Guest Reviews
- mary (9/5): Had a pleasant stay -
- Shirin (7/5): Has good features like the deck and garden, but not value for money overal. - The deck and front and back gardens are stunning! It is so beautiful to just look out of windows or sit on the deck in afternoon sun. It was too expensive for the quality of the house (which was very tired) and facilities on offer. For example, there was no BBQ. Also, while outer surfaces were clean, inside all cabinets were stained and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
The location is good in terms of proximity to town centre, but it is in a hilly part of town so it is too hard to climb to the house, particularly with small children or elderly people.

- Erica (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy and unwind. - Beautiful clean property with all the comforts of home. Gorgeous gardens surrounding. Nothing to not like apart perhaps for the possums galloping across the roof at night 😂
- Fiona (9/5): Beautiful. - Lovely garden, quiet location. The fans in the bedrooms only work when the lights are turned on.
- Antonija (10/5): So, so cosy - Everything! The location, the home, the back and front gardens, the atmosphere.
There's such a warmth to the place. No comment

- Prita (8/5): - Lovely garden and home overall. A bit of a walk from the town centre but otherwise it was great!
- Carroll (10/5): - Spar barth
- Andrew (9/5): Quiet comfortable and warm. Ideal for a Winter break. - Private enclosed garden. Comfortable and warm. The bed was excellent. Good shower. Most things provided. Quiet location and a fairly easy walk to and from Daylesford. Good parking and secure gates and fencing. The weather was proper cold so thankful for the more than adequate heating and log fire. Could have done with a lamp or two in the lounge for more cosy lighting. A few minor cleaning items we needed to sort out but minor and nothing worthy of a complaint. Mostly spotless.
- Kristine (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We recommend and will definitely be back. - Gorgeous cottage with lovely gardens. When we arrived, the heating was on and the cottage was warm and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, location was great, but we completely forgot to light the fire. Next time! The wine was a nice touch too. We’ll definitely be back. Getting my car under the carport. Although that’s probably more about my parking ability or lack thereof…

- Sarah (10/5): Perfect for friends, family or couples - Absolutely gorgeous property, so cosy and had everything we needed! Perfect for a winter getaway and we loved it so much we have already decided we want to come back in the summer to experience what it’s like in a different season. Highly recommend!

Amazing gardens
Comfortable bed & venue
Well equiped
Great location That one area of the garden had not cleared of dog droppings. We had to section off this part of the garden which was a shame because the garden itself was beautiful.
- Lisa (9/5): Had a great time would stay again - Peaceful and pet friendly Just missing a bbq
