• Maria (7/5): Decent stay - Location: Close to the Fokionos street, where there are many cafeterias, bars and restaurants. Spacious: comfortable apartment for 3 people. Comfortable bed. Accessibility: yes there is an elevator as described, but there are 3 steps to get to the main entrance and then some more steps to get to the elevator, which was not convenient for a person with mobility issues. Noise: No double glazing, so we couldn't get a decent sleep due to the noise coming from the Patision street. Breakfast: there was no coffee/sugar in the apartment. We've stayed in various apartments in Athens and it's the first time that there was no sort of breakfast, e.g. coffee, sugar, rusks etc. My mistake, I didn't check the description in detail and I was under the impression that we would find some kind of coffee at least.

• Keith (9/5): - A thoughtfully renovated and tastefully decorated classic apartment stocked with all the essential.amenities one may require.. Excellent instructions posted throughout the apartment precludes the need to contact the host for the most part. Safe neighbourhood, quiet and reasonably well connected to major public transit networks. No complaints.

• GEORGIOS (3/5): Ποτέ ξανά λόγω ιδιοκτήτη, αν και καλό γενικά - Η περιοχή είχε 2-3 μαγαζιά για φαγητό, 1 για καφέ και ακριβώς απέναντι φαρμακείο. Το σπίτι ήταν άνετο και το κρεβάτι πάρα πολύ καλό! 1) Είχε 2 aircondition και δούλευε μόνο το 1. 2) Το 1 aircondition που δούλευε είχε σύνδεση με WiFi, και κάποια στιγμή που το άξονα, μετά από 2-3 λεπτά έκλεισε remote, λες και με παρακολουθούσε ο ιδιοκτήτης.. Έλεος... 3) Ο ιδιοκτήτης μου ζήτησε να μην του αφήσω άπλυτα πιάτα και ποτήρια☹️😱😡 4) Μου έστειλε 3 φορές μήνυμα για τον θερμοσίφωνα και κάθε φορά μου έλεγε άλλους χρόνους. 5) Μου έκανε 3-4 φορές υπενθύμιση για χαζά πράγματα

• Georgios (10/5): Άνετη διαμονή σε ένα ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική λόγω της εγγύτητας στο χώρο εργασίας μας. Όμως, αν και πεζόδρομος, το μεσημέρι έχει κάπως φασαρία καθότι το διαμέρισμα είναι στον πρώτο όροφο και δίπλα σε κεντρικό δρόμο της Αθήνας. Παρόλα αυτά το βράδυ είναι πολύ ήσυχα και αν έχει κάποιος σκοπό να ξυπνάει μία κανονική ώρα το πρωί, δεν θα έχει κανένα πρόβλημα απολύτως. Το ότι, φυσικά, βρίσκεται δίπλα σε κεντρικό δρόμο, λειτουργεί ως υπέρ για όσους θέλουν να χρησιμοποιούν τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο και άνετο, φωτεινό και σου δίνει γενικώς την αίσθηση της καθαριότητας. Έχει ένα μπαλκονάκι που στον ήπιο καιρό της Αθήνας μπορεί να αποδειχθεί πολύ χρήσιμο και ευχάριστο - ειδικά στους καπνιστές. Απέναντι βρίσκεται φαρμακείο, ένα μαγειρείο και ένα κατάστημα με take-away (που έχει και μαγειρευτό φαγητό αλλά και σάντουιτς, καφέδες, πίτσες κλπ) και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τη μία πλευρά σούπερ μάρκετ και από την άλλη μεγάλο περίπτερο (σημαντικό για τις βραδινές ώρες) καθώς και κατάστημα τραπέζης. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι ιδιοτροπία μου, αλλά τα μαξιλάρια ήταν αρκετά περισσότερο ογκώδη από έναν μέσο όρο. Επίσης, αν και γενικώς το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, το ψυγείο (από τη στιγμή που παρέχεται η δυνατότητα χρήσης του) καλό θα ήταν να καθαρίζεται συχνότερα, όπως επίσης να αλλάζεται και το σφουγγαράκι στην κουζίνα καθόσον δεν μπορεί να είναι γνωστή η χρήση που του έχει γίνει από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες - ειδικά αν δίνεται η εντύπωση παλαιότητας. Επειδή στις παροχές αναφέρονται και οι παντόφλες, το να υπάρχουν 2 ζευγάρια παλιές πολυχρησιμοποιημένες σαγιονάρες, δεν νομίζω ότι ανταποκρίνεται ακριβώς σε κάτι που θα επιθυμούσε ο επισκέπτης. Αλλά, επαναλαμβάνω, αυτό μπορεί να είναι ιδιοτροπία δική μου καθώς παρά το φάουλ με το μη καθαρό ψυγείο, το σπίτι γενικώς δίνει την αίσθηση της καθαριότητας. Παράλληλα, δεν ξέρω τι περιστατικά έχει αντιμετωπίσει ο ιδιοκτήτης, αλλά υπάρχουν παντού σημειώματα με απαγορεύσεις περί καπνίσματος, απόρριψης απορριμάτων στη λεκάνη και γενικώς περί χρήσης του χώρου, που δημιουργούνε μία κάπως όχι και τόσο φιλική ατμόσφαιρα παρόλο που το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό και μπορεί να είναι πολύ φιλόξενο.
• Geoffrey (6/5): Décalage avec les photos de Booking et prix excessif pour la qualité du logement. - 1/ Le lit était confortable, 2/ Mobilier agréable dans la chambre et dans le séjour. 3/ Porte d'entrée blindée. 1/ Pas de rideaux transparent malgré le vis à vis, 2/ Pas de stores extérieurs, 3/ Cuisine mal équipée et sale par endroit (ustensiles, hotte fictive,...).

• Tatyana (7/5): I would be happier with my stay if the apartment was as described (2 beds) - The bed was comfortable and the bedroom has a balcony which is nice. The location is great since there are so many restaurants and shops in the walking distance and there were a lot of people walking and sitting outside everywhere even late at night we felt safe. The property listed as a 2 bedrooms with 1 bed and 2 futons. But!!! It was only 1 bedroom with 1 bed. The futons had no sheets and 1 futon was in the living room and the other in the hallway. I traveled with my adult daughter and the reason I reserved this apartment that it stated as a 2 bedroom apartment. And we need 2 sleeping beds. When I called the host she said I had to mention it earlier and since she lives far she can’t bring the second sheets for us. So my 35 years old daughter slept in the futon without the sheets on a very hard futon.

• Colin (10/5): excellent. Highly recommended - This is a great little flat in a very good location with many restaurants and bars. It also has easy access to the centre. The flat is clean and comfortable and the host was helpful

• Jessica (1/5): Bad - There was a cockroach infestation. After buying groceries and sleeping, we went into the kitchen the morning after and found cockroaches crawling over the counters and the fridge. After taking photos and videos and contacting one of the owners, she claimed that the cockroaches were "just normal bugs" and that it couldn't be helped, and that the cockroach droppings were just coffee grounds. We sent the pictures and videos to booking.com and were switched to an early checkout and given a refund (for the days we had not yet stayed) almost immediately, as well as profuse apologies from a very helpful support agent from booking.com (thank you Jay!). This property needs to be taken off the website: cockroaches are a massive health risk and extremely unpleasant. We had to wash all our clothes, disinfect our belongings, and wipe our shoes with disinfectant wipes to mitigate the risk of bringing cockroach eggs with us. This was an upsetting experience for both my partner and I, and until the apartment has been fumigated and the cockroaches killed, it is unfit for habitation.

• Lia (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to many historic sites and attractions. Our suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The host is very good, provides all needed information and is ready to help if something/ you can find super market restaurants and all what you need around you. The apartment has enough room and clean with all equipment. area around is so safe and clean and nice. Everything you need is also only a couple of minutes away.

The area was safe. The owner was helpful and very kind and respectful, and he responded quickly to my questions. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was ventilated, and the sun coming in was very important to us, and it could be blocked with curtains without a problem. The heating was excellent. The facilities were large and very clean. I felt comfortable and at home. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return to it on my next vacation. nothing
