Inicialmente reservé por cuatro días, sumé una noche antes de llegar y, ya en el lugar, decidí agregar otra más. ​El personal fue muy amable y resolutivo ante mis cambios repentinos: hicieron lo imposible para conseguirme una habitación con baño privado, un gran gesto de cortesía. Además, el lugar cuenta con una estación de agua fresca y/o para tomar algo caliente. Muy recomendable por su excelente predisposición, la limpieza es buena y esta cerca de todo.

During my stay, I found it ok as there were quite a few female residents. The landlord mentioned that some rooms have private toilets, but those are more expensive.

• olivia (5/5): - La literie. L'emplacement. Les volets ne fonctionnaient pas donc juste un rideau jaune ne coupait pas la lumière, réveillée tous les jours à 6h par le soleil. Attention il est indiqué 3ème étage mais c'est en fait au 6ème sans ascenseur (il y a des demis étages). La salle de bain dans la chambre très exiguë, dur de se retourner dans la douche. Très bruyant le soir avec les personnes allant dans les douches communes à n'importe quelle heure. Il était indiqué chambres insonorisees, c'est faux. Ça ne vaut pas le prix demandé.

L'ajout de 2 ou 3 crochets par chambre serait vraiment bienvenu

• Akvile (10/5): - Beautiful stay in a charming historic building right in the heart of Florence. The vintage-style room was lovely and full of character, which made the experience feel very authentic and special. The owner was exceptionally attentive, kind, and always ready to help. Also, a special bonus was getting to meet the owner’s dog at the reception one day - super cute and very friendly :) The only small thing to note is that, since I booked a room with a shared bathroom, it would have been convenient to have a sink inside the room as well. From the photos, I had the impression that some rooms included one, but I probably should have checked this more carefully before booking.

And they are Most Accomodating and Helpful: Truly A Real Experience. And Then Comes The Cherry on the Cake: the Most Amazing RoofTop With a 360° VIEW of The ENTIRE CITY ..it TRULY TOOK MY BREATH AWAY.. This Experience has Truly felt So Lovely All Around and it simply warms up the Heart and feeds the Soul to meet such Great Good People with Great Positive Energy doing Great Work. I Give Them All a 10++++++!! I Will be back, no Doubts.. Thank you So People, You Rock!!! Can't think of even 1 thing ..

Curatenie,ospitalitate.Am avut si ceai gratuit si gustari ( biscuiti,croissante). Camera era foarte aranjata.Pentru mine a fost liniste, am avut un somn odihnitor si am putut sa ma relaxez cu adevarat. Interiorul arata foarte cozy si autentic, iar pozitionarea este excelenta ( in centru), dar departe de galagia turistilor.Am avut acces facil la mijloace de transport in comun. Facilitatile si comportamentul gazdelor mi-au depasit asteptarile.Ai absolut tot ce ai nevoie aici. Cu siguranta este un loc deosebit si voi reveni cu placere. Recomand acest loc si altor persoane.Eu sigur voi reveni.M-am simtit bine si in siguranta. Va multumesc pentru primirea calduroasa! Totul a fost perfect.Nu au fost probleme deloc.

• Claudia (7/5): Great Location - Room size was fair, the location was quiet, there are free tea/coffee and water which is a great bonus. The owner was very helpful and polite. Excellent location, the property was 10 mins from the train station and 15 minutes from the Florence Cathedral and 7 minutes to Florence Central Market. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and few mini markets. We did everything by foot. Being close to the train station was helpful as we visited other cities in Tuscany. The hotel is on the 3rd floor - no lift for the guests, as the lift is a private lift. However the owner was very helpful in allowing us to use the lift for arrival and departure with the luggages, otherwise it would have been impossible. However during your stay you have to use the stairs. The property decor is very outdated. There are mosquitos if you leave the window open.

• Eliyathamby (1/5): Did not stay at this property - Nothing. I did not like anything. Very bad accommodation and would not recommend to anyone. We did not like anything. The building entry is dusty and appears like a haunted place from inside. The broken lift is very old and ancient. You have to carry your luggage all the way to the 3rd floor which is double floor to floor height. Main entry is very dusty and got a rusted steel grill screen like a high security prison. There was a strong, cheap perfume smell in side accommodation which made me and my wife difficult to breath and could not stay inside even for a moment. We would not recommend anyone to book this place even for free. You could find a 4star hotel with breakfast at same location for the same price. The booking.com should not advertise this accommodation. The photos and some reviews in booking.com are misleading compared to the actual condition. There was no staff to receive you. We arrived at the property, assessed conditions and left within 1hr and informed Souvenir Maya through booking.com same night and next day explaining the status of accommodation. We moved to another 4 star hotel which cost us almost same price but far better standards, much cleaner accommodation with free breakfast at smee location.

• Aurélie (7/5): Un lieu pratique pour visiter une si belle ville ! - Franchement, l'emplacement est au top et le lieu plutôt marrant car un peu décalé ! On sent l'effort de fait pour que ce soit sympa. La douche et les toilettes communes. Disons que non prévu, sans peignoir fourni, c'est pas pratique et pas ultra marrant d'attendre que la douche/wc se libèrent et encore moins de passer parfois après des gens un peu crades ! Sans compter la salle de bain inondée à chaque fois ! Nous étions près de l'entrée et l'interphone de bonne heure le matin toutes les deux minutes, bof bof. Mais bon, la proximité du centre valait l'effort. On en est pas mort non plus, mais on aurait pu rêver mieux comme lieu de lune de miel ! On a pris les choses avec humour !

• France (6/5): Bof... - Proche du centre de Florence. Lieu relativement propre. Le personnel était sympathique. La salle de bain privée s'avère être une douche et lavabo installés dans la chambre. Le wc dans la chambre également était quand même cloisonné mais n'offre pas l'intimité d'une vraie salle de bain. La paroie de douche était cassée et remplacée par un rideau, pommeau avait une fuite... 3eme étage et seuls les habitants peuvent utiliser l'ascenseur.
• PATRIZIA (3/5): - Attirata dalle foto presenti su Booking.com e dalla posizione, ho prenotato una camera singola con bagno privato per 2 notti, dal 17 al 19 aprile 2026 (struttura in via S. Zenobi, 47 - terzo piano - camera n° 4). Tralasciando lo squallore dell'entrata che non è di totale competenza della struttura (allego foto), la camera situata ad un terzo piano senza ascensore (informazione segnalata sul sito) apparentemente si presentava in ordine in un appartamento "old fashion". Ma: - La rete del letto pendeva da un lato perché ormai fuori uso. - I cuscini, probabilmente delle bisnonna, erano a grumi, duri e inutilizzabili - Nel minuscolo bagno il water era posizionato accanto al lavandino, per cui per sedersi si dovevano incastrare le gambe sotto al lavabo. Dalla doccia (composta solamente di un soffione posizionato sopra e a lato del lavandino) usciva un rivolo d'acqua, faticoso sciacquarsi. Non parliamo del lavarsi i capelli... Per il pernottamento (senza colazione) ho speso 225,22€ (112,61€ a notte) + 11€ della tassa di soggiorno, decisamente eccessivo per quanto offerto.

• GYURI (10/5): - 다소 급하게 잡았는데 가성비 좋은 숙소였어요. 위치가 정말 가깝고 이곳저곳 접근하기에도 좋았어요. 게스트들을 위한 많은 물품들을 준비해주셨고 덕분에 청소가 필요하다면 복도의 청소기 등을 이용할 수도 있었습니다. 오너분은 정말 친절하셨어요 부활절 기간에 방문했더니 알려주신 퍼레이드와 콜롬바를 맛 볼 수 있었습니다 정말 즐거운 여행이었습니다 감사합니다 엘리베이터가 없는 점? 그래서 저는 하루보다는 며칠 묵으시는 분께 추천드리고 싶어요. 유럽 특성상 방충망이 없다보니 모기 등이 있지만 복도에 살충제와 vape가 마련되어있습니다.

• B (10/5): Un refugio con alma en el corazón de Florencia - Mi semana en este hotel fue como habitar un pequeño refugio en el corazón de Florencia. Desde el primer día, la atmósfera me envolvió con una calidez difícil de describir: tranquila, íntima, casi como estar en casa, pero con el encanto de lo extraordinario a pocos minutos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El edificio, que alguna vez fue un teatro, aún parece susurrar historias en cada rincón. Su decoración conserva ese espíritu y lo transforma en un espacio acogedor, donde cada detalle invita a quedarse un poco más. Cada mañana y cada tarde traían consigo un gesto sencillo pero encantador: infusiones humeantes y algo dulce, como galletas o pastel, esperándome sin prisa, como si el tiempo allí tuviera otro ritmo. Aunque el baño era compartido, siempre estaba impecable, cuidado con dedicación y perfumado, como si también formara parte de esa armonía cotidiana. Quiero agradecer profundamente a Andrea, el anfitrión, y a Hansel, cuya calidez y atención hicieron que esta experiencia fuera mucho más que una estadía: fue un recuerdo hermoso. Si alguna vez regreso a Florencia, sé que volveré a este bellísimo lugar, donde por unos días me sentí, verdaderamente, en casa. Grazie! Anabella

L'alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in pochi minuti e si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacente. Consigliato.

• Raúl (8/5): Buena opción de alojamiento cerca del centro histórico de Florencia. - El personal del hotel es de lo más amable que te puedes imaginar. Hay un chico que habla español y si no, como el otro hombre que hay, se esfuerza para entenderte y/o hacerse entender. Me dejé toda la documentación en el avión, con lo que tuve que "perder" toda la tarde en la comisaría de policía poniendo la respectiva denuncia. Cuando volví, a las ocho y pico de la tarde, me atendió e hizo el check in con la mejor de las actitudes, sin cobrarme ese extra que ponía a partir de las 19:30 h. Tuvo la gentileza de prestarme un cargador para el móvil, con lo que pude tener batería y estar localizable siempre. También destacar que fue capaz de romperme el candado de la maleta, para así, poder asearme y cambiarme de ropa todos los días. La ubicación, es excelente, a escasos cinco minutos caminando, se encuentra el inicio/final del tranvía nº 2 (San Marco Università), con lo que en 35' llegas desde/al aeropuerto Lo que no me gustó del hotel, fue que aunque hay ascensor en el edificio, sólo lo pueden utilizar los propios residentes, con lo que prepararte para subir el equipaje a mano cuatro pisos por escaleras. También mencionar la habitación. Aunque la cama era amplia y el colchón cómodo para dormir, no puedo decir lo mismo del WC, ducha y lavabo. Todo extremadamente pequeño (sobre todo el WC). La persiana de la habitación, no bajaba ni subía, con lo que todo el tiempo con la cortina echada para tener un poco de intimidad.

• Jason (5/5): Good value for money - The hotel is situated very close to the tram stop at San Marco which connects directly with the airport. You can walk to the Duomo in less than 15 minutes, depending on how fast you walk. The proprietor is a nice friendly man. The floor in my room was not very clean. I don't think there is a vacuum cleaner at the property. (Well, I never heard one in operation.) There may have been bed bugs as I awoke with a few bites. The wi-fi signal was weak. However, the signal might vary from room to room. The plumbing in the shared bathroom was noisy and temperamental. Guests are not permitted to use the lift, so if the thought of climbing several flights of steps after a day walking around Florence makes you quail, this hotel is not for you.

• Carine (8/5): Pratique pour l´emplacement et découvrir Florence á pied sans grand effort. - La situation de ce petit hotel est parfait. En 5 minutes vous etes au centre de tous les monuments emblématiques. Andreas est extremement acceuillant et vous facilite votre séjour. L´établissement et les chambres sont propres ainsi que les toilettes.

• Liudmyla (8/5): - This mini-hotel is located in an old 4-story building, which is within walking distance of the city's most important attractions: 10 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the central market, etc. The owner is a very hospitable person who goes out of his way to accommodate his guests. He has two wonderful dogs who ride in a small dog elevator. He waited for us until 8:00 PM while we were driving through traffic from Bologna to Florence. When he found out that it was my birthday tomorrow, he gave me a bottle of prosecco. It was a very touching gesture of concern on his part. I am very grateful to him for this. The hotel has a coffee machine for a small fee, very clean linens, a comfortable mattress, and a warm, homey atmosphere. It's still an old house converted into a hotel, so don't expect anything super modern, just enjoy the atmosphere.

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower in the room was very convenient, and the view was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect — close to everything and easy to get around. The atmosphere of the place was beautiful and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything felt well taken care of and welcoming.

• Paulo Zadra (8/5): Bom preço benefício - Ótima localização, boa recepção e bom preço benefício para a localização, mas esteja ciente que é uma estadia mais simples, embora seja confortável. Infelizmente o aquecimento da agua no banheiro compartilhado do nosso andar deixou de funcionar, mas esteve disponível o banheiro do outro andar que esteva bom.

We had booked a double bedroom with a shared bathroom however because it was a quiet period he gave us a free upgrade to a private bathroom which was very nice. The place was clean and comfortable. The wifi signal was a bit weak in room we were in and the internet speed wasn't so great. It's worthwhile mentioning the accommodation is on floor 3 of an apartment building and the building's elevator is exclusively not for tourists to use. This was not an issue for us.

All'interno della camera c'è la possibilità di usare un piccolo frigo .
• Gottfried (2/5): Anstrengend - Der Vermieter ist ein netter älterer Herr und die Lage ist relativ Zentral 3 Stock ohne Lift!! bzw der Lift durfte von den Gästen nicht benutzt werden! Alt eingerichtete Zimmer. Geht vielleicht als Klasse B Pension durch, von Hotel keine Rede. Bad war relativ neu renoviert. Nur wenig Schimmel ;-). Warmwasser beim Duschen fallweise ausgefallen
• Agnes (10/5): Skvělý zážitek - Majitel byl moc milý a hodný, vše nám vysvětlil a dokonce nám dal i větší pokoj. Mluvil poměrně dobře anglicky. V ubytování se nachází zdarma automat na kávu a na filtrovanou vodu, na našem patře byl balkon s výhledem do vnitrobloku a koupelna, která byla čistá, a fén. V pokoji, který byl vybaven ve vintage stylu byla veliká postel, dvě skříně, noční stolky se zásuvkami a umyvadlo, nejvíce nás ale uchvátil výhled z okna na park a dominantní věže Florencie a město. V noci tam byl klid. Přímo naproti hotelu se nachází několik restaurací, doporučuji pizzerii, byla nejlepší za celý pobyt. Hotel je v pěší vzdálenosti od centra, za 10-15 minut jsme přišli k Duomo Firenze (Florentský dóm). V okolí se nachází i několik kaváren s výběrovou kávou a skvělé pečivo na každém rohu. (Párkrát jsme potkali psi majitelů což nám udělalo radost) V koupelně po chvíli přestala téct studená voda takže tekla jenom horká/vařící ale předpokládám že už to bude opraveno.

• Emilie (9/5): Un endroit très cosy et proche du centre-ville, un propriétaire compréhensif - Situation géographique au top, lieu très charmant et accueillant, propriétaire disponible et compréhensif malgré notre arrivée tardive à cause du trafic. Nous avons eu une chambre avec salle de bain qui était disponible, bien que nous ayons payé pour une chambre seule. Un propriétaire qui sait accueillir ses clients, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cela ! Installations un peu vieilles qui mériteraient un bon coup de nettoyage et de rénovation (notamment la salle de bain). Clé un peu tordue, difficultés à (dé)verrouiller la porte.
