• Duque (6/5): - La zona donde esta ubicado, la fachada del edificio, nos tocó esperar 30 minutos en la calle a las 22 horas de la noche porque la llaves la traía una persona y se tardo media hora en llegar, el baño se inundó totalmente por una fuga de agua del lavamanos
• Josee (8/5): - Mooie kamer en badkamer. Warm water was uitgevallen, de gastvrouw kwam om te repareren. Aardige mensen. de buurt is wat minder prettig.

• Rossella (8/5): - Stanza comoda e molto pulita. Condizionatore e frigo. Bagno con doccia. C'era anche il phon. Posizionato vicino alla stazione Garibaldi e fermata metro. Ingresso comune del palazzo sarebbe da rifare. Mura con muffa dovuto all'umidità e non molto pulite le scarpe. Niente a che vedere con ambiente confortevole della stanza.

• Siqueira (8/5): - Maria nos recepcionou muito bem e a estrutura é bem legal, com camas confortáveis. A localização é estratégica, perto das estações de trem e de metrô, que consideramos fundamentais para a locomoção em Nápoles. Nós tivemos um problema com o aquecedor e ficamos sem água quente, mas os anfitriões foram muito rápidos em solucionar. O imprevisto de banhos frios...🥶
• Jolán Hajnal (8/5): A szállás jó helyen van, jól felszeret és szépen berendezett. Maria, a takarítónő nagyon kedves. - Nagyon jó a szállás. Nem volt melegvíz. Szóltam a szállásadónak, reggel jött a takarítónő és valamit tett vett, aztán mutatta, hogy van melegvíz. Estére megint hideg vízzel zuhanyozunk. Újra szóltunk a szállásadónak, de az ottlétünk alatt csak egy alkalommal volt melegvizünk.
• Mariia (9/5): Хороша локація - Близько до вокзалу. Комфортне ліжко та подушки, великий досить номер та ванна. Відсутність гарячої води, напевно це проблема у всьому Неаполі, не тільки даних апартаментів.

• Stefania (9/5): Stanza x solo pernottamento a un passo dalla metro per - Mi è piaciuta la stanza pulita e profumata materasso comodo doccia larga e la stanza era stata prontamente raffrescata con il clima. Il palazzo ha il suo "vissuto" Ma la stanza merita. Stazione metro super comoda. Non posso dire non mi è piaciuto.. abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo inconveniente con l'acqua calda che non è arrivata al rientro in serata e non x colpa della struttura! Ma del condominio... prontamente l hoste al mattino ha risolto ,quindi docce fatte e soggiorno completato.
• Michael (7/5): Good stay - Close to train station, convenient. Clean and comfortable. Nicely renovated despite outside appearance of building. Easy check-in with host. Located on first floor, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs if you have luggage. Queen room shares a wall with another residence. The wall is not soundproof and the family who lives there is often yelling at all hours of the night. You will need ear plugs. Location also feels unsafe and dirty outside, but once inside the building you are ok.

• Angelina (8/5): - Si bien la ubicación es muy buena y cómoda, la calle es algo oscura. No nos sentimos inseguros pero al principio impacta. En gral la ciudad tiene problemas con la basura pero ahí parecían más notorios. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la habitación estaba en condiciones. El personal muy bien!

• sviatlana (10/5): - Отличный отель. Заселили раньше времени. Большая удобная кровать. До вокзала пешком минут 10. До центра тоже гуляли пешком. Прочитали предыдущие отзывы и вернулись в отель до ночи. Не чувствовали себя безопасно на этой улице.
• Freya (8/5): Definitely a little gem! - Beautiful room, hot shower, lovely host who let us leave our luggage before being able to check in. She also added snacks for us and gave us cold bottled water on arrival. Comfy bed too, slept well here. Location is great when arriving from train station or bus from airport, short walk from both to apartment. However does look like you have turned down the wrong street but well worth staying here. Don’t be put off from the outside.

• Murat (8/5): Very good - Room has cosy and comfortable bed and sofa and other staff at room also newly furnished. And staff of the suit are very helpful for the accomodation and details. The breakfast is a little insufficent, instead of sweets, some eggs/domatoes and cheeses would be better.

• Millie (9/5): Clean, comfortable room in centre of Naples. Would stay here again! - Very clean and nicely decorated, the ensuite room was spacious and comfortable. Having AC was wonderful. The street is loud with it being so central but we slept very well with the door closed. Great location, only a 15 minute bus journey from the airport to the central train station which is a 5 minute walk away. We had no need for public transport once we were there, everything was walkable. Only complaint is that the coffee pods weren’t refilled in the room or in the hallway where the coffee machine is so we had to share a coffee the second morning. Maybe they just forgot that day.
• Thomas (10/5): Very highly recommended!!! - TOP! Super friendly staff, very clean large room, cosy bed, nice bathroom, good air conditioning. Close to the train station, supermarket right next door and the 2 busiest streets in the old town just around the corner. Breakfast to make yourself. Everything is there - really fresh fruit, milk, coffee, .... Very highly recommended!!! Maybe a little hard to find in. Googel showed us a location 200 metres further down the street. The photos of the house on the other side of the street will help you find it. The entrance is just around the corner from Via Pasquale Stanislao Mancini / Vico VIII Duchesca

• Mariflor (10/5): Exceptional - Maria is a great hostess! The room, a heaven in the heart of chaotic Napoli. Great air-conditioning, very clean room, beautiful sheets, very comfy bed, all fresh and new. Slept like dead. You really enjoy the peace of your room after a difficult travelling day. The price of the room for what she offers its definitely a value for money. 15 min walk from the central station. Internet might disappoint you. I managed to do online all what I needed tho when I got closer to the router. Maria is doing everything to fix and assist. Location might scare you at first sight but people were polite and friendly. I would recommend to not arrive late at night. Apparently the most important and valuable thing above all ,its Maria's accomodation.
• Diane (9/5): Lovely property. Thoughtfully renovated and decorated. Wonderful hospitality and excellent location - Casa Duchesa was a surprise - a stylish renovation to a very high standard. Virtually opposite Garibaldi central station so inevitably not an upmarket locale, but incredibly central. Don't be put off by the outside of the building or even the common area in the building .. once you step into the apartment it's gorgeous. Very comfortable bed and thoughtfully equipped room. The woman who was cleaning and who made my breakfast is charming and very hospitable. Breakfast was nice with yoghurt, fruits, coffee and various cakes. Despite a few challenges to iron out, I'd highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. The Wifi just wasn't working properly and kept cutting out - frustrating because I needed to stay on top of the airline delays etc. Unfortunately there was no hot water during my stay. Apparently the boiler wasn't working but I wish I'd known that as it was unpleasant for a morning shower - clearly this will be fixed urgently! Small issue but I had a mosquito in my room and was bitten during the night, so perhaps spray rooms before guests arrive?
• Meng (9/5): For value of clean, new property, & best effort from host Maria, good stay! - Property was very new & clean, love every bit of it! Well except hot water needed to keep reboot a bit. Host Maria was very hospitable, provided very thoughtful variety of breakfast, even on one day we needed to depart early for Amalfi day trip! She has covered that very thoroughly. The area doesn’t feel very safe, with many foreigners on the streets till late nights. Inside the property we feel like heaven, but not the outside. Leaving luggage was a good effort by Maria, thank you…. But the collecting time could be a bit more punctual, that’s not Maria’s fault!
• Tiia (9/5): Location perfect and room very clean - Location is perfect when you want to get around by train or metro, just a little bit hard to find the right door when using google maps walking in Naples sometimes gets confused because the smaller roads are so narrow. Late check in was made possible with extra payment even though my flight was delayed. Room was very clean and had a very good AC. Staff was very nice and helpful, not speaking english very well but with a translator on their phone communication was easy. The door outside could have a bigger sign or their booking website could tell that the outside door is in the same point that has many flags on the street.
• Kholikov (10/5): Casa Duchesca provided a wonderful stay with its comfortable accommodations and excellent location, making our Napoli tr - The property was clean, well-decorated, and located in a convenient area close to major attractions in Napoli. The host(Maria) was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and the amenities provided were excellent, including a well-functioning Wi-Fi and air conditioning system. The only minor inconvenience was the occasional street noise at night, but it was not too disruptive.
