Guest Reviews
- Aqib (1/5): Do not book - Location Very dirty
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudia (1/5): I’m very unsatisfied with this accommodation it was extremely dirty dust everywhere very unpleasant - NOTHING I’m very unsatisfied with this accommodation it was extremely dirty dust everywhere very unpleasant smell horrendous smell no toilet paper dirty ear buds lying around floors wasn’t clean bedding didn’t smell clean mattresses was very very uncomfortable no light bulbs in lamps curtain pole hanging off wall in the one bedroom tap was really rusty couldn’t brush teeth as particles was falling off mould all in the shower cubicle had two young boys with us and was finding beetles n earwigs in the kitchen and living area.
- Gary (7/5): A decent apartment. - The Apartment was very spacious and open planned living. He beds were very comfortable. It was well equipped and I liked that it was a gated area. There is a bus stop just at the gate that runs you into town. I could not park my car within the secure parking as there was no parking permit. It would be a great addition. As a result I had to park in the womens hospital around the corner. This costs £9.00 per day or £20 for the week. However after speaking with some of the neighbours they said that you can park during the day (Just keep an eye out) but if you park overnight you will more than likely recieve a fine. I would have been happy to pay the £20 and a deposit for the permit and key fob to allow me to access the property remotely and park outside the apartment. There is no local shops nearby nor was there anywhere to eat or drink. There was only 1.5 toilet rolls and 4 towels for a family of 4 for a week. After contacting Moses he did bring 2 more towel. It was a very noisy apartment block with doors slamming and the noise of the kids upstairs running back and forward.
- Sara (1/5): Awful. Do not reccomend - Spacious apartment Apartment not clean, items left from previous holiday makers, microwave dirty, oven dirty, kettle dirty, empty soap bottles left, shower dirty,
Had messaged the host about this & was told they would sent cleaner back to clean the apartment but no one came to clean it. Didn't feel comfortable making anything to eat in the apartment, only used to sleep in.
- Judith (5/5): The bedding had a bad smell - Lotcation No parking
- Pg (7/5): Good -
- Rog (8/5): Very good -
- Piyal (10/5): Exceptional - Noisy air wick
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Carl (10/5): Great value, spacious apartment. - Super weekend stay with the family, close to the city centre. Great value for money.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Ilieva (10/5): Exceptional - The centre was near.
The bed was convenient, and the sheets were tidy.
- Anya (9/5): Superb -
- Emma (7/5): Good - Very spacious apartment. Ideal location and had everything needed for short stay Needs a good thorough clean rather than a surface clean. Mattress protectors should be used in my opinion. Chairs and beds very uncomfortable for me. Neighbours upstairs very noisy I think with kids running up and down the room it sounded like
- Colleen (6/5): Pleasant - Location Cleanliness
- Rebecca (7/5): Clean and accessible budget accommodation - Good communications and clean flat with all of the basics. It was further away from the centre than it appeared on Booking.com and the bathroom tiles were broken.
- Szabó (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, great sleeping rooms & comfortable beds and large & nice living room & kitchen. Bathroom:
Shower with broken and missing tiles, very moldy ceiling :///
Kitchen:
Smelly refrigerator
- Sukkuriya (8/5): Very good - Very nice and roomy apartment, Parking provided and very near to the flat. Great people also.. TV remote cannot be used to open apps. I have to use phone remote control. Everything else is great..Thanks
- Nicola (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend until they do a deep clean, mend the hole in the floor, broken tiles and wall in the bathroom and pro - It was close to where we wanted to be. It was spacious. It was gated. The whole apartment complex was scruffy with litter everywhere and rat bait boxes everywhere.
The neighbours above were very noisy.
The apartment had been given a surface clean but needed a good clean.
There was a big open hole in the floor between the toilet and bath where someone had simply leant a cardboard box!!! The floor in the bath by the plug hole where you stand for the shower felt like it might give way at anytime. The tiles were broken and wall caved in. The shower water strayed up onto the ceiling and some came down and there was a mold patch above. I asked for 2 more towels as two of the three towels were like hand towels with no response. I really think we should have been told at least about the hole before we booked. Very disappointing.
- Fiona (6/5): Reasonable Stay - Location was ideal for me, short walking distance to where I needed to be. Very quiet location. Parking space was close by to the apartment. Host was responsive - answered messages and picked up my call. It needs a thorough deep clean and possibly a little upgrade, especially the bathroom - not as per pictures. I did get a message to say they were getting it fixed however from reading other reviews this has been long standing. Strong smell of Indian food in the main corridor area. It was also on the warm side, I had to leave windows open over night.
- Gokul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luca (6/5): Pleasant -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great location - It was exactly as in the photos. Loads of space and in a great location just a 10min bus trip from the center of town Bed was a bit to hard for us
- Timms (10/5): 3 night stay - Spacious apartment, comfortable beds lovely bedding great WiFi easy to get to. Okay area too. Mould above shower, and leaking. Shower temperature was boiling and couldn't turn it down. Shower also squirted everywhere. dirty ear buds under beds. Bit dusty and alot of cobwebs. The people above were banging constantly and had children screaming and crying didn't get much sleep..
- Andrea (7/5): Good value stay for one night in great location - Location is close to city centre and attractions and liked that it was in a secure, gated, location. Property met our needs for overnight stay, good value for money and great for a comfortable nights sleep. The property could have been a little cleaner in places e.g doors and windows and the shower area had signs of damp and damage to some bathroom flooring (although owner did message to inform us of this needing repair).
There were some children playing football outside of property with ball hitting car several times and quite a bit of noise coming from property above until fairly late but we went out so not too much of an issue in the end.
- Louise (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good very near the bus and only 15 mins into town The Owner needs to tell people the 1 on the key pad for the gate into the complex is a bit sticky u need to make sure it comes up on the key pad as an astrix for each number u put in otherwise u wont get in
- Roxanne (3/5): I wouldn't bother unless you can't afford anywhere else - - It had secure parking
- It was spacious
- it wasn't far drive from tesco
- beds were comfortable -It was very unclean, not at all the level of hygiene I would expect. Hair in the fridge, debris on the shelves and on the cutlery in the drawer the oven was vile as was the baking tray. The stuff was mismatched and the sofa ancient.
- the host Moses didn't even apologise at first when I messaged about the state of the place- he said thanks and he'll tell the cleaner! But not he'd send then back or sorry! We had to buy cleaning products and sort the place out
- Colin (8/5): Very good - Easy to access, clean and tidy, good value too
Great communication too
- Charleen (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the space in the apartment The bathroom had moldy patches on the ceiling. Tiles on the floor were broken.
The overall smell in the apartment was not nice
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Easy parking. Whole big flat.
- Teresa (10/5): loved it - clean, very nice apartment
- Chris (10/5): Brilliant, would 100% reccommed and stay again. Host was very responsive and helpful too - Very spacious, cosy, clean, & very good value for money Could get a bit stuffy, but nothing unbearable
- Mark (9/5): Stay at chancellor court - The location was ideal . Soon got familiar with local buses and taxis. The apartment was very well equipped . Spacious and clean. The instructions for paying entering gated complex and apartment were very well explained . And owner always available to ring if needed. The noisy family above . Young children running around b4 school and all evening before bed !!! . No consideration at all . Apart from that no issues.
- Suzanne (10/5): really enjoyed our staff, exceptional host was on hand late at night to help us with entering through the security gates - was spacious and pleasant hard to get in the security gates
- Matthew (7/5): Good - Nice safe location, it served a purpose.
Had everything we needed for a short break. Cleanliness was poor, fridge was dirty, plus dirt in between kitchen units. Black mould in bathroom. Could benefit from a deep clean.
The flat above was very noisy, could hear them constantly running and banging on the floor.
Upgrade required to bathroom, damaged in several places.
- Mariana (7/5): Some flaws but good appartment - Spacious and secure appartment, easy parking in the complex. Easy check in and out. Owner was quick to reply and to comply with requests. Quiet area, 15 min walking to the university.
Would recommend if you're not planning to cook at home and are not to picky with cleaning. Not very careful cleaning (the oven was very dirty, the window shades and the shelves had accumulated dust on it). There were no toiletries (shampoo, shower gel), we had to bring our own but the owner provided us with towels. The sofa in the living room is very unconfortable and the pillows on the bed are very high.
- Robert (8/5): Lovely flat in a useful location. - Lovely flat with a great powerful shower. Secure parking and right next door to Liverpool womens hospital. Host was good enough to allow us to check in early as our plans had changed. Nothing.
- Owen (10/5): Brilliant would recommend - Host really helpful property clean and secure Nothing was fine
- Richard (4/5): A bit disappointing - Great location and generally quiet and secure Mould on bathroom ceiling.
Shower tray rotten underneath - felt like it would collapse during shower
Stained and worn sofas
The contact person didn’t answer the phone despite repeated calls
They did however reply promptly via the website messenger
The rest of the property was generally clean and ok
- Laura (8/5): Very good - Spacious and clean. Very comfortable and about a 15 min walk from the city centre
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Niesha (9/5): Superb -
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gerhard (7/5): Good -
- Marc (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay for a few days away with friends. Convenient and easy to get into the city centre. Moses was a great host!
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Lisa (8/5): It was an ideal base for my daughter’s graduation, with a designated parking space so no extortionate parking fees. A re - it was lovely and spacious and felt very secure. It was just right for our couple of nights stay nothing that I can think of
- Gemma (8/5): Very good -
- Hani (10/5): Great - I lived with my family in this place for 4 days and everything was good. The place is very clean and close to the city center. There is parking and a closed gate to this quiet and beautiful complex.
I advise everyone who comes to Liverpool to this place and dealing with the person was easy and good.
Everything in the apartment is available and I will definitely come back to this place in the future N/A
- Catrin (10/5): what we wanted, cheap cheerful, handy and secure. - Very safe and secure - agent was happy to answer questions instantly and brought over an item for us quickly and fuss free. parking very straightforward. bathroom needs a little attention in and around shower areas.
- Steve (8/5): Comfortable and quiet apartment ∆ - A very quiet and comfortable apartment. Safe and secure for families stay. We enjoyed staying at this apartment not far from the town centre. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. No bathroom toiletries. We had to buy some the next day before we could have showers.
- Shelby (7/5): Good -
- Ahmed (7/5): Good -
- Sheryl (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was SO warm and comfy. Easy to find. Brilliant host, Moses, who had excellent communications.
Very convenient for university open day.
