• Paweł (10/5): Perfect for Couples - Everything was perfect. The terrace offered a wonderful view of the sea and the beautiful coastline. The apartment was spacious,well equipped and cean. The host was very friendly.

• Malte (1/5): Retuschierte Fotos der Aussicht und mangelnde Sauberkeit - Das Apartment war groß - Die Aussicht war leider durch dicke Stromkabel sehr eingeschränkt und nicht wie auf den Fotos des Apartments dargestellt. Auf einem Foto sieht man, dass diese bewusst retuschiert wurden. Da der Ausblick ein Hauptgrund für die Buchung war, sehr enttäuschend. Auf Nachfrage, ob unser "gebuchter Blick" verfügbar wäre, hat der Vermieter unfreundlich und ausweichend reagiert. - Die Matratze war extrem hart und unbequem. Teilweise so alt und durchgelegen, dass man das Metall im Rücken gespürt hat. - Die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht verriegeln. - Der Besitzer war tagsüber, während wir weg waren, mehrfach in dem Apartment. Es hat ihn nicht interessiert, als wir es angesprochen haben. Es ist verständlich, dass er vielleicht mal zum Sicherungskasten muss. Wir hätten uns jedoch gewünscht, dass er zumindest Bescheid gibt per Textnachricht. Da dies mindestens dreimal der Fall war, haben wir uns irgendwann nicht mehr sicher gefühlt im Apartment. - Die Küchenausstattung war sehr lieblos zusammengewürfelt und außerdem sehr dreckig. - Auf der Abrechnung wurde der falsche Reisezeitraum abgerechnet. Ich vermute, dass das steuerliche Gründe für den Vermieter hat. - Die Parkplätze sind keine wirklichen Parkplätze, sondern einfach ein kleiner Streifen am Straßenrand. - Morgens gab es meistens kein warmes Wasser. - Die Toilette war sehr schmutzig.

• gerald (9/5): Stay here, it's good for an enjoyable relaxing holiday. - Nice big room, good air-conditioning, great view, no fuss with host, location is great being close to beach but also to supermarket with a car, peaceful setting, great for relaxing on your holiday, well equipped apartment. Good value for 2025, good size balcony, parking just outside building, restaurants close by, a good place to unwind. Just a very slight thing but nothing host can do about it. Big electric cable running in front of view, just a small thing. Upper apartments won't have this. Not all apartment have separate bedroom and living room and so our apartment didn't match the description of separate rooms but not a big problem because there are advantages of having one big room.

• Guest (2/5): - The owner, Lefteris, is quick to respond to messages. I'm very disappointed with the view. I booked this appartment because the view looked magical on the pictures, to celebrate my girldfriend's birthday in a nice place. The owner intentionally hides that there is a massive electrical line right in front of the balcony, that completely ruins the view. I would have never booked knowing this. When I complained to him, he didn't help at all. Be careful, the ad is very deceiving and far from reality, and the owner is dishonest.

• Emily (8/5): Lovely 🌅 - The location on top of the hill with the sea spanning in the background is exactly what you would envision when visiting Crete. We had a corner apartment so the balcony was huge and secluded. The unit had AC which was appreciated. It was easy to walk or drive down to the hidden beaches and Tavernas at the shore. Stunning sunsets every night! Just very small/ trivial things which honestly do not impact the overall value of the place, the bathroom can be a hassle to mop up after showering as there is only a curtain division between toilet, sometimes noise can be heard from other people above or the neighbourhood working construction, and perhaps people will comment about the electrical cord which “blocks” the sea view from 1st floor apartment balcony, but as my partner said : do you want the view or do you want electricity? 🤣 after a day or so you don’t notice any of the things mentioned because that’s the magic of Crete ✨

• Dcaruana (8/5): Very good - We enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious studio located in a peaceful part of the village. It was perfect with a rental car, close to a small beach and nice tavernas. The balcony offered stunning views of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment had blackout blinds, free parking, and everything was spotless. Our studio involved two flights of stairs to access, so it may not suit those with mobility issues, ask about a first-floor option if needed. Communication with the host was fine. Note that payment may be requested in cash and the nearest ATM isn’t very close by.

• Runqing (9/5): Overall, it was a great stay. - The view from the balcony is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for get-away. The view is obstructed by the cable. The supplies are not fully equipped for cooking.
• Robin (10/5): A very special experience in excellent accomodation. - The accommodation was large and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The AC was new, well positioned and worked excellently. The room opens onto a long balcony with stunning views (and even more stunning sunsets). The bed was very comfortable and the shower strong and hot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and met all my expectations from the Booking.com website. Parking is available and free. The host, Lefteris, was kind and helpful. It is only a short drive down to the beach and a local taverna - family run - and arguably the best food I have had in Crete. This area of Crete is very special and easy to explore. The perfect stay. Nothing.

• Yehor (10/5): Exceptional - This is one of the best places we stayed in Crete yet. You definitely have to use a car to rich this place but being far from large settlements is a big advantage. This place have a wonderful view on a sea bay, there are some hiking trails around. Shower, kitchen, beds and everything else was completely ok. The owner was very friendly. Maybe having a microwave in the apartment would be good but we managed to deal without it.

• Matias (7/5): Amazing views of the ocean. - Amazing views of the ocean. The Studio was big with a very spacious balcony. Impossible to sleep on that mattress for the first two nights, the springs hurt your back and It was too hard and uncomfortable but the property manager added a mattress topper for our third and fourth night, which made it a bit more comfortable.

Note that there is a cable line in front of the balcony, visible from all the lower floor apartments. But it is not obstructing the view. (+) Comfort: The bed was comfortable, good for having long rests. (+) Flexibility: The host is really flexible with check in/out times. We were given instructions for self-check in and out, giving us opportunity to pace our trip without having to care about time. The road around Kleio studios is cliffside with some exposed sections, so responsible careful driving is required. After getting used to it, you realise how close it is by car to get around: highway road (5 mins), Chania (30 mins), Kissamos (15 mins), beach (3 mins) (-) Absense of some basic ammedities: like spare garbage bags (considering room service cleans room every 3 days), extra towels & pillows (-) Payment: Since the host manages all payments, be prepared to pay in cash if requested. We spent lot of precious vacation time trying to find an ATM that has low fee, as we do not like to carry cash around. The Bank of Chania was the best, fixed 2.5€ fee for all transactions. But it is an additinal expense to account for.

There are 2 beaches nearby and if you have a car its easy to reach them. Also, if you wanna visit Chania, Balos, Elafonissi it is a good location! We were 5 and there was not enough glasses for us. Also, there is not enough cutlery.

• Florian (9/5): Superb - The location, the view and the cleanliness was oustanding. Really worth the money! The Wifi was the only thing which was working very poorly. However, you are there to enjoy the sunset, the food and the beach therefore it wasn't such a big deal.
