• durotoye (5/5): - My wife and I actually checked out a few hours after checking in. From the street it looked just like a regular private house. The alleyway to the main entrance was untidy. It gave an impression that it was an unoccupied house.

But Could provide with better Shampoo. There was only an electric kettle and thats it. Could be a perfect place to stay if there was a Fridge and Microwave.

• Helen (7/5): Value and handy to Dartford tunnel - Likes - Clean quality bed linen, comfy bed, large room, bathroom close to room and location near Dartford tunnel. Shopping if needed. Dislikes - curtain hanging, could be better quality. Carpet looks grubby could be improved.
• William (1/5): Avoid - Absolutely filthy with dirty cups and toilet. No room for clothes. Basically a garage with bed. Chemical toilet broke so 2 days with no shower or toilet. Cluttered with last guests belongings. Avoid
• Fran (1/5): The first night was 2/5 . The second night 0/5 - Clean towels Bed sloppily made .Smell of vomit from corner of bed room. wine sprayed on wall beside bed. On the second night there was a domestic dispute with shouting,screaming and,abusive language and stomping of stairs and banging of doors. This went on for 3-4 hrs that night and then continued the following morning when partner returned to the address. Finally police were called just as we were leaving. It felt unsafe and very disturbing.
• Adesola (7/5): Stayed overnight for <12hours - Great and clear communication on how to check in. I chose this place because of proximity to where I was visiting and particularly because check-in was until 12:30am. I messaged them after booking to let them know (out of courtesy) that I will be checking in late and was initially told self check in ends at 11pm, contrary to info on their listing. I asked them to cancel my booking since it was non-refundable if I did, and they eventually came back to say it was fine to check in late. Room wasn't clean, mirror was dirty, there were even cobwebs and chair was broken. Main Entrance was left open both when I checked in and out, although this might have been other guests' doing but I reported this to the host who apologised.

• Lee (4/5): Cheap for a reason - cheap, room was clean and large enough for a solo traveller. Kettle, TV and basic amenities provided. no kitchen facilities, lock on the main door was broken, shared toilet facilties, lack of parking (one space only for 7 rooms.) Stunk of cannabis constantly. This is a large bungalow converted into a 7 room halfway house. You'll need to eat out everyday as there isn't anywhere to make food for yourself.

• Gannon (1/5): Terrible would not recommend - Nothing It’s not a hotel, it’s a renovated house with 6 individual rooms. The drive way could only fit one car so you have to park on the side of the road or in the grass, the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, the upstairs guest sat in the hallway and smoked weed every hour, your have a shared bathroom with how every many guest that are staying there, the room don’t look like they do in the picture they are super small and so is the bed.

I know this from Airbnb and I had some problems...especially when infrastructure was marod and cheap. but in this case all was ok.

• Lijabs (7/5): Good for a group/families - I like that the room was tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. I shared a bathroom with a family and a toddler (stressful). Kitchen unaccessible and no microwave, ate my food cold🥲.

• Cox (8/5): The Dartford Stay. - There was space to park the car, and basic amenities a tv and a kettle with rwa and coffee. The shower was difficult to adjust. The blind was difficult to adjust.

• Jane (7/5): Good - Clean and comfortable room. Hair dryer and iron were nice touches. Kettle had to be filled from the bathroom and there was nowhere to wash up mugs. There were two mugs but a glass would have been nice too. Being by the front door it was a bit noisy.

• Joshua (6/5): Good value - This is in a good location, and it represents an affordable option for travelers, which is what I'm after. So it suited me really well. It had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The room was spacious, and the check-in and out process was seamless. When I had to communicate with staff, they were polite and helpful. There was enough off street free parking at the accommodation. I was walking distance to some shops to pick up a few things I needed. In the shared bathroom, the shower head was broken, I was still able to have a shower without problems, though. While I was there, somebody staying in the room next door, I think, might have been having a personal episode. I could hear some yelling and punching of the walls. When I came out the next morning, the wipers on my car had been turned up/tampered with. A few times, I was a bit concerned about what might happen through the night. To the credit of this place, there were some staff that showed up in the morning who said they worked at the accommodation. They were very friendly and asked me if I heard a lot of noise through the night and I explained that I had. They were very friendly and expressed concern about it, which was appreciated. I think this might have been a one-off type of event, so I would happily stay at this accommodation again! It is good value.
