• Gareth (10/5): Clean, amenable and great host!! - Steve is fantastic host and Urban Retreat is a spot on property!! This is our 2nd time booking at Urban Retreat and it's perfect for our lads working away. The new pictures on the site really do help give you a better feel for the property. When messaging Steve you always get prompt, friendly and polite replies. As it's been that cold recently Steve even popped on the heating to help take the edge off for the lads. No negatives from ourselves!! There is nothing we can say that we didn't like.

• Gareth (10/5): Just the job and great updates - I booked Urban retreat for our staff working in and around Grimsby, all at very short notice. You wouldn't have guessed this was Steve's first let of the property. After a few courtesy updates from my side, Steve replied very very promptly. He even got the heating on in the property way ahead of our staff arriving to make sure Urban Retreat was toasty and warm. Something that was very welcomed after a long hard day. If we are back working overnight in Grimsby at any point, we will be booking Urban Retreat without any hesitation. Nothing, we couldn't not pick out any aspect that would cause a "Didn't like" based comment
