Hayat (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf op een toplocatie - Dit was mijn favoriete hotel tijdens mijn hele reis. De locatie was perfect, centraal gelegen met alle winkels, eetgelegenheden en actitviteiten in de buurt die je nodig zou kunnen hebben. De kamer is heel ruim, comfrotabel en proper. Personeel was ondanks de taalbarrière heel behulpzaam, een vertaalapp is heel handig om toch vlot te communiceren. Ik zou dit hotel meteen opnieuw boeken indien ik terug naar Wuhan zou reizen. Dit hotel is gelegen in een drukke winkelstraat waar er al heel vroeg in de ochtend (rond 7u 's ochtends) al veel muziek en activiteit is tot laat in de avond. Op zich was dit voor mij geen probleem omdat ik zelf ook vroeg opstond en vrij laat ging slapen om mijn activiteiten te kunnen doen. Maar anders denk ik dat oordoppen geen luxe zijn voor de lichte slapers.

Lukas (8/5): Preis/Leistung stimmt - Das Hotel liegt inmitten der Jianghan Pedestrian Street, es ist also super um sich zu Fuß auf den Weg zu machen und die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal spricht brauchbares Englisch. Das Zimmer war klein, aber für den Preis OK und sehr sauber. Mein Zimmerfenster lag hofseitig, und war daher auch ruhig. Extrem hellhörige Zimmer, die Wände sind sehr dünn. Das Bett fand ich sehr unbequem. Dadurch dass das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone liegt, ist es sehr schwer zügig ein Taxi zu bekommen. Mann muss vor allem zu Stoßzeiten ein paar Straßen weiter gehen, da hier viele Einbahnstraßen sind.

Once out of hotel, is local food and shops to shop around and literally you can walk the entire street which includes tourists attraction, bus tour around city rides and boat rights. Housekeeping was wonderful. They are ready to attend to request. Very helpful. Will definitely come back again. Unlike other hotels, they only have breakfast buffet. No room service. But, doesn't matter because the street food has so much to choose.

Tillmötesgående när de hade bygge i huset och uppgraderade mitt rum och fick frukost (de började arbeta kl 7 på morgonen och där var inget vatten i 2 dagar) Luktade rök i rummet fast det stod att det inte var ett rökrum, inte helt rent bara få i personalen pratade någon typ av engelska. Om man inte uppskattar Kinesisk frukost är det inte mycket på frukosten för en.

Md (10/5): 5 star hotel experience with low cost - Its in the heart of City Centre. Metro is 200 meter away. You can go anywhere of Wuhan, from this Metro. I was actual visited for CIDPEX which was 30 mintues away from this hotel through metro. All restaurent are nearly. Besides there is popular Jianghan road pedestrian street. Always people are doing activity. Very popular place for shopping. Hotel is very neat and clean. They clean the room everyday. Staffs are very friendly. They even allowed me to check out at late 3.30 PM. I specially would like to mention Ms. Mary for her extraordinary help. Very difficult to get Halal food.
Xian (10/5): Excellent - Very convenient location, in the centre of Jianghan Road, 5 mins walk to 2 metro station directly to most of the attractions and airport. Room was clean and tidy spacious, friendly staff helped to arrange a crib which is a proper my little one had a very good sleep. The room was also very quiet might be we were at level 15. Very good experience overall! The breakfast shall provide more local authentic options.

It will be better if they could install some sort of spring mechanism on t - It was in close proximity to shopping centres and popular tourist streets. Plenty of eateries and convenient stores in the vicinity. I could smell cigarettes smoking from the corridor on one of the nights. And the doors close with loud bangs.

Breakfast costs RMB 24 pp and was mostly Chinese dishes and not impressive. There was no AC at all during our stay, apparently not turned on for the season. They had to supply us with an area fan.

It is also a short 15 minutes walk to the Wuhan Art Gallery which has some interesting exhibition. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. Alexander (7/5): Popular and central location with a lot of life - Very good location right next to Jianghan road, filled with shops, food courts and a lot of people basically all hours of the day. Right next to a very big night market in the nights as well. This is probably the most popular area in Hankou, maybe even in the whole Wuhan. Also relatively close to the Yangtze river and it's park which is a nice stroll area. They have a nice gym with good treadmills. Metro quite close by. Some of the staff was very nice, some didn't really bother.

Anton (9/5): Superb - Hotel location is very convenient just around the main walking street. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy Taxi ride to the main attractions. Got a free room upgrade with nice view. Room was very large with big window. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Jzbtf (6/5): Great location, wonderful staff, poor facilities which affected the cleanliness - If not because the staff members were so nice, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 10. The location was great. The staff member gave me a room with good view. The breakfast is good enough with boiled eggs, green vegetable, yogurt, fruits, and hot foods. The facilities are very much outdated and need maintenance. The interior is old and broken which make the rooms and hallways look dirty.
Endre (9/5): Great location for visiting Wuhan center - Great location, just off the Jinghan road. Great selection of stores, metro station, restaurants and other shops nearby. Easy walk to the river side. Overall spacious room, got upgraded to a suite instead of a room. Comfortable bed, and great water pressure. The GM on reception spoke great English! Great value for money. The rooms are a bit dated, the walls would need a fresh coat of paint, and some facilities would need an update (like the central AC). Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Saeed (10/5): Comparable to an international chain - I was there for a layover, took me about 40 minutes from the airport and costed 90 rmb with the toll. Check in was smooth and the room was quite luxurious. I freshened up and walked down to the market for some shopping, didnt realize i spent 2 hours there. Kept my stuff and took a taxi to a place recommended by the staff for a bit of night life. Took me only 10 minutes to get there. Came back and slept, got up, checked out, the hotel staff called me a taxi for the airport and went back. All good

Tk (10/5): Exceptional - Conclusion comes first: We shall be back. The hotel and its room are clean. I would give it a 5-star rating despite of it is not a 5-star hotel. The staff are helpful and always more then happy to help. Staying for 3 nights on 14th floor, we hardly hear any noise and it was very quiet and peaceful. Though the hotel is situated in old part of the city, the benifits is one will find lots and great variety of foods. It is also next to the "walking mall" and one will have much to see and experience. Be the next guess to the hotel and I guarantee you would not be disappointed. Unless you are very picky and try to find bone in an egg, otherwise you should not have any complaints.

Anna (4/5): Uncomfortable stay - Location was convenient to Metro (Jianghan Road, line 2). Food and supermarkets nearby along the pedestrian street and surrounding areas. Non smoking rooms available and bond was taken on check-in. Beds were comfortable. Corridors and surrounding rooms had many smokers, meaning the smell was everywhere and smoke still entered the room from the gaps around the door. There is NO air conditioning in rooms - there is centrally controlled heating that is set to 22 degrees Celsius. Far too warm and the rooms were very stuffy. Unable to keep the window open for ventilation due to smokers from other rooms. I woke up in the night choking on cigarette smoke. The staff did provide a standing fan, on request. The bathroom smelt like a urinal/ sewer and despite multiple requests to clean/ fix the drains, no solution. They claimed it was due to disinfectant used to clean the room (but smell not present in bathrooms in public areas, gym etc). I didn't shower for 3 days and avoided the bathroom.
Mei (8/5): will stay again if ever I go back to Wuhan. - Lovely hotel and value for money. Location was great, just off the main pedestrian street. Hotel is near to subway station named Jianghan road, once you arrive at this station, take Exit A, its nearer to the hotel. The room was of acceptable size , clean and cosy. Cleaning crew was awesome, insisted that she change our wet towels, and gave us water and throw out our bin when we told her it is alright not. Very nice of her. Reception crew at check in was polite and fast. Much thanks to Amy and Jennifer for their kind assistance and pointers as to places of interests to visit and the correct bus to take. Highly recommended place to stay I liked everything about the hotel. Buy rooms with windows, can be a wee bit stuffy.
Mei (8/5): Value for money for Dorsett chain and location is very good - The hotel was exceptionally good, value for the price paid. The nearest station is called Jianghan Road, I believe its Exit D. Google maps took us the long route to get to the hotel, I dont know why. There is some form of construction outside the hotel but no construction noise could be heard. Line 2 of Jianghan Road takes you directly to Tianhe International airport which was a plus as i left china via Wuhan. The pedestrian street was crazy packed with shoppers, so are the side streets selling apparels, phone casing, etc. so much to look at. Plenty of food stores along the street as well. Vibrant city full of young people. Recommended to stay in this hotel. On hindsight, i should have booked a room with windows as the air conditioner was not working so it was stuffy. But we were advised of the same when we checked in, that the air conditioner was not working.
