- Caitlin (1/5): We didnt stay because the host cancelled an hour before checking. - Nothing we didn’t get to stay there The fact that they cancelled our stay an hour before check in. The host didn’t reply to any of my messages. I called an hour before checking and he said the electricity is broke and we need to cancel. He then tried charging us £200-400 extra for a different room. He waited until the day of check in to check if the electricity was working??? It’s a good job I called otherwise we would’ve showed up. Don’t book this place it’s clearly a scam to try get you to a more expensive property which is why it has no reviews since 2024. Luckily I escalated with Booking.com and they sorted me a different accommodation and got me refunded.

- Carl (1/5): Don't stay - it's absolutely dreadful - Location was fine for our purposes Wifi didn't work, reported it but wasn't running until 6 days into our stay which was a work trip and meant we had to work out of internet cafes. Couldn't watch TV without it (no aerial either) so had to use our phones, washer/dryer didn't work so couldn't wash clothes, shower was dangerous and had to be shut off as could have been electrouted, water was spraying on electrics, they must have known as had replaced with hose which attached to taps like your gran used to use. No windows could be opened as sealed which was potentially dangerous. Advertised is having aircon but it was a fresh air system which was broken. Only had large, noisy fans which hindered sleep and recirculated hot, stale air around the flat on some of the hottest days of the year. No blackout blinds - street lamp flooded light into main bedroom which also hindered sleep. Only left one set of keys between 3 people, food left in freezer. Ignored texts and calls. Agreed to partially refund after several phone calls which I have an email chain of but now not responding. Worst accommodation we've eve booked anywhere, shameful, dangerous and should not be trading. Have complained to Booking.com and awaiting outcome.
