Pauline (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist insgesamt schön gestaltet und verfügt über eine gute Raumaufteilung, auch wenn sie im Souterrain liegt. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein großes, bequemes Bett sowie einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Im Wohnbereich gibt es einen Essplatz und eine gemütliche Couch, außerdem steht zusätzlicher Stauraum zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur weiteren Verbesserung betrifft die Küche. Diese befindet sich im Flur und ist recht kompakt. Einige elektrische Geräte, wie ein Mikrowellenofen und eine Kochplatte, stehen derzeit separat auf einem Regal und können dort aufgrund der Kabellänge nicht direkt genutzt werden. Hier ließe sich mit einfachen Maßnahmen, zum Beispiel durch ein Verlängerungskabel oder eine festere Integration der Geräte, der Komfort deutlich steigern, sodass die Geräte direkt an ihrem Platz verwendet werden können.

Detlef (8/5): - Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilft gerne. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und man fühlt sich wohl in der Wohnung. Parken ist auch kein Problem. Alles gut - ich würde eine rutschsichere Badematte wünschen
