• David (10/5): Superb stay - This apartment is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. Welcome pack is lovely and with Waitrose only a couple of minutes away shopping is easy. Ideally located for everything Harrogate has to offer. The beds are very comfortable and everything works as it should. Claire our host is responsive and happy to assist. Parking easy, covered and secure, although if you have a large car it might be tight. Outlook of offices, garages and buildings is not the best but the apartment itself and location make up for this. Otherwise this aprtment is faultless.

They had even thought of lady supplies in the bathroom. The host was fantastic having forgotten something exceptionally important, she contacted me and will arrange for it to be posted to me. Would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful apartment. Maybe slightly better internet connection as the TV struggled to stream programs, however wasn’t necessarily essential.

Little touches everywhere, milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, cotton buds, shower caps, nail files and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds extremely comfortable. Towels, pillows, cushions, throws and bed linen excellent quality. Can't recommend highly enough. The underground car park. The car in front of us badly scraped on the wall going in. It's very tight. We had to use EV charger, a real pain getting app, and cost £19!!!!

The location was excellent and it was a big bonus to be able to park on site. The apartment was superbly furnished and very well equipped. Everything had been thought of and we had a very comfortable stay. We have told all our friends and family that if they are visiting in Harrogate this is the place to stay at. All the instructions for accessing the apartment and parking were excellent and Claire responded to any questions very quickly. Having to leave!

Everything you need is there and the lady even left us a few treats like milk and OJ which was much needed after too many drinks! We came and stayed there as had a wedding close by but I would come again for sure to stay there!

• Robert (8/5): Great Apartment for a Harrogate Stay - The apartment was so clean and modern and had all the facilities you could possibly need. The welcome pack was a nice touch. It's in a quiet location and not too far from the centre, just a short stroll. The car park entry is a little tight but we managed. It was however expected as we'd been informed about it from the host beforehand.

• Beverley (9/5): Fantastic home from home - Loved the location - the property was a very short walk from the town centre and Waitrose was just around the corner. The customer service was great - very friendly and professional. The facilities were absolutely fantastic - the owners have really thought about the things guests might need for a short break and how to make this accommodation a home from home. A lot of places have quite basic supplies, so we were pleasantly surprised to find milk, bread, biscuits, plenty of tea bags, butter, coffee and oils. Cooking facilities were excellent - everything you could need. There were plenty of dishwasher and laundry tablets, bin liners, toilet rolls and towels. Both bathrooms had large bottles of spa quality shower gel, bath salts, shampoo and conditioner, along with make up wipes and other essentials, which we really appreciated. There were hairdryers in both bedrooms and a washing machine, hoover, iron etc. hidden away in the hallway cupboard. The Wi-Fi was good and the TV had plenty of apps. We liked having a table to eat dinner and little extras like candles and a Bluetooth speaker helped make it feel really homely. We found the mattresses of both beds to be quite firm, so not as comfortable as we’d have liked, although we soon got used to them. Unfortunately, there was a loud buzzing noise that seemed to be coming from somewhere in the communal area outside the flat and this disturbed our sleep a little. The noise started around 11 pm each night, going on intermittently, before stopping a few hours later. We eventually decided to sleep in the smaller bedroom as the noise was less noticeable in there, but we still had to play some music to try and cover the buzzing. Hopefully it’s something that can be fixed, but it wouldn’t prevent us from booking another stay here, as everything else was great.

• Craig (10/5): Wow what a place - It was outstanding 1 and only 1 problem you must change your get out time as i find it unacceptable to be out that early in the morning for the price we paid which is fine...but even hotels give you till 1130 ...we went from there today to mercure in York check in 2 check out 1130 ...realistic
• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The apartment was fantastic, really well equipped. Claire was amazing, it was a special occasion for us and she bought us flowers and a card. We're a vegan family, and she proved vegan milk, biscuits, and sweets.
