• Andrii Dotsenko (4/5): I can’t recommend this apartment. - The water flow in the shower was unstable - the temperature kept changing while taking a shower, and since there was no wall or partition, all the water splashed outside the shower area. The apartment floor was dirty, and there were even cigarette butts lying around (not in a visible spot). The apartment is located near the train station, so there are often marginalized people hanging around the street and near the entrance. It was difficult to carry the suitcase upstairs - the staircase is narrow, and there’s no elevator, of course. Also, there were no garbage bags in the apartment, though that’s not a big issue.

• aontia (10/5): - A very comfortable flat, with a large living room with tv, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom. Separate air conditioners in the living room and in the bedroom. Two balconies to sit on in the evening. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly hosts, they organised a taxi from the airport for us and waited to give us the keys, even though it was very late as the plane was late. Neighbourhood interesting, as it is in Naples, close to the historic centre, 15min walk. The flat is located on the second floor and the stairs can be demanding for some people. The entrance gate to the building is also a problem, you have to use force to open it.
• Mantas (9/5): Superb - Everything was great for a short stay! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station and close to the Old Town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would gladly stay again!
• Paulina (6/5): Budget-friendly with notable drawbacks - Title: Budget-Friendly Stay with Notable Drawbacks Rating: 6/10 Review: The apartment is situated in a convenient location—just a short ride from the airport and within walking distance of Piazza Garibaldi. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe, especially during the evenings. Proximity to a nearby church added charm, but mornings were often disrupted by a neighbor's child yelling loudly and for long time. Inside the apartment, the shower was partially broken, missing a section of the glass wall, which made it impossible to close. The most significant issue was the main entrance to the building; it was extremely challenging to open from the outside. On multiple occasions, we waited over 15 minutes to gain entry, relying on neighbors or passersby to let us in. This raised security concerns, especially when unfamiliar individuals claimed residency and accessed the building. Despite these issues, the apartment was affordable, offering basic amenities suitable for budget-conscious travelers. With some improvements in maintenance and security, it could provide a more comfortable stay. Communication with the host was confusing. We contacted a woman via WhatsApp who assured us she would be waiting, but upon arrival, we were always met by an older gentleman who spoke limited English. However confusing, the contact with owners/managers was quite smooth - we didn't require much tho, and we speak Italian.
• Caitlin (9/5): Superb - Clear communication from host. Host was friendly and happy to help if needed. It has all you need re facilities. Great to have a full apartment. Felt safe in apartment. Location wasnt in best part of Naples, but is a short walk to train station/coast.
• Joel (10/5): Amazing - The house was amazing. Felt like home. Will definitely visit again. The owner was nice too. As weren’t able to take garbage out on last day as we had a flight at 5am. The owner was really nice about it and was happy to take care of it.
• Marcus (5/5): With a bit more effort this could be quite good. - The location was a bit off as I knew beforehand and the nights were quiet. You have to walk a bit to the next proper bus or metro station. The shower as mentioned by others before is tricky but manageable. What made it worse was that one of the shower doors was missing. So you would have no other chance but flood the bathroom. The water kettle must be replaced. The lime scale is so bad you can’t drink the water. Other little details like missing trash bags and not very cleanly.

• Jelena (9/5): Great as a hub for exploring Campania - The apartment is a perfect size for longer stays. Well eqipped and comfortable. The location is good, just a bit outside the center and close to central station but far enough for safety reasons. :) Only the shower is a bit unconvinient to use with a really short cable.
• Dragos (10/5): good stay in napoli - the house was big and clean, with two balcons and many windows. the host was answering our questions. there are some local markets around. 15-20 min to central station it would be great to have some coffee.

• Rob (9/5): Great and clean place to stay to get a real feel for Naples and have easy access to the area. - Hosts are wonderful and the location was amazing. Didn't need to rent a car or take a bus or metro anywhere. The neighbors were sooo cool (the old men that sit at the entrance.) Gives a really good sense of culture and safety.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking - It was in a very convenient location being so close to the station and with a unassuming looking entrance the property inside was lovely. A great size just what we needed for our stay, great facilities and very clean. It was a bit further out from the main tourist attraction of the city but was still great. The shower was missing a panel which was our only complaint.
