• ANTONUCCI (9/5): Soggiorno perfetto in un bellissimo quartiere. - Appartamento accogliente, molto grande e comodo da fruire anche per mangiare a casa. Perfetta la posizione, vicino al Foto Italico ma anche al centro città che raggiungi tranquillamente a piedi con bella passeggiata, in un quartiere residenziale davvero bello. Molti servizi nei dintorni compresa la caffetteria sotto casa. Molto apprezzabile i doppi servizi, cucina attrezzata, i due balconi, pulizia ottima. La cameretta singola ha un letto molto piccolo e non comodissimo. Il divano un po’ sfondato.

• Bianca (8/5): Tutto bene, molto spazioso! - Molto grande, c’è tutto. Host gentile. Molto spazio, bei balconi ampi. Purtroppo c’era un po’ di odore, da chiuso? Da fumo?
• Jana (10/5): - Ubytovanie sa nachadza v peknej a tichej časti Rima.25 min od olympijskeho stadiona aj od Vatikanu. Byt je priestrany a čisty.Pre 3 ľudi idealny.Zapôsobí svojou atmosferou. Kuchyňa mala dostačujuce vybavenie. Príjemne posedenie na terase s peknymi výhľadmi.Výťah je veľke plus. V blizkosti obchody,bary,pizzerie.Pobyt sme si užili.
• Marta (7/5): - Very nice furnished apartment, close to St. Peter's Square ( max. 30 min on foot) and other attractions. The host was kind and helpful. Soundproofing the apartment from neighbors.
• Gregory (6/5): Schöne Wohnung mit durchschnittlicher Verwaltung - Schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber der Tür. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich. Apartment wird als Nichtraucher Wohnung bezeichnet, aber als wir ankamen hat es stark nach Rauch gestunken. Wir mussten über mehrere Tage Lüften und zwei Dosen Lufterfrischer verbrauchen damit es einigermaßen angenehm war. Als wir ankamen hat die Spülmaschine nicht funktioniert und war voll mit schmutzigen Geschirr. Es gab keinen sauberen oder brauchbaren Topf zum Kochen. Selbst die Pfannen im Regal waren schmutzig oder zerkratzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung ist sehr langsam, teilweise dauert es ein Tag für eine Antwort oder man bekommt keine Antwort. Die Spülmaschine wurde nach knapp zwei Tage repariert. Außerdem wurde die Wohnung nach der Reparatur, ohne dass wir informiert worden sind mehrfach betreten. Das hat nicht gerade zu einem Gefühl der Privatsphäre geführt. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde der Grund mitgeteilt.
• Samantha (10/5): Fabulous, comfortable and interesting apartment - I felt very at home is the charming and cosy apartment. It was very private, warm and beautifully decorated with typical Italian style and many more modern personal touches. An interesting, quaint apartment that was ideally situated for seeing the sights of Rome. The bed was incredibly comfortable with nice linen. The kitchen is well equipped. Having an elevator to the 6th floor was a bonus too. There is a bus stop directly outside the block where the 628 bus stops which takes you into the center of Rome. Also a taxi rank just meters away. A comfortable stroll to the river and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment.
• Catherine (8/5): Très bon séjour, tout était bien, mais nous aurions préféré un cartier plus près du centre. - L'appartement était très spacieux, bien aménagé, propre. Idéal pour 3 personnes. Le cartier est très calme. La localisation était un peu trop éloigné du centre à notre goût

• Mathilde (9/5): Apparemment parfait pour un couple avec enfant - Apparemment spacieux, propre, confortable et calme. Transports en commun (bus) en face de l'immeuble qui permettent de relier les lieux de visite rapidement ou le métro Lepanto. Draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis (ce n'est pas toujours très clair dans le descriptif de Booking). Possibilité de déposer ses valises avant l'heure officielle du check-in afin de profiter de Rome si vous arrivez tôt dans la ville. J'y reviendrais avec plaisir. L'appartement est super mais avec quelques améliorations, il serait top. Certains ustensiles de la cuisine sont assez limités : 3 verres, 3 tasses. Si vous n'avez pas rempli le lave vaisselle avec ça, il faut laver à la main. Il y a un four et un seul, unique et énorme plat pour aller dedans. Quelques petits plats à four seraient les bienvenus. La connexion internet ne marche pas toujours très bien. Enfin la communication avec l'agence pour savoir quel était le linge fourni n'a pas été bonne. Il y avait 2 torchons non repassés un essuie-mains dans un tiroir de la cuisine dont la propreté était douteuse. Mieux vaut en apporter si vous comptez profiter de la cuisine.

• Carmen (6/5): Suficiente. - El tener 2/4 de baño y dos dormitorios completos. No está bien, se retrasó y tuvimos que esperar un rato al dueño y cuando entramos al alojamiento un sábado a las 10:30 de la noche estaba todo sucio y las camas y baños sin recoger. El dueño contactó con una limpiadora que hizo una limpieza express. Al piso le falta menaje de cocina. No había cucharas ni cucharillas ni tostadora y la limpieza había sido muy superficial. Una vez que te entera las llaves ya no pudimos contactar con el dueño y no contestó a los mensajes. El sofá es modular y no es cómodo.
• Evgeniya (10/5): - Просторная квартира, с двумя балконами, есть абсолютно все необходимое для проживания на длительный срок. Тихий район, остановка общественного транспорта прямо напротив. Владелец квартиры очень приятный, нас встретили уже ночью для передачи ключей. Единственное, что не понравилось - это плохой напор воды в душе.

• Samantha (10/5): Ottimo - Appartamento ampio, pulito, spazioso, in una posizione ottima per il nostro soggiorno. Ottimo lo staff, sempre a disposizione per qualunque esigenza. Un posto dove tornare sicuramente.

• Daiva (10/5): Charming Mazzini Apartment really is charming! - Beautiful, artsy apartment with lots of space, everything is comfortable and the air conditioning definitely comes in handy during the hot summer days. A nice, quiet location that is also pretty close to many local amenities, the Vatican and city centre - very handy when you are travelling by public transport, or even on foot! The owner, Alessandro, is very easygoing, helpful and lovely to talk to! I didn't like leaving the apartment, wish I had chosen to stay there for longer!

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment. Our host, Alessandro was incredible. He waited up past midnight to show us around as our flight was delayed by many hours. So grateful for his assistance and good humour.
