• Mieke (8/5): Heerlijk, mooi en lekker tot rust komen! - De locatie is prachtig, lieve mensen. Heerlijk zwembad. Daar hebben de kinderen ook enorm van genoten. Mooi uitzicht. Goed onderhouden. Je komt er heerlijk tot rust. Prima, schone kamer. De kids vonden de poezen en hond ook heel erg leuk :) 's avonds is het er ook prachtig met de mooie lampjes. Een pareltje om te zien!!! Het eten had wat beter gekeurd. Er was niet heel veel van de kaart beschikbaar, wat ik begrijp, maar dan misschien beter gewoon een klein dagmenu maken o.i.d.

Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die warme, authentische Atmosphäre – jedes Detail ist liebevoll gestaltet, und man merkt sofort, wie viel Herz in dieser Unterkunft steckt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr sauber und unglaublich gemütlich – perfekt, um nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen. Das Personal ist hervorragend: freundlich, herzlich und immer bereit, mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung weiterzuhelfen. Und das Frühstück… ein Traum! Frisch, reichhaltig und richtig lecker. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und gleichzeitig genießt man absolute Ruhe und Erholung. Kurz gesagt: Ein Ort, der das Herz erwärmt. Ich empfehle die Bujtina Ajazi zu 100 % und kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! 🌟❤️🏡
• Mangold (10/5): 12/10! - Alles! Wunderschön gemacht! Personal sehr bemüht. Riesen Pool mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr moderne und schöne Zimmer! Als wir da waren gab es sehr viele Wespen und Bienen, vorallem am Pool. Stiche ließen sich nicht vermeiden. Die Unterkunft kann natürlich nichts dafür.

• Karin (9/5): Nicht ganz wie gedacht - Von außen ein altes „Gutshaus „, von innen ein modernes Hotel . Es hat einen schönen Pool, auch geeignet für kleine Gäste. Nur der Schatten fehlt und auch die Sonnenschirme helfen da nicht. Es liegt weit ab vom nächsten Ort am Ende einer abenteuerlichen Straße 🤭. In einem Zimmer war das Bad nicht sauber. Und der Klodeckel war defekt. Bei Anreise am Sonntag Mittag herrschte dort der Ausnahmezustand. Als wir noch Essen wollten, weil es uns auch wegen der dortigen Küche empfohlen wurde, haben wir richtig gewartet. Alles in allem 2.5 Stunden bis dann das Essen kam 😢
• Luca (10/5): La Bujtina di Ajazi: spettacolo dellla natura - La bujtina della famiglia Ajazi è un piccolo paradiso tra le colline di Golem, a ridosso del villaggio di Seferaj. Arrivarci non è affatto complicato, una volta sul posto si percepisce subito che sarà tutto all’insegna del relax. Camere pulitissime, accoglienti e molto spaziose. La struttura è davvero molto bella e caratteristica, è la vecchia abitazione degli Ajazi. Gli spazi esterni sono davvero molto belli, organizzati bene per il pranzo e la cena. La colazione verrà servita in un locale apposito di fianco la struttura, scelta davvero geniale…quando sarete lì capirete il perché. Tutto lo staff è davvero molto gentile e premuroso, sa come fare per mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. Il cibo, ogni cosa preparata qui ha un sapore unico. Sono prodotti delle loro terre, dal vino agli ortaggi è tutta roba locale. Consiglio di assaggiare la carne arrosto, fanno un agnello meraviglioso. Piscina super pulita e ben tenuta. Bersi una birra a bordo piscina al tramonto mentre il sole scende tra colline e finisce nel mare di Kavaje, è un’emozione da provare e che difficilmente riesci a dimenticare. Un posto davvero bellissimo. Tutto perfetto!

• Berda (10/5): - Un lieu magnifique, calme et plein de beauté. La piscine est à couper le souffle. Cela fait vraiment du bien de passer quelques jours ici.
• Isabelle (6/5): Potentieel maar aanpassingen nodig - Mooie locatie, zwembad Kamer rook verschrikkelijk naar afvoer. Zo erg dat we constant de kranen moesten laten lopen, anders was het ondraaglijk. Ik vond het personeel over het algemeen vriendelijk maar kon beter. Vooral naar vrouwen toe. Het zwembad sluit vroeg (19:00). Zeer luidruchtige feesten op het complex die het voor gasten die rust zoeken echt niet aangenaam maken.

• Alexandra (10/5): - Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Hier kommt man wirklich sehr gut zur Ruhe, mitten in der Natur im bergigen Hinterland, herrlich. Die Ausstattung und Design fürs Auge. Wir haben nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp gebucht, es lohnt sich, zwei/drei Tage länger zu bleiben. Die Lage ist etwas versteckt und die Straße holprig, aber man kommt mit dem Auto gut hin. Hervorzuheben ist das leckere Essen. Vor allem das Frühstück ein Traum. Ein kleines Manko, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, das Wasser war maximal lauwarm. Tipp: nicht blind dem Google-Navi folgen, sonst landet man auf dem falschen Berg, lieber nochmal die Straße-Führung checken.

Dus 's avonds douchen.Het eten is prima en supervers.Albanees ontbijt met veel jam.Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad ligt ook heel mooi en is schoon. Echt aan te bevelen dit hotel. Zoals gezegd, de koude douche in de morgen.

• Audrey (8/5): Bel hôtel mais.. - Nous avons aimé le calme de son emplacement (loin de l'agitation de Durres), le cadre verdoyant, le côté petite place de village de la partie restauration, la piscine avec sa vue sur la nature, le petit déjeuner très copieux, l'espace jeux pour enfants pour les occuper pendant l'attente du repas, la literie confortable et la chambre spacieuse Par contre la route pour y accéder est cabossée (mais totalement faisable en voiture malgré tout en roulant doucement). La partie restauration est investie par les guêpes ce qui est vraiment désagréable pour manger en extérieur. L'attente, que dis-je L'ATTENNNNNNNTE, pour le repas du premier jour : 25 minutes pour avoir les couverts après avoir reçu la salade, et 1h30 en tout pour avoir nos pizzas. Je sais qu'en vacances il faut savoir ralentir le rythme mais quand on a très faim après avoir fait de la route, 2 jeunes enfants à faire patienter et que l'attente se fait entourée de guêpes, l'expérience n'est pas très agréable, c'est dommage.

Beautiful views and lots of sunbeds. Its in the middle of a mountain and so peaceful. I can't wait to return!! We want to book a villa next time but its so popular and rightly so There was nothing we didn't like. Something to consider is that you will need your own car/hire car to be comfortable. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was though and definitely not a negative from us, more of a consideration

El check-in nos lo hizo un niño de 10 años... No corresponde a estándares de un hotel de este nivel de precio.

De accommodatie heeft een restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Je moet hier wel behoorlijk wat tijd en geduld hebben: het duurt behoorlijk lang voordat je iets hebt geregeld of het eten (inclusief ontbijt) wordt geserveerd.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Title: A True Gem of Albania! The Best Choice Near Tirana! - Hotel Bujtina Ajazi is an absolutely exceptional place! It's a true oasis of peace and beauty that completely makes up for the less impressive impressions from other areas around Tirana. The guesthouse itself is charming with its unique atmosphere. The surroundings are picturesque and perfect for a getaway away from the hustle and bustle, and the interiors are decorated with incredible taste and attention to detail. However, its biggest asset is the unique, family-like atmosphere, created by wonderful people. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the owner himself is a man with great passion who can charm every guest. The cuisine is a true feast for the palate! The meals are excellent, prepared from the freshest products and 100% on-site. Even the morning bread consists of fragrant, homemade baked goods. This is without a doubt the best place to try authentic, traditional Albanian cuisine. We spent a wonderful time here with our family (2 adults and 2 children). The stay, with its top-level service, will remain in our memories for a long time. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for true Albanian hospitality! A note for people allergic to bees: The area might not be entirely comfortable for those allergic to bees, as there are quite a lot of them due to the presence of olive trees. Of course, meals can be enjoyed in the air-conditioned indoor areas, and the waiters set up smoking coils outside that help to repel them.

• rachele (7/5): Beau cadre mais attention aux chambres familiales - Le lieu, reculé en pleine nature, la piscine, la vue, le restaurant beau et bon dans un cadre agréable Une chambre pour 4 … avec un lit d’appoint où il manque des lattes, un boudoir en guise de 4eme lit . Le tout dans une chambre bien trop petite. Les guêpes … présentes partout (à table, dans la piscine … ) il faut en tenir compte si vous êtes allergique c’est stressant .
• Esmee Krijnen (8/5): Fijn verblijf voor iedereen die even lekker rust wilt - De locatie is prachtig, het straalt puur rust uit. Het zwembad is ruim opgezet en dan ook heerlijk vertoeven. De kamers zijn ook erg mooi. Als je heel kritisch gaat kijken zul je wel punten tegen komen in de kamer, maar wij vonden het helemaal prima. Mooie, ruime douche ook en een fijn bed. Het ontbijt is ook heel lekker en ook al is er een taalbarriere, ze proberen alles voor je te doen. Ja het is een vervelende weg er naar toe en je moet rustig rijden. Maar dat weet je van te voren en kies je voor. Zelf zijn wij 2 avonden naar het centrum gereden voor diner en dat vonden we echt geen probleem. Onze aankomst was heel erg vreemd. Een klein jongentje moest alles vertalen omdat de (denk hoteleigenaren) niet echt Engels konden. Toen we onze kamer aangewezen kregen, lag daar een schoonmaakster op een handdoek te slapen, in onze kamer! Dit was echt heel vreemd en niet echt heel fris om te zien. Toen we vroegen wat ze hier deed kregen we als antwoord "Ze was een beetje moe van het werk". Dit is natuurlijk echt absoluut niet de bedoeling en ook tegenstrijdig met de rest wat het hotel uitstraalt. De werknemers slapen ook in het hotel zelf, achteraf op de begane grond bij de banken op de grond. Het is een beetje een raar zicht en ik snap nog niet helemaal hoe het in elkaar zit... Het heeft ons wel een beetje beïnvloed bij aankomst. Maar de rest van het verblijf heeft het goed gemaakt.

Le service est un peu décousu car ils ne sont pas très organisés mais cela ne nous a pas derangé car nous étions en vacances. Si vous souhaitez manger venez tot ! La chambre qu'on nous a donné ne corrrespondait pas à celle reservée.
• Mathieu (10/5): Bon établissement - Tout était parfait pour notre séjour avec nos deux enfants Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Chambre jolie, propre, confortable, rien à dire. La piscine a une vue incroyable, les hôtes sont adorables. La cuisine du resto était excellente, mais l’équipe parfois un peu débordée, car beaucoup de monde des environs affluent le soir, en allant manger avant l’affluence vous en profiterez pleinement. On a regretté les guêpes le matin au petit déjeuner, c’est la nature.

• Danielle (10/5): Heel sfeervol hotel op een schitterende locatie - Het hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie. Er staan wat recensies over een slecht weg. De weg vanuit het dorp is recent geasfalteerd. Er is een stukje van 200-300 meter wat slecht is (gaten in de weg), maar wel te doen. Daarna een onverharde weg die prima te bereiden is met elke auto. Volg wel de borden van het hotel! We hadden een familiekamer en een normale kamer. De familiekamer was erg ruim en zeer sfeervol ingericht.Echt een van de mooiste kamers tijdens onze rondreis door Albanië. De normale kamer is ook mooi en sfeervol ingericht, maar heel erg klein (dat wisten we van te voren). Er is bijvoorbeeld geen ruimte voor een zitje.Alleen een bed past er in. Het hotel heeft een groot en mooi zwembad. Goed onderhouden. Er zijn ligbedden waar je kosteloos gebruik van kan maken terwijl je van het uitzicht geniet. Dat de normale kamer erg klein was. Al wisten we dat. De bediening kan wat chaotisch overkomen en lang duren. Neem voor het ontbijt echt een uur de tijd. ‘s Avonds kan het nog langer duren. Toen wij er waren was er beide avonden een feest met veel gasten. Wellicht dat meespeelde. Het eten was daarin tegen erg goed.
• Tommy Dee (7/5): Fijn verblijf - Mooi afgelegen plek, wij verbleven twee nachten in een van de villa's die kort daarvoor opgeleverd waren. Hoewel het keukentje nog niet volledig in gebruik genomen kon worden hebben we genoten. Het zwembad is heerlijk en 's avonds kan op het gezellig verlichte terras gegeten worden. Prima afstand tot het strand. Er kon nog niet gekookt worden, mogelijk was om die reden het keukengerei nog niet op orde.

• Rikke (10/5): Den skønneste oplevelse - Vi havde en fantastisk uge i en af de flotte, nye luksus villaer. Vi syntes det hele var endnu flottere end på billederne, og særligt poolen var skøn. Der er enormt roligt og smukt omkring hotellet, og vi var virkeligt betagede af området. Hotellet er familieejet, og alle er virkeligt imødekommende og behagelige. Restauranten er lækker, vi anbefaler tomahawk og T-bone varmt. Vi kommer meget gerne igen!
• Matthias (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in Golem - Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer konnte trotz zu früher Ankunft gleich bezogen werden. Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen im angeschlossenen Restaurant. Relativ viele Gerichte auf der Restaurantkarte waren nicht verfügbar.
• Diana (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft in den Bergen – absolut empfehlenswert - Auf unserer Reise durch Albanien haben wir ein paar Tage in den Bergen verbracht und uns für das Bujtina Ajazi entschieden. Eine Wahl, mit der wir rundum zufrieden waren. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist zwar etwas holprig, aber mit einem normalen Mietwagen gut machbar und definitiv lohnenswert. Der Pool mit traumhaftem Ausblick war ein Highlight und wurde stets sauber gehalten. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber und stilvoll. Eine gelungene Kombination aus rustikalem Charme und moderner Ausstattung. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gefallen haben uns das leckere Frühstück und das frisch zubereitete Abendessen, die beide in entspannter Atmosphäre serviert wurden. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, ideal zum Abschalten und Genießen inmitten der Natur.

• Natasja (8/5): Fijne dagen gehad - Het zwembad en het uitzicht en de decoratie van de kamer al was die niet groot. Erg ver van bewoonde wereld en heel veel wespen
• Tijs (9/5): Fantastisch hotel met geweldige ligging - De locatie is echt adembenemend mooi. Je zit midden tussen de bergen en hebt een geweldig uitzicht. De villa die we hadden was ook echt prachtig. Heerlijk zwembad en erg vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was ook fantastisch en zeer uitgebreid met allemaal verse spullen. Het is er ook erg gezinsvriendelijk. De villa was zeer nieuw waardoor nog niet alles helemaal af was. Dit werd wel keurig aangegeven door het personeel.

• Rafał (10/5): Rodzinne wakacje w willi#2 - Wspaniałe miejsce oddalone od zgiełku Golem; można odpocząć w ciszy (nie licząc cykad 😉 ) i spokoju w komfortowych warunkach i pięknych okolicznościach przyrody. Należy nastawić się na lekki off road podczas dojazdu. W 2/3 drogi jest nowiutki asfalt, natomiast końcówka to coś jakby płyty/szuter. Po drodze można spotkać np. żółwia, stadko kóz lub pana na osiołku. To wszystko ma swój urok 😎 Mieszkaliśmy tydzień w willi#2, która spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Łóżka niesamowicie wygodne, chyba pierwszy raz tak dobrze mi się spało na urlopie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, zwłaszcza petulle, które jedliśmy pierwszy raz i bardzo nam smakowały! Basen jest cudowny (!), duży i czysty; leżaków jest na tyle, że wystarcza dla wszystkich. Bardzo polecam obiekt Bujtina Ajazi 👌 Jest jakiś kłopot z napięciem i część lamp wieczorem miga, podobnie klimatyzacja się wyłącza i włącza (robi kilkusekundowe przerwy). Można przemyśleć kwestię uruchamiania zraszaczy rano, w czasie śniadania, bo gdy działają nie ma jak wyjść z willi 🙈 I to chyba tyle; reszta bez zarzutu.
• Aline (10/5): Traumhaft schön. - Die Location war sehr gemütlich. Die Kellner waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.Das Essen im Restaurant war das beste was ich jemals gegessen habe. Es gibt nichts was ich zu bemängeln hätte !
• JMG974 (10/5): - Le côté familial des prestations. La piscine très propre et assez grande. La possibilité de se restaurer sur place. Le côté campagnard de la situation. Le repas du soir servi en extérieur. Manque le côté professionnel dans le service à table. On vous sert les plats chauds quand ils sont prêts ce qui fait que l'on ne mange pas tous ensemble.

• Andrius (8/5): - The pool area is amazing! Quite clean and tidy, and the rooms are small — at least the ones we stayed in. Breakfast is tasty but the same every morning, and unfortunately, each person only gets one cup of coffee in the morning :). The cheeses are very delicious since everything comes from the family farm. In the evening, the surroundings are beautifully decorated. It’s worth noting that there is a restaurant on-site, which is open to everyone, not just hotel guests.

• Palmer (7/5): Prachtig hotel met fantastisch zwembad, maar nog heel wat werkpunten - Het zwembad is geweldig en het is een mooie nieuwe accommodatie met mooi uitzicht Er zijn nog heel wat groeipijnen in dit hotel. Ondanks de bevestiging van inchecken om 11u was de kamer niet klaar toen we rond 13u arriveerden. Op zich niet super erg, maar je zag de de schoonmaak niet deftig gedaan was. Badkamer en gang lag vol haar van vorige bezoeker. Wij hadden de villa geboekt en die was eigenlijk nog niet helemaal af. De foto's die je op booking ziet zijn design fotos van voor dat de villas gebouwd werden. De jacuzzi was niet beschikbaar, de inrichting is helemaal anders dan op foto en 1 bed leek een tijdelijk bed te zijn dat eigenlijk een veldbed met een matras was. Mogelijks was de prijs daarom redelijk laag voor wat het zou kunnen zijn als alles in orde is. Maar als het niet in orde is moet je dat wel vermelden ipv het te ontdekken. De weg er naar toe is goed aangeduid. (let op met google maps die je standaard naar foute weg stuurt) Laatste stuk van de weg is niet geasfalteerd en hobbelig. Op zich wel te bereiken met gewone huurauto. De check out verloopt ook via een strikte controle van de kamers. Beetje zoals je je huurauto inlevert. Begrijp het idee, dat je de nieuwe mooie villa in orde wil houden, maar het voelt toch wat raar aan. Als alles op punt wordt gezet kan het hier wel een top-verblijf worden. Momenteel is het dat nog niet.
• Tania (10/5): Soberbo, tudo bom. Pessoas, comida natureza e conforto 5 estrelas - Localização, piscina linda, vista campo maravilhosa pessoas simpáticas, quarto bonito e confortável, pequeno almoço em quantidade e qualidade. Jantar maravilhoso. Gostámos de tudo, nada de mau a apontar.
• Manon (10/5): Perfect !!! - Un petit havre de paix, une expérience parfaite ! Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été absolument parfait. Le lieu est incroyable, un véritable havre de paix, facile d’accès, magnifique, et la piscine est superbe. La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, tout est fait maison, à des prix très corrects : inutile d’aller manger ailleurs ! Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant. Dans tous les cas, nous avons passé un séjour incroyable et c’est évident pour nous : si nous revenons en Albanie, nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter. Merci pour tout ! Le seul petit bémol est que certains membres du personnel semblent encore en formation, ce qui peut parfois entraîner des délais ou quelques petits soucis de communication. Mais ce sont des détails, et je suis certaine que cela s’améliorera avec le temps.

• Agustín (10/5): Inmejorable, si volviera Albania extenderíamos la estadia para disfrutar del sitio. - Las instalaciones y el nivel del hotel -materiales, estilo rústico buen gusto , arquitectura - es inmejorable. Los paisajes son bellísimos. La piscina infinita es fantástica. El patio de comidas y su restaurante es de muy buen nivel Si bien el paisaje es bellísimo y el lugar de emplazamiento del hotel es soberbio, el acceso puede resultar un poco complicado, en particular los ultimos 1.5 km. Vale absolutamente la pena.

Also loved the pool and the breakfast, and it was close enough to golem for a short car ride but far away enough to feel like secluded vineyard vibes The beds and were kind of hard and the electricity cut out for a while
