• Antje (10/5): Traumwohnung - Das Zimmer ist sehr schick ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist ganz wunderbar. Die Aussicht über die Stadt war einfach genial. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich und sehr sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter und haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Im Bad könnten ein paar Haken mehr sein, ein Kartoffelmesser habe ich vermisst, und die Lamellen vom Vorhang waren vor unserem Einzug schon abgefallen, hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil der Blick aus dem Fenster fantastisch war. Die Küchenschränke sind unvorteilhaft angebracht.
• Diana (10/5): Super Appartement mit mega Ausblick! - Wunderschönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Super sauber! Die Gastgeber sind immer erreichbar und alle Wünsche wurden direkt erfüllt (z. Bsp. Bügeleisen/Dämpfer). Die Terrasse, welche für mehrere Appartements gemeinsam zur Nutzung steht, ist wirklich ein Traum. Zur U-Bahn gelangt man zu Fuß in ca. 8-10 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

• Kirsten (8/5): für eine unvergessliche Silvesternacht über den Dächern Wiens - Es war hervorragend geeignet für unsere Zwecke - sprich eine phantastische Aussicht über ganz Wien zu Silvester, von unserem Fenster im Apartment und von der Dachterrasse. Nett, dass von der Unterkunft Sektgläser bereit gestellt wurden. Einrichtung war stylish und praktikabel zugleich, das trifft man selten... allerdings... .... auch das Badezimmer war zwar schick, aber nicht praktikabel mit dieser Dusche. Das Wasser verteilt sich im ganzen Bad - aber das haben die Betreiber inzwischen selber herausgefunden. Checkout um 10 Uhr - kein Thema, um 09.30 Uhr kommt die Putzfrau ohne Anzuklopfen rein, während wir noch nicht angezogen waren - muss nicht sein. Was auch nicht sein muss, ist die pampige WhatsApp die darauf vom Management folgte. Wir haben vor 10 Uhr das Haus verlassen, erstmal Fakten klären!

• Paul (9/5): - Это прекрасные апартаменты, в которых всё продумано до мелочей. Очень красивый, стильный интерьер, создающий ощущение уюта и комфорта. Панорамные окна открывают потрясающий вид на Вену, а терраса на крыше — отдельное удовольствие. Тёплые полы добавляют особого комфорта. Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение апартаментов. Всего 8 минут пешком до трамвайной остановки, откуда за 30 минут можно комфортно добраться до центра города. По пути трамвай проходит мимо главных достопримечательностей Вены, так что дорога сама по себе становится приятной экскурсией. Хотелось бы, чуть более тщательной уборки.

• Tony (9/5): Séjour agréable dans ce bel appartement - Très bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur la ville, l’hôte est bienveillant et la prise de contact a été simple et agréable, le lit est très confortable surtout le matelas, et assez grand, la cuisine est bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité, la grande table est impressionnante mais il y a trop peu d’espace de cuisine, smart tv, la décoration est très jolie aussi bien dans l’appartement que dans les espaces communs Pour les points négatifs l’appartement est mal insonorisé et vous entendez les bruits venant du couloir et des autres pièces mais c’est très calme la majorité du temps, oreillers trop épais et peu confortables, le chauffage centralisé est trop élevé et il n’est pas possible de le baisser le seul moyen est d’allumer la clim ou d’ouvrir les fenêtres il faisait 26 degrés dans la pièce, la hotte aspirante est cassée et il n’y a pas de lave-linge, le quartier est assez désert la nuit avec peu d’activités, il est également indiqué qu’il y a une terrasse mais il n’est précisé nulle part qu’il s’agit d’une terrasse commune, comme il s’agit d’une douche ouverte de l’eau peut couler dans la salle de bains, Il faut utiliser la raclette pour évacuer l’eau

• Frank (8/5): - Die relativ ruhige Lage, die Aussicht und die Größe des Bades. Die Möglichkeiten der "Küchenzeile" waren für eine Ferienwohnung zu gering. ( zu wenig Arbeitsfläche, kein Platz für Vorräte ). Der Tisch mit den 6 Stühlen war imposant, aber sinnlos in einer Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. Für das Reinigungsteam sehen wir noch Luft nach oben, im Küchenbereich war jede Menge Staub und teilweise schmutziges Geschirr im Küchenschrank. Frische Handtücher gab es erst nach der 2. Nachfrage und die benutzen Handtücher blieben liegen.
• Giuliano (6/5): - Super Aussicht vorallem zum Sonnenuntergang und weil es in den fernen Bergen öfter geblitzt und gedonnert hat, sehr sauber und schöne Einrichtung, Küche zum kochen mit allem was man braucht und die Damen die das organisieren waren sehr freundlich Sehr hellhörig, das Paar ein Raum neben uns hat sich gerne mal „laut unterhalten“ und wir konnten alles mithören, intime Moment waren daher leider nicht wirklich möglich..ein Bewegungsmelder schaltet das grell weiße Licht an der Tür automatisch an was besonders Nachts wenn man mal schnell auf die Toilette wollte unglaublich nervig war

• Artem Jablonski (10/5): Wygoda, komfort i piękne widoki - Gospodynia bardzo miła, już na nas czekała, łatwo trafić pod adres, dojazd wygodny, apartament wygodny, czysty zadbany, widok bardzo dobry, tarasy na dachu robią wrażenie. W okolicy są sklepy, kafeteria i przystanki tramwajowe z wygodnym i szybkim dojazdem do centrum. Brak uwag.

It’s a shoddy neighbourhood - made us feel unsafe. Why a visitor to a place like Vienna would stay here beats me.

• Rachel (10/5): Very comfortable studio apartment with view - It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient. We had been traveling for a little while and staying in hotels so it was nice to be able to make breakfast and small meals. The view was beautiful and, while out of the city center, public transportation was very close, maybe a block’s walk. The public transportation system in Vienna was easy to learn and a seven day pass made it extremely affordable. We didn’t use a taxi at all. There were shops and cafes in the neighborhood, just steps away. We also felt like the apartment was a very good deal for the price! We saw that other reviewers had issues with the shower but we didn’t find it hard to navigate. There was a squeegee to push the water into the drain and everything dried quickly. Hosts were responsive and friendly. We loved visiting Vienna and would stay here again. Nothing. It was great and completely as pictured.
• Jakub (9/5): Fantastic venue for a conference at nearby Central European University - The apartment was spacious and well furnished. I will not comment of decorations, as this is personal preferences, but the size and relative new equipment was great. Large bed, large bathroom. Very nice view of Vienna over rooftops. Good kitchen facilities. The people running the place should consider small changes in the bathroom. I could have used a small shelf in the shower to put personal cosmetics. More importandly - a plastic or rubber mat on the floor in the shower. When showering with soap the floor instatly became VERY slippery. One can expect serious injury any moment and the owners will be kept responsible for any broken legs or hands. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FOR YOUR AND CUSTOMER'S SAKE.

Neighbourhood is in the process of being uplifted. - The apartment is beautifully and artistically decorated and was very comfortable. Although the apartment is in a trendy building, it is not in the greatest district in town. It seems that the neighbourhood is in the process of being upgraded, though.

Needs a different shower cubicle or even just a shower curtain, the water goes everywhere! Oddly placed lighting fixture that you catch every time you pull the curtains. For such a large room I felt they could have put a sofa in.

Property was close to public transport and takes about 10 minutes to get into central Vienna. Our host Marion was exceptionally helpful and friendly and so was Claudio. All in all highly recommended.

• Roy (10/5): Great Place, lovely accommodation, clean, friendly, easy travel to city centre by tram/underground - Friendly reception and helpful with recommending places to eat and get supplies. Everything was good but sat nav takes you to rear entrance when you need to go to the front. Accommodation warned us of this but in a strange city and relying on a drive we didn't know the front from the back so had to wait for someone to meet us. Not the fault of the accommodation. Just a warning for future visitors.

• John (10/5): Very comfortable home-away-from-home for a terrific stay in Vienna. - The apartment was spacious and very well appointed and furnished with wonderful objects. There was visitor information in multiple languages. It is well located for public transport, with two tram routes, leading to local trains very near by. They looked after our luggage and allowed for a late check out. The view and rooftop patio were wonderful. We were able to wash clothes too. The kitchenette was well appointed. Silvy was wonderfully helpful, and met us to checkin quite late on a weekend night - Thank you! Way finding to the lift is a little tricky, with access via a very large courtyard off Absberggasse, not the street address.
• Di (10/5): Amazing views, great location, attentive host, and the apartment is comfortable and beautiful: repeat-worthy!! !! - Very beautiful apartment, light, modern, with an amazing view over the city. Very personable host, they are very responsive and care about their guests and the standard of their apartments. We forgot some clothing there and the host sent it to us at their expense! (Thank you again, Marion!). The location - although outside the inner city- is very well connected via Subway, Tram, Busses. It’s super easy to get to a line that takes you to main attractions without walking too far (3-5 Min) or more than 2 connections. Don’t be afraid of Vienna’s public transportation, it’s easy, fast, convenient. All was perfect. We will stay there again!
• Vinay (10/5): Beautiful stay with lovely view over the city - The host was very helpful and friendly. Reached out in advance via WhatsApp to coordinate the meeting point. The apartment was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The view from the room was amazing. The view from the rooftop was even more amazing. It is a little confusing when you come with a car to park at the property for the first time but the host was helpful in guiding us.

• David (10/5): Superb choice for Vienna - Spectacular apartment with excellent attention to detail. Laundry. Roof balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Transportation for the city was easy. You might be surprised that such a stunning apartment would be located when considering the overall neighbourhood. It turned out to suit us very well.

• Dae (10/5): Great room and roof terrace view - Apartment and room is clean and very comfortable. Public transportation, such as trams 6, 11, are very close. Roof terrace has wonderful view of vien city.

• Ioana (10/5): Exellent place! - Everything was exellent: place, rooms, the host. In case someone needs a parking spot, just tell the host beforehand and you'll get one. Very nince view of the city.

• Mikhail (10/5): Amazing stay, I had a great time. - Great room, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The building has roof terrace with a great view. The location is good, with 15 minute distance from the city center. Just nitpicks: the shower doesn’t have a curtain, so after the shower i needed to use a scrape broom to remove water. One of the locks had a tendency to jam so it needed some effort to open the door.
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Great comfy bed that was actually a king size despite "queen" in the description. Amazing high end wood furnishings and view of city. Could not hear any street noise or neighbors. The only negative was that the maid service started at about 7:30 - 8:00am and their laundry/supply room was right across the hall. The door to the apartment let in alot of that noise. That was the only noise we experienced, but it woke us up earlier than desired both mornings.
