- Andrei Caragea (9/5): A great place to stay in the hills of the city, with an amazing owner. - The little apartment building is in a very pretty part of the old town, overlooking the majority of the city situated at a lower elevation. The owner, Olga, went out of her way to help and was always available via messaging. One of the best experiences I've had in terms of communication with the owner. It is important to be aware of which of the apartments in the building one is renting. One of them is quite small, while others are much more spacious. Perhaps a better and clearer delineation of the pictures of the property would make it easier to figure out which of the apartments is available for renting at any given time. The water boiler system, although it is fully functional and by no means inadequate, does require a little getting used to.

- Caroline (9/5): Great stay at peaceful Kripis Studio. The studio had lots of light, a gorgeous view of the water, comfortable bed. There - I loved the part of Ano Polis it was located in. There were fun places to eat nearby and an easy walk into the city center I missed having a host or manager in person.

- Lorraine (10/5): A dream for history and architecture. The apartment is perfect base to explore. - Quiet area out of town. I bought a month bus pass/ ticket for 8 euro which you can use all over Thessaloniki and as far as Halkidiki. The bus stop is right at the apartment. The metro and train are also close by. Athens is only 3 hours away. Boat trips are good too. There is a huge coast at the main town but it has no beach or sea activities. It's a.harbour.wall for.miles. Parking would be very difficult. None of which bothered me as I used the fantastic public transport

Loved the location of the property not too close to center but not too far or deep Into the hills The initial cleaning could’ve been better but I think it hadn’t been anyone in the apartment for a while. Once I moved in cleaners came in weekly and did a great job !

- Ozge (6/5): Clean room quite neighborhood far from center but misleading info about the room and the facility. - The place was very clean and was in the old town the neighborhood was very quite which we appreciated a lot The listing said 2 queen beds and that’s why we booked it but there was only one. The host was rude and dismissive on the phone when we voiced our concern. We were two friends traveling together and booked the room because it was advertised that way. Host said (on the phone) that the second bed is the sofa but nobody is available to set it up for us and also that they never had to open this sofa bed before!! We were being extra !! She also said we can open it up ourselves but there was no extra bedding in the room only one spare flat sheet and a synthetic wool blanket with no duvet cover. She offered to refund my card but it was very late in the day and being tired we decided to stay and sleep in the same bed with my friend. The host even accused us of lying by assuming we were 3 people and not 2 because we needed 2 beds. She then told us very rudely on the phone that she needs to charge extra for 3 people. She did not ASK us if we were 3, she told us this. The room manual said there is Netflix but the account was unavailable so we had to enter with our own account info. So there was no Netflix. The listing said there was free parking but it was simply the street. The host said if you find a spot on the street around just park it’s free. A lot of misleading info and rude dismissive attitude. Although the location was nice (far from center though) and the room was clean i would never stay there again.

- Nino (10/5): Exceptional - It’s located in the old part of City, called Ano Polis and 15-20 minutes far from the center.
- Vayiap (8/5): Nice distance from center. Located in historical area which is beatiful with lots of quaint places. - A very important plus for the property is the short term parking space right in front in order to leave your belongings. I was travelling for business carrying heavy and fragile equipment. The parking space made all the difference in my experience. The host was kind enough to offer a solution for my non refundable stay when travel warnings almost cancelled my trip which was much appreciated and sent a message to see if I had arrived safely. The whole building had an unpleasant moldy smell when you entered. The room not so much and since I was on the ground floor with a window/door right on the street I could not open up for very long. The towels also had a slightly displeasant smell due most probably to poor drying. All these were manageble for the price and location, I am afraid the one thing that was the turning point for this rating was the shower which slightly dripped from the one hole not clogged from the limescale. They had a moving shower head as an alternative option with a button that would not stay pressed in order for water to run through. So one hand to hold down the button and one for the shower head...not a pleasant shower experience. Otherwise the other ammendments were quite adequate.
