- Jason (1/5): Not good. Worst place I have ever stayed in. - We liked nothing. We may have been the only people who didn't live at the motel. Guy across from us came in and out of his room several times to smoke his drug pipe. Place didn't feel safe, and we paid way too much for it (220.00) for one night. Screen was missing on the front door to the "cabin". Stay away. We couldn't leave in the morning fast enough. We didn't like anything. See the above statement.

- Loxe3 (9/5): Would definitely stay there again! - I needed to stay in Muskoka for work and this place was the most affordable and air conditioned and clean! It is a standalone bunkie, amongst a handful of others, with a tiny sort of field driveway for parking out front, and the unit is very spacious! It has two twin or queen beds (couldn't tell), a kitchenette with a sink and microwave and cupboards, a dining table and two chairs, and the bathroom has a bathtub and rosy shampoo and conditioner and soap are provided as are clean towels. There was also a closet for clothes, but I didn't need to use it. It was exceptionally clean, and felt safe enough for a solo female traveller, as there are families w small kids who either live or rent next door for the summer maybe, and they were quietly playing outside. The location is very central, around the corner from shops at the entrance to Gravenhurst- Giant Tiger, Shoppers Drug Mart and more. It was a 25 minute drive to Bala and 10 minute drive to the family beach at Muskoka Lake and Gull Lake is nearbye too- maybe 5 mins drive. I would absolutely stay there again! The pillows are very soft- if you're a picky pillow person, bring your own pillow. The blankets are also not very thick, but i just shut the air conditioning off and was fine. Price wise, it's high season, but otherwise, I'd say it was expensive for what it is.

- Rebekah (1/5): Unsafe and run down. - Nothing. The place was run down. I went with my little girl and did not feel safe at all. None of the windows had locks on them and the screens were half coming off the windows. The screen door had no lock either and the main door had no dead bolt. I was in Cabin 2. Also there was a beer can half empty in the bathroom when I arrived. The fridge had a very strong smell to it so I never used it. My daughter and I ended up leaving later that evening as both of us could not sleep and felt very unsafe. I would highly recommend you stay away from this hotel. When my husband talked to the manager later on the phone he was told all the cabins had locks on them. I wish I had taken photos and videos of it.
- William (5/5): Fine for an overnight...we had a good, uninterrupted sleep. - Comfortable, and clean, good firm mattress on bed, lots of hot water, lots of towels and soap. The property is showing signs of wear. Little things like broken locks on windows, broken latch on screen door, no light bulbs in sockets, no tissues, an attempt at repainting with an amateurish terrible result. The property has great potential and, if the deficiencies are corrected, a stay at this motel would be full value for money.

- Bitzer (10/5): Exceptional - Comfy bed,alot of sunshine, perfect for what I needed. Overall it was a nice stay. The front staff was inviting and pleasant. Quieter than in a hotel with people beside you. The nature of animals in the morning were nice. Great location. I would definitely return. Temperature control....I didn't get to adjust it. I was a tad chilly The view from the behind of my cabin could improve.

- Paula (6/5): Decent for a night - The cabin was cute and check in quick and easy. Bed were alright. It wasn’t very clean, hair all over the shower, stains on the cupboards and walls. When we pulled up there was a cop going through the yard so made it feel a little sketchy.

- Daniel (7/5): Not bad, but needs some TLC - Location is good, surrounded by restaurants and stores. Not too far to downtown. The cabin we had was in need of detailing. There were light bulbs missing and no knives to eat with. No stove, just an old hot plate. Painters forgot to remove the outlet covers before painting, so they looked like crap. Overall, it looked a bit ratty, but it could have been much worse.

- See (8/5): Convenient location , good value - Thé location is very convenient, just a few steps from town center of Gravenhurst. The canin is equipped with simple counter top stove and a microwave. The table can fit 4 people to sit down to eat comfortably. a bit dated but cleaned well,so not an issue for us.

We had to ask for some pans which were readily given. Also a hairdryer when requested. It was as described but basic. It hasn't been updated. I thought it expensive.

Very strong cleaning product smell in the unit. Sheets looked stained, had cigarette burn holes in them. $200/night was a lot for this accommodation.
