• Veronika (10/5): Skvělé pro objevování centra města - Lokalita skvělá, apartmán je hned v centru města a přitom je v něm díky umístění ve vyšším patře klid, hluk z ulice nerušil. Krásný výhled na město i moře. Čisto, příjemný interiér, hezká malá terasa s posezením. Určitě se ještě vrátím.
• Ειρηνη (1/5): Απαίσια - Το μόνο βολικό είναι η τοποθεσία Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση καθώς δεν απάντησαν ποτέ στις φωτογραφίες που απέστειλα με το βρωμικο δωμάτιο . Δεν ξέρω από που να αρχίσω . Στάμπες στις μαξιλαροθήκες και τρίχες στα σεντόνια το μίνι πάπλωμα που έχει πάνω στο κρεβάτι μυρίζει άσχημα οπότε αναγκάστηκα να μη σκεπαστω το βράδυ ! Τρίχες στο πάτωμα καθώς και μυρμήγκια και αράχνες . Τρίχες μαύρες στο ντουζ . Επίσης επιφανειακό καθάρισμα σε όλο το μπάνιο . Άπειρος θόρυβος από το ασανσέρ και τις κοινόχρηστες πορτες της ταράτσας που προφανώς και χρησιμοποιεί όλο το κτήριο . Τα πορτατίφ υπάρχουν απλά για διακόσμηση επίσης δεν λειτουργούν . Το τηλεκοντρόλ για την τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργεί . Το πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά λειτουργεί το πολύ 3 λεπτά και μετά σταματάει προφανώς κακής ποιότητας που δεν μπορεί να ανεβάσει θερμοκρασία . Δεν υπάρχει ντουλάπα . Σκόνη παντού ιδιαίτερα στην διακόσμηση με τα σχοινιά που υπάρχει πίσω από το κρεβάτι . Ζήτησα αποζημίωση δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ . Απλα ντροπή .

• MARIA (4/5): Είχαμε καλές προσδοκίες ..δυστυχώς απογοητευτήκαμε - Το δωμάτιο είχε υπέροχη τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά σε όλα τα σημείο του κέντρου της Θεσσαλονίκης Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται στην ταράτσα της πολυκατοικίας όπου ακριβός δίπλα από το μπαλκόνι (την ταράτσα ) υπάρχει ο μηχανισμός του ανσασερ με συνέχει θόρυβο . Οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια μας είχαν στάμπες και φαινόντουσαν βρώμικα . Το παπλωματάκι το οποίο είχαμε για σκέπασμα , μας σκέπαζε από τα πόδια μέχρι μέση , όπου και η θήκη του παπλώματος ήταν ανοιχτή καθώς ήταν χαλασμένο το φερμουάρ Το σεντόνι ήταν άστρωτο και φαίνεται και στην φωτογραφία

• Krzysztof (6/5): Hałasujące windy - Lokalizacja, widok z dachu, klimatyzacja. Za ścianą znajduje się mechanizm dwóch wind. Jest on bardzo bardzo głośny i każde jej uruchomienie powoduje hałas wewnątrz mieszkania. Mechanizm ten jest całkowicie otwarty i niczym nie wygłuszony. . W samym mieszkaniu brakuje czajnika, drugiego krzesła.

• Καρακωστα (5/5): - Τοποθεσία Βρώμικες πετσέτες και σεντόνια, βρώμικοι τοίχοι, δεν είχε χαρτί κουζίνας και επαρκές χαρτί υγείας, είχε μούχλα στο μπάνιο και γενικά ήταν επιφανειακά καθαρό. Απεριποίητη ταράτσα στην οποία είχε πρόσβαση όλη η πολυκατοικία. Δεν είχε κανένα χώρο αποθήκευσης πχ ντουλάπα. Τα πορτατίφ δεν λειτουργούσαν, κάποιες λάμπες τρεμόπαιζαν. Επίσης δεν ήταν διαμέρισμα, ήταν δώμα .

• Daria (3/5): Pierwsze wrażenie fajne, lokalizacja top, niestety brak ciśnienia wody pod prysznicem i żywe mrówki - Świetna lokalizacja w centrum, Wielkość apartamentu w sam raz dla jednej osoby, Plus za szybką reakcję w postaci zamiany apartamentu na inny apartament pod tym samym adresem Pobyt odbył się w styczniu, całkowicie odradzam ten apartament w okresie zimowym. Powodem jest brak ogrzewania w łazience, lodowata woda, brak ciśnienia pod prysznicem. Po instrukcji ze strony właściciela obiektu należy sobie samemu włączyć ogrzewanie panele solarne. Niestety po odczekaniu dwóch godzin nadal nie było wody - bo w tej infrastrukturze brakuje ciśnienia. Wysokie piętro sprawia, że woda tam nie dociera. Właściciel zasugerował kąpanie się w godzinach późnych lub wcześnie rano, z czego raz skorzystałam. Moim zdaniem należy rzetelnie poinformować o warunkach związanych z sanitariatem, czego państwo nie uczyniliście. Podobnie z balkonem, na którym są insekty, a profilaktycznie mówi o tym spray na insekty przy wejściu do apartamentu. Mrówki. Po całodniowym pobycie poza apartamentem, zwiedzaniu miasta i powrocie do pokoju okazało się, że na podłodze jest chmara brązowych mrówek! Drzwi balkonowe były cały dzień zamknięte. Po poinformowaniu właściciela otrzymałam od niego wiadomość: czy otwierałam drzwi na taras i ciekawe jak one weszły do środka. Ciekawe, czy informujecie klientów o tym że wokół apartamentu są insekty?
• Sofia (4/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πρόχειρα καθαρισμένο. Το πάπλωμα στο κρεβάτι ανεπαρκές για δύο άτομα και επίσης πολύ λεπτό. Επίσης κάτω από την πόρτα της εισόδου του καταλύματος υπήρχε ένα αρκετά μεγάλο κενό που έμπαζε κρύο οπότε αναγκαστήκαμε να βάλουμε ένα χαλάκι ώστε να μην μπαίνει το κρύο μέσα. Επίσης, οι πόρτες ήταν χαλασμένες, μας έμεναν τα χερούλια στο χέρι. Γενικά σε κακή κατάσταση και ανεπαρκές για ενοικίαση.

• Petoni (4/5): Παρόλο που ήταν βολικό, ζεστό και άνετο, έλειπαν κάποιες σημαντικές παροχές. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο, οπότε είχαμε άμεση πρόσβαση σε πολλά καταστήματα. Επίσης είχε ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι. Το νερό της ντουζιέρα δεν είχε καθόλου πίεση. Επιπλέον, δεδομένου του χειμωνιάτικου καιρού θα ήταν καλό πέρα από την λεπτή κουβερτούλα, να υπάρχει ένα πάπλωμα. Τέλος, τα φωτιστικά δίπλα στο κρεβάτι δεν λειτουργούσαν.

• Cintia (10/5): - The apartment is really well located at the center of Thessaloniki. Despite its small size, it's very comfortable for two people for three nights. The sea can be seen from the balcony, which sets the mood for the morning coffee.
• Anna (4/5): Δεν το προτείνω. - Η τοποθεσία. Φασαρία από το ασανσέρ. Ο χώρος έξω από την είσοδο ήταν παραμελημένος. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του δωματίου, που είναι η ταράτσα της πολυκατοικίας, σε κακή κατάσταση. Μειωμένη ροή νερού στο μπάνιο. Οι τοίχοι του δωματίου ήταν λερωμένοι.

• BiljanaKK (6/5): - The location is excellent, right on Tsimiski street just a very short walk from Ladadika and Aristoteles square. The key collection was without any issues. The roof-top "terrace" is just the roof top of the building, it was really creepy in the evening even it was stated somewhere in the replies that no one else has access to the rooftop. The apartment is right next to the motor of the elevator and you can hear it when someone is using it. The elevator goes only to the 8th floor and the apartment is on the 9th.

Poorly maintained room (broken chair, old mattress, broken towel stand in the bathroom, dirty walls, broken bedside lamp). Noise from the elevator's motors, everytime someone is using it because the room is next to the machinery room. It would be value for money if it was cheaper, but it's not.

You need to put something for clothes, some kind of cupboard or hanger, there is really no place to leave your clothes, also in the bathroom there is no space to leave personal hygiene products except on the floor, it would be nice to take care of that, you also need a full length mirror in the room, not only that in the bathroom (the girls will understand) and a kettle, I had to boil water in a pot to make coffee, these are small details that will make the stay in this apartment even more comfortable.

• Gökhan (7/5): Good - The location is very good, but your room is next to the elevator, there is a lot of noise. It is a bit scary in the evening because it is a building of offices so there is no one else staying there. There is also a door to your terrace and it is not locked. Therefore you feel uneasy sleeping with the balcony window open.

• Nemanja (6/5): Pleasant - There is a view of Thessaloniki, it was relatively clean. It is okay for short visits, like day or two. There is a hairdrier and an iron. The hairdrier kind of doesnt work, and the lamps were empty. There were coffee machine, it is renovated. The elevator that bothered other people didn't really make any problems for us. In the night it gets very creepy, because outside of appartment, there is a whole roof where anyone could get. There are empty room on the roof which also added to the feel. The appartment really did not feel that safe at all. It is not actually an appartment, but a condominium adapted to be rented and it is only one on the rooftop. When you go out on the ,,terrace" it is separated from the rest of the roof by a curtain cod.

• Ivan (6/5): Fantastic location and badly managed apartment! - The location is perfect, only a few steps from Aristotle square. The bed was new and hard, as we prefer, so it was comfortable. The apartment was really dirty. There were different coloured hair all over the apartment. The bed sheets didn't look clean, actually they were like someone had slept there before us. Also, every glass surface was covered with fingerprints. The facilities were really modest, only one pair of ceramic cups, a coffee machine, a pan and few forks and knives. That was all. TV is the smallest I ever see. Next to the apartment are huge motors for elevators (you can see them literally) so it is super noisy, especially in the evening and early morning. I think I missed something in this part of the review.

On a shopping street, very close to the waterfront and Ladadika restaurant district. Elevator to 8th floor (you have to use stairs for the 9th floor). Very clean, comfortable, modern room. Nice bathroom. Excellent air-conditioning. Kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine. Direct buses to bus station and airport nearby. Spoons still had stickers on them! :-) A kettle would have been nice. A drop-box outside for the key (on check-out) would be useful.
