did call the number supplied and was told the information was on the final instructions Incorrect! We started to think it was a scam We are so not happy with the start of this holiday It was as if we should know the area and could easily suss out your mistakes We never complain but this was not good wasting time and thinking we were never going to find the villa I have screenshots that prove your information is wrong Some sort of compensation please for this very unfortunate start The villa Rubicon although not called Rubicon which is another error behind a complex which again was not explained at all is nice clean and After 3 days we have calmed down As I say some sort of compensation please You need for to get your links and instructions correct for the future Photos below show correct place then the area we was sent Await a response as we have raised a complaint
