Guest Reviews
- Carroll (10/5): A little home away from home, we loved it! - Brilliant location. Warm & cosy place situated in a quiet neighbourhood it was fantastic.
- Camila (8/5): Cosy - Perfect and cosy house for a staying. I will definetly stay there again. The mattress in the first room was too thin and uncomfortable.
- Ugne (5/5): -
- Tatiana (5/5): No repetiría - Ubicación Hacía frío, el baño está en el piso de abajo
- elizabeth (7/5): Thank you - Was in walking distance of an excellent restaurant called Bank square brasserie.
Very helpful owner who accommodated a glitch in our arrangements. Parking outside assisted by a helpful neighbour. Found the location near busy roads a bit difficult to find at first. The toilet was downstairs and separate from the upstairs bedrooms and shower.
- Susan (7/5): - Location was great comfortable beds lovely living area Wasn't very clean damp towels
- Iván (7/5): - Cerca del centro andando. Apartamento cómodo y completo. Limpieza insuficiente.
- Klajn (9/5): -
- Lily (9/5): Enjoyable space close to centre. - Very close to centre. Nice spacious and kitchen. There was coffee, tea and some snacks. Beds were comfortable. Host responded very quickly. Nothing.
- shane (10/5): Great Location, clean house, easy check in/out. I would stay again. - Good communication, easy check in and check out and great location, walking distance to the city centre.
I asked about parking prior to checking in and the neighbor kindly saved us a spot directly outside the house but other parking was available close by too.
Travelled with my Dad, and suited us great for a one night stop over. No dislikes.
- Rachel (9/5): Wonderful reunion amongst friends, perfect facility for small group. - Great location, very clean, modern and cosy No complaints about the property, but we were sent an incorrect pin for entry from the website. Thankfully there are very lovely and helpful neighbours.
- Janet (8/5): Comfortable and convenient place to stay - It was compact and comfortable There was no soap in the shower room. It would help if there was somewhere to hang wet towels. The recycling was over flowing
- John (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Belfast - Good location for restaurants, bars, transportation. Good size for 3 travellers. Comfy beds. Kitchen well supplied. Hot water control in shower was problematic. Very tight in shower room, small sink. Shower could use a soap dish, as hard to manage when bending up and down to get soap. Steep, tight stairs would be an issue for some.
- Heather (10/5): Great base for a girls weekend - Great location Toilet downstairs
- Alexander (5/5): Passable - Decent house. Spacious downstairs. Only 2 double beds between 3 men. Wear and tear in a few rooms. Area where house is slightly questionable. Shower only worked on red hot setting.
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Nicola (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (10/5): Great house, great location - We had a wonderful stay in Belfast at this charming house! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to some fantastic bars and restaurants, ideal for exploring the city’s vibrant food and nightlife scene. The check-in and check-out process was super easy thanks to the key safe, which made everything seamless. Communication with the host was excellent, they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This house was also perfect for two couples, with plenty of space and comfortable amenities. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy Belfast with a convenient and comfortable home base! N/a

- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (10/5): Great spot - Perfect location in a quiet street Guests should be able to preset heating. House was cold when we got back but wasn't sure on timer setting. A wee diagram might help?
Toilet is downstairs so people with small kids would need to be aware.

- Sharon (8/5): Girls Getaway - Great wee house, close to shopping and just about everything you need for a night away.Really appreciated the house being warm when we arrived as the weather was wet and very cold. Couldn't work the coffee machine.
- Kerry (8/5): Very good - It is a great location for a lovely stay in Belfast. The house is lovely inside with everything you need. The sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable, but after a few Guinness, it didn't matter so much.
- Shauna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kris (8/5): Very good - Location is a very short walk to the centre, which was extremely comfortable and useful. Host was very nice, very helpful and quick to reply to our questions. Neighbourhood was quiet, which is always nice. The heating system was something we struggled with; possibly because we're europeans and not used to those kind of systems. Having the bathroom on another floor as compared to the bedrooms was also a struggle mid through the night, but that's more personal preference rather than 'something wrong'.
- Jeannie (5/5): Not on the nicest street. Felt uncomfortable walking the street. Close to restaurants - Slept well Expected us to empty trash but bin was overflowing with beer bottles
- Megan (10/5): We felt so comfortable here! The host couldn’t have been nicer!! - The house was absolutely amazing! Soo clean and amazing value for money! Everything we needed was there and amazing location!
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect, extremely clean and well equipped. Location excellent. Host wonderful to communicate with. Thankyou.
- Alexandros (10/5): Everything was perfect! We couldn't find something negative to write about. A clear 10/10! -
- Rhonda (10/5): Exceptional - The cleanliness was exceptional
The fresh clean scent hits you the minute you open the door.
The location was great for shopping and restaurants and bars, all walking distance with free parking
- U (3/5): Poor - Proximity to downtown 1) No parking for visitors.. neighbors put red cones on all open spaces
2) lot of trash on street .. no change next day either
3) sketchy area if traveling with kids & rude neighbors
- Samantha (9/5): Cosy little gem in central Belfast - Well equipped and cosy.
Location
Very accommodating owner, allowing us the chance to drop off our luggage before check in The parking situation.
Toilet downstairs, but that’s not the fault of the owner.

- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabrielle (8/5): Very good -
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Compact and comfortable. Extra touches and the best user manual we've come across.
- Jaye (10/5): Comfy, cosy and our only regret is not staying longer! - From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The information provided in the welcome book included everything we needed to know, the property was clean and very well furnished, we loved the local art works and had fun working out which parts of the city we had visited from the picture in the living room. The beds were comfy, shower was great and curtains dark enough for the kids to fall asleep within mintues (extra thanks for that!). The location was fab, easy walk to the city, bus routes accessible and the best pizza delivery we've had in a while! Thank you ❤️ This is a hard one to answer because the hosts have thought of everything. Had we had a car, that might have been tricky, but that's me scraping the barrel to say what could be better!
- Kathleen (10/5): Exceptional - A fantastic house to stay. It was spotless and very central to Belfast. They even left us a few goodies in a welcome pack. We will definitely stay again.
- Ashleigh (10/5): This accommodation is perfect. It was exactly what we need. We are a family of 4 and it was perfect size for all of us. - It was extremely close to the city of Belfast only a 5-10 minute walk away N/a

- A (9/5): Modern and comfy home right at the centre of Belfast - Very close to centre of Belfast yet in a quiet road. Parking outside which is a lovely bonus. Inside the house is fully refurbished to good standard and has everything you may need during your stay. Extras such as coffee machine with free pods and bottle of wine made us feel very welcome. Would strongly recommend if you planning to visit Belfast
- Erin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudia (10/5): Terrific place for a short Belfast stay, and easy to walk to town. - Our host was exceptional! First, he let me change my reservation when I realized I had made a booking error. Then, he kindly answered email questions late at night. Additionally, he let us store our suitcases past check-out time. And he was very good-natured about all these requests. The place was also immaculately clean! The description of where the thermostat is. We used the wrong item (a dial on the wall that we mistook for the thermostat) and were wondering why we couldn't warm the place up. Operator error for sure, but it could have been a bit clearer.
- Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful house, great location, lovely staff called to check we got checked in ok. It was the perfect choice for our stay in Belfast, a hone from home..
I'm sure we'll be back again. :) Everything... especially the location
