• kazue (9/5): おすすめします！ - 立地、部屋の広さ、スタッフの対応などとても気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。 駅からも近く、徒歩2.3分のところに、24時間スーパーや1階にサウナなど周辺も充実していました。 一方で、全体的には綺麗なのですが、お風呂の端々に汚れがあり、気になりました。 また、もう少しお値段が安ければ更に嬉しく思います。ただ、都内でこのレベルの空間をお借りしているので、ホテルより安いのは間違いないです。

• gr (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Nähe - Nähe zum Bahnhof Tokio, belebte Gegend, sehr schöne und vollständige Einrichtung Leider keinen Wäschetrockner
• Jannik (3/5): - Lage an der Bahnstation Der Boden und besonders die Teppiche waren alle dreckig und voll mit langen Haaren, im Kühlschrank hat es geschimmelt, die Waschmaschine und der Übergang von Bad zu Dusche waren dreckig. Die Stühle fallen fast auseinander beim Hinsetzen. Die Badewanne ist nicht fest montiert und wackelt wenn man auf den Rand kommt. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung kostet obwohl es inklusive ist laut der Anzeige und ist nur möglich wenn das Geschäft auf hat (was die gleiche zeit vom check in ist). Genauso die Nutzung der Badeanlage die nicht inklusive ist und nur für Männer.

• Duncan (10/5): Overall a fantastic property to stay at for a week in Tokyo with the family. Very easy to get to the popular shopping di - The property was excellent for a family of 4. Full kitchen facilities which we used for breakfasts and plenty of space to spread ourselves out for 5 days. Conveniently located to the Metro station around the corner. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Because of its location in the outer suburbs the commuter trains can be extremely busy at certain times of the day. The local restaurants/bars can also be impossibly busy in the evenings too, so something to consider.

• Kiara (7/5): Nice and comfortable room, good location, sauna men's only. - The room was very spacious and in a nice location, plenty of shops and restaurants around. We were the only people on our floor which was nice so it was very quiet. The hosts were nice and showed us around our room and explained everything. Train station super close! I was really disappointed to learn that the sauna and bath was actually men's only because it wasn't stated anywhere on booking.com, that was something that we were really looking forward to. Also the only station in the area is on the Tozai line which is the busiest line in Tokyo, not the worst thing but it means you're packed in every time you use the train.

• Raquel (9/5): The best family holiday we had - The place was close to the statiom, lots of comvenience stores and restaurants around the areas. It's close to Anytime Fitness, my boys membership was recognised. One of the best things in the apartment is the clothes dryer in the bathroom. The place is clean and the basic things you need are rhere. The bed in the main bedroom is quite small so we paid an extra mattress so we can all rest well. I suggest less plants to have more space.

• Edwin (10/5): Great location, comfortable apartment for 4+ adults. - Spacious and modern apartment on the fifth floor was plenty for a family of four. Located close to the Toyocho station of the Tozai line and several conbini and restaurants. Only stayed for two nights, would have stayed longer if available. Staff are super friendly and speak English well. Was offered a discount for the men's only spa/bath on the lower floors. No dryer. Apartment has a washer but had to line dry outside in the 100f summer heat, so no big deal. Bathroom does have a dryer function though but it seems like a waste of power in the summer.
• Xiao (9/5): Enjoyed our stay in NiHITARU Stay that is very conveniently located and feels like home. - The location is only a short walk from the subway station and there are convenient stores, many restaurants and shops near by. The apartment is pretty cute, clean and have all amenities we need, such as stove, oven, refrigerator etc. (thought we did not use the stove/oven). The washing machine is definitely a great thing to have for our long stay. Shower/bathroom is modern. We were very happy in our stay and will consider to stay in the future if come to Japan again.
• Helen (10/5): Everything was great! - Absolutely loved this place! So spacious, modern but still had the Japanese feel to it. We booked this place at the very last minute because our accommodation at the time was terrible. Location was great & walking distance to the train station. Plenty to places to choose from for food. The staff and the owner were lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Bonus is you don’t have to go outside of the property to enjoy a spa & sauna as they provide this at an extra charge.
• Amelia (8/5): Convenient and modern - Modern and spacious enough for 3 adults and 1 child. Just a short walk away from Toyocho station and there’s also a 24 hour Seiyu supermarket and Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy about a 200m walk away. There’s also a Daiso, cafe and some convenient stores nearby. You can hear some noise from the streets in the late hours of Friday night so if you’re a light sleeper you might want to get earplugs. The train station exit closest to this place does not have an elevator so it was a bit of a walk. Also, the elevator in the apartment building is very small so we had to make more than 1 trip to bring all our bags up and down. Other than that, everything was good!
• Frances (10/5): Exceptional - Due to a Typhoon, our travel plans changed and booked NiHITARU the day prior. The staff at the Spa did their best to help us on arrival and store our luggage. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well fitted with convenient items. It is a 2-minute walk to the station. We enjoyed sating out of the tourist area and there were plenty of food options.
