• Michael (9/5): Piero allowed us to gain access early which was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. All facilities great and close to - Everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Close to station which is what we needed. Host very helpful and friendly. But tricky operating the stove and the microwave but one we knew how to do it, it was fine.

• zhilyaev (10/5): Рекомендую. В след раз бы остановился тоже - От вокзала 4 минуты пешком. До достопримечательностей 5 мин пешком. Великолепный хозяин- любая помощь совет , он на связи. В номере все есть, как на фото. Все работает. Горячая вода в избытке. Иногда под утро проходят пьяные компании и машины убирает улицы - мешают спать.

• Luiza (7/5): - O apto estava bem limpo e a localização é ótima, perto da estação de trem e das principais atrações. O check-in foi bem acessível e fácil de fazer.. No privado com o responsável foi dito que se a cozinha não estivesse limpa no check-out seria cobrado uma taxa de €50, o que não é plausível, visto que a limpeza do apto é intrínseco ao serviço de hospedagem e a cobrança de taxa por limpeza beira a abusividade. A cama não é grande, então se vc tiver mais de 1,80 pode sofrer um pouco.

• Emma (8/5): Great for a short trip away! - Comfortable bed, lovely hot powerful shower - everything we needed for 3 nights in Florence. Unfortunately was a little noisy due to the air vents in the walls, so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs.

• Wayne (8/5): Great location for Florence visit - Location was close to all major sites in Florence. Place was clean and spacious for 2 people . There was also an air conditioning unit that help to deal with the higher than expected temperatures! There is a pump in the bathroom that makes a very loud noise whenever any tap or shower was running. Location around the train station feels a little dodgy at night.

They were even able to offer somewhere for me to keep my bag for a few hours. Clean and comfy room with good coffee maker. Facilities wise all I would add is a bedside light. It was expensive but I think that is just central florence accommodation.

• Tanja103 (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect value for money and excellent location. It is near the Farmacia Santa Maria Novella and train station. Check-in and check-out were perfect easy. Every detail concerning the location, checkin, and heating (and restoran recommendations) was carefully explained by the host. Everything was as described and shown in the pictures. The room is extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all gadgets needed, the bed was very comfy, plenty of light in the room... I definitely recommend this place.

• Lari (4/5): Won't be returning here. - Location is great. Very central There was no AC in the room when we arrived and it had a smell. We had to ask the host to provide AC although the listing said it had AC. Another unwelcoming thing was the host kept texting us fees if we should not clean the kitchen upon departure (we weren't using the kitchen in the first place) and if we don't check out in time there will be a fee.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect! Look no further! - Loved the location, comfortable bed with extra pillows. The hosts go out of their way for hospitality to recommend restaurants, provide umbrellas, and a nespresso machine with coffee provided along with tea. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would very highly recommend a stay here and return without any hesitations! Train station steps away. Some noise from the street which is to be expected within the city unless your room faces a courtyard.
• Anonymous (7/5): Great value but very noisy - The apartment itself was great for 2 nights in Florence. It was a great value for everything we needed. the location was good, only a few minute walk to the train station and 15-20 minutes to Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. It was pouring rain so we were grateful for the umbrellas provided. I would recommend this stay if you are planning on spending all of your time in the city and only sleeping at the apartment. The host was very helpful with recommendations and check-in was very easy. the apartment is clean and well-equipped. We would not stay again because of the noise. The noise at night is absolutely unbearable, there were cars revving and people yelling in the street up until 4am, waking us up multiple times throughout the night. It sounds like there are no windows at all. The only way we could get sleep is by turning on the AC unit because it was so loud, so it blocked out the outside noise.

• Meaghan (8/5): nice option for Florence to be out and about in the city. good value, great host :) - the owner is VERY nice and helpful! he let us keep our bags for longer. the place is well located and comfortable. a good option for Florence :;) the only thing was the room was a little hot. also the room is quite simple but you should be out exploring anyways!
