• Imagine Iceland (5/5): Very uncomfortable - Location is great, next to the beach, above restaurants As the accommodation didn't meet expectations regarding two seperate rooms the owner kindly offered a refund so we checked out, except we never got the refund. The rooms are not seperate as in privacy as the toilet is in the middle of it and doors cannot be closed.

• Johannes (7/5): Super Lage aber ein Handwerker sollte sich die Wohnung mal anschauen. - Die Lage und der Ausblick Richtung Meer war super. Der Abfluss in der Küche und der Warmwasserboiler waren undicht weshalb auch unangenehme feuchte Gerüche in der Küche waren aber auch im anderen Zimmer hat es komisch gerochen. Die Eingangstür schlägt an der Schiebetür vom Bad an wenn die geöffnet ist. Die ganze Wohnung ist durch einen Stiegenaufgang getrennt.
• Maite (9/5): Preciosas vistas relajantes - Resulta cómodo,las instalaciones separadas,cocina, salón y por otro lado las habitaciones y grata sorpresa,dos cuartos de baño.Las vistas espectaculares,el mar casi se puede tocar con las manos. Lo único las escaleras que aunque son pocas,son duras de subir.Ya me explicaron que son del siglo XVIII y no les permiten cambiarlas.

• Liv Margot (6/5): - Nærme stranden Leiligheten var inndelt i to separate rom. Trappegangen opp til de neste etasjene var på en måte midt i Leiligheten. Når du lukket døra til stuen/kjøkken eller soverom måtte du ha nøkkel for å låse opp. Det var to soverom, som egentlig var et med en skillevegg mellom. Fungerte bra selvom.

• Mª Carmen (5/5): - Estaba bien ubicado Las habitaciones estaban en otro piso del comedor cocina, era como entrar al piso del vecino, tenias que salir al rellano y abrir otra puerta de otra casa, vamos que si por la noche quieres ir a beber agua tienes que salir al rellano Las habitaciones estan una dentro de otra, tienes q pasar por una habitación para entrar a la otra, tener en cuenta si vais con parejas, no se tiene intimidad.
• Manuel A (8/5): Excelente departamento para viajar en pareja (y con buena agilidad). - La ubicación es sin duda su mejor lujo. Ubicado justo enfrente del mar. Buena limpieza en general y tiene unas camas y sofás muy cómodos. Si viajas en familia y llevas carros y mucho equipaje debido a tus hijos, las escaleras son antiguas, con un pasillo muy estrecho y muy inclinado. Acceso que sería imposible para personas mayores y/o con movilidad reducida. A su vez, las habitaciones están en una estancia distinta a la cocina-comedor, algo que lo hace incómodo y poco práctico. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba bien y se paraba todo el rato, teniendo que estar reseteándolo, algo que en pleno verano debería estar a pleno rendimiento. La puerta del aseo del comedor, se enganchaba con la de entrada y golpeaba cada vez que ibas a salir. A su vez faltaban utensilios de la cocina como tenedores, pequeños detalles que deben de supervisarse entre clientes y cliente. Tuvimos que comprar un tostador y pinzas que de hecho las dejamos allí para siguientes clientes. Si consideras cocinar allí, ojo, hay vitro pero no hay extractor de humo. Debería haber más colgadores de toalla, puesto que no hay ningún colgador de toalla de mano ni ducha y las tapas de los wc están sueltas. Tiene 2 baños pero no puedes ducharte a la vez, puesto que si te duchas en una, la otra no tiene fuerza y viceversa. Pequeños detalles que no hacen cómoda una larga estancia.

• Yvette van zundert (8/5): - Top lokatie, zo de deur uit het strand op en geen geluidsoverlast van buiten. In de woning voldoende servies, bestek en overig keukengerei aanwezig. De hoost was ook zeer vriendelijk. We hebben genoten.

If you are staying in the back bedroom you have to go through the other persons bedroom to exit. 2. The bathroom that serves the bedrooms is a Jack and Jill use. 3. The other bathroom is located of the lounge, which has no hot water connection, so cold shower. 4. Kitchen also has no hot water connection, we had to boil a pan to wash items. 5. No kettle, no toaster 6. No spare bin liners left 7. You have to walk across communal stairway to access bedrooms. 8. Could benefit from having an information pack, about the apartment and area.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very helpful, we arrived late at night and he communicated with us well to arrange giving us the keys. Facilities were spotless clean. Excellent location, right on beachfront. Apt is on second floor and the bedrooms with bathroom is across the small hallway to the kitchen/dining area with another bathroom. Very nice accommodation. Would definitely book again. On the morning of check out I contacted him about arranging the keys, was there within 10 mins.

• Clare (10/5): Villakoyosa beachfront apartment - Stunning location overlooking the beach in the heart of the seafront. Apartment was spacious, clean and in really good condition. Only 2 of us, but would comfortably sleep 6 with 2 shower/bathrooms. Strongly recommend to anyone looking to stay inVilljoyosa. Will definitely return.

• Milner (7/5): Good - Clean fresh apartment in an excellent lication The layout of the apartment was strange , with a staircase to other apartments running between bedrooms and sitting/kitchen area. 2nd bedroom had no window and you had to walk through this to get to other bedroom. Stairs were very steep, not really suited to older people

• David (8/5): Cute apartment with an amazing beach view. - The location right on the Villajoyosa beach front was what stood out to us when we saw this property on booking.com. Very clean apartment, with lots of restaurants and cafes right on our doorstep which served a variety of different foods. Easy access to the beach right on our doorstep. The apartment is on a 2nd floor with narrow stairs leading to it through 2 sets of doors, which made it a little awkward to get to when you have a 2 year old and a pushchair to carry up there each time. Also this apartment is actually made up of 2 separate apartments separated by the stairwell. One large room split into 2 bedrooms by sliding separators and a shower room, the other apartment is the living area and kitchen all one large room with a small shower room.
• Chantelle (10/5): great location with a stunning view. - stunning view, perfect location, clean and tidy, and great communication from the host. the bathroom door in the main room doesn't give much privacy, and needing keys to enter the bedroom as there is "public" access to the properties above between the bedrooms and main living.
• Louise (2/5): Disappointed. I had planned our trip carefully checking details. It does not have parking it is not a 1st floor apartmen - Very clean It is 2nd floor we were told 1st floor the stairs are very steep I explained I was travelling with my mother and Aunt 76 and 85 yrs it was extremely difficult for them to get up to the apartment. The toilet seat was broken he did say he’d fix it but unhygienic for our stay. Parking is advertised at the property it is not. Its the beach car park which is always full. I had to park the other side of town up the hill it was not what I had booked. There is no kettle a coffee machine not good if you drink tea. I research properties in great detail before booking when travelling with my Mother and Aunt as they are restricted with movement. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend if you struggle with stairs. The apartment is two separate sections bedrooms on one side of the staircase and kitchen on the other. The neighbours go up the staircase it feels like they are walking through your apartment.
