• Jose (10/5): Spacious appertment with easy access to train station and attractions - The location was well located at a good distance from the train station and city centre. The hosts were responsive (at night the lights went out and they quickly replied with instructions to reset the breakers) and they had ACs which are great for warm blooded people. Had all good toiletries including plenty of coffee and laundry detergent. But loved the spacious rooms, that was the best. Not a “dislike” but more of a friendly advice is to add mirrors in the rooms so that if you do have a big group (we were 6) some of us can be getting ready in the rooms with things like combing your hair, applying make up (for women) or applying suncream. This helps not forcing everyone to wait for a bathroom mirror. But again, it was NOT a bad thing.
• Sonja (10/5): Fantastisch! - Ruim en comfortabel appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. 3 ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. 2 fijne badkamers. Ruime woonkamer met comfortabele bank, tv en eethoek. Centrale ligging! Om de hoek de Mercato Centrale. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Goede restaurants in de omgeving. Komen hier zeker terug.

• michele (9/5): ottimo appartamento a firenze - struttura moderna , molto grande e con tutti comfort . clima nelle stanze , bagni attrezzati e cucina molto carina . wi-fi ottimo e un piccolo spazio esterno (balconcino) purtroppo non potevi tenere finestre aperte per l’odore di kebab dal negozio sotto l’ingresso fino alla appartamento un po’ impegnativo con valigie essendo all ultimo piano

• Lucy (9/5): Fantastic location and spacious apartment - Location is fantastic! Short walk to the station and central Mercado, brilliant place for groups to see the city. Only downside to the apartment is quite a lot of stairs. We took my grandmother who is a very fit and healthy 80 years old and she managed okay but it's a bit of a challenge if you've got heavy luggage!

• Heather (8/5): Modern spacious apartment in a convenient location. - Really spacious modern apartment. Good bakery and supermarket nearby. Plenty of room for our family and well located a walkable distance from the main train station and just around the corner from the Academia. Carmen was very informative and helped us get our bearings. We did message them on two occasions to let them know our group number and bedding requirements, but the singles weren’t split so my adult daughters had to share a bed again. Carmen was very helpful and did offer to remake the beds but we were there already and tired from travel.
• Nhi (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The location of the apartment was great for getting around Florence, it is very spacious and the rooms are all modern and clean. As it is on the top floor, it was very quiet and you could not hear anything from the road below. Great communication with the host and he gave us a lot of information when we first arrived. Everything was great but there are many steps to get up to the apartment.

• Lj (10/5): Beautiful modern, clean apartment - The apartment is beautiful. The hosts communications were also excellent. It is clear the manager / owner takes great pride in presenting a exceptionally clean and well-presented and equipped apartment. The lady who met us was so generous with her time giving us heaps of helpful information and ensuring we had everything we needed. We liked everything and would have been happy to stay longer!! There are a number of stairs as is noted in the info for the apartment but it's worth the climb to get the lovely apartment that awaits.

• Jacinda (10/5): Great location with easy access to the train station and easy walking distance to all sites. Very clean very friendly pr - Great spot! Exceedingly clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed. Samuel and Paulo were fantastic. Samuel even spent time giving us suggestions for area, restaurants, and gelato. Extremely friendly and helpful. we liked everything. It is on the top floor so if you have trouble with steps, this might be a difficult apartment to access.

Apartment was very well equipped and decorated. Apartment was high quality with regard to furniture, bathrooms, and generally how it was equipped. Would be happy to return. can't think of anything we didn't like about this apartment. Neighbourhood feels like it has a bit of an edge, but always felt safe enough. It was about a 10 minute walk into the middle of the city.

At the arrival we were welcomed by a friendly and nice person, who gave us a lot inside info about the city and the places around. After we get into the apartment, we found it nice and clean, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive and kind. They did everything possible to for our comfort. If I go back to Florence some day, I’ll choose the place again!

• Louise (10/5): Highly recommend this place/company (Firenze Rentals) - Apartment is exactly as advertised. Paolo and Samuel were very responsive to messages around arranging check in time. He met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know in the apartment. They also had a map and he highlighted the main things to see and do. They also had a list of places they recommend for breakfast/lunch/dinner and any that we went to were AMAZING. Real authentic places that the locals themselves go to ..which was exactly what we wanted! It is a 3rd floor apartment and there is no lift so it was a bit of a workout getting up with our big suitcases but Paolo was a great help to us in fairness to him!
