• sekeroglu (7/5): Ulaşımı çok kolay yemek yerlerine çok yakın. - Konumu çok merkezi, Balkonunun manzarası çok keyifliydi. Yataklar malesef iskeletleri başarısızdı yatak iskeletlerinin elden geçmesi gerekiyor.
• Nikolaos (8/5): Άνεση στο κέντρο της πόλης - Βολική τοποθεσία, κεντρικό σημείο με άμεση πρόσβαση σε εστιατόρια, μίνι μάρκετ κλπ. Με τα πόδια πέντε λεπτά από την πλατεία Αριστοτέλους και Τσιμισκή. Όμορφη θέα σε πλατεία και εκκλησία. Αν πρέπει ν γράψω κάτι είναι ότι θα μπορούσε το πάτωμα να είναι λίγο πιο καθαρό.
• Anna-Maria (6/5): - Πολύ άνετο με πολλά δωμάτια . Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Το στεφάνι στην τουαλέτα είχε φθαρεί και δεν μπορούσε να είναι καθαρό.

• Marta (2/5): - Dogodna lokalizacja, jeżeli ktoś chce być w centrum. Apartament duży, czyste pościele Apartament ogólnie bardzo zaniedbany, podarta kanapa, pęknięty materac. Słabe wyposażenie, na 9 osób brakowało talerzy, sztućców, szkanek, kieliszków. Po przyjeżdzie zastaliśmy na balkonie rozłożoną suszarkę do prania a na niej suszące się reczniki. Na drugi dzień zapchał się odpływ pod prysznicem, w związku z tym nie mogliśmy się właściwie myć przez ponad dobę, a ja nie usłyszałam nawet przepraszam. O drugiej w nocy waliczyliśmy sprzątając apartament z nadmiaru wody, a Pani sprzątająca, która przyszła rano po mijej interwencji była opryskliwa i po obejsciu apartamentu nie zrobiła nic! Był to najgorszy z moich dotychczasowych najmów w życiu. Nie polecam!!!

• Levent_Turk (5/5): tek gece ve kalabalık aile/grupların konaklaması için ideal - Şehir Merkezinde ve konumu çok merkezi, binanın hemen altında ücretli otopark var fakat her zaman dolu. diğer otoparklar yürüme mesafesinde. dijital TV aplikasyonları ve internet tatmin edici düzeyde. sıcak su kesintisi yok. mutfakta temel malzeme ve küçük ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. 5 odanın 2sinde klima ısıtma yapmıyordu. 2 odayı kullanamadık. salonda klima yok yeteri kadar salon ısınamıyor. Kış aylarında konaklamayı tavsiye etmiyorum. Tuvalet kapakları ve duş perdesi gibi bazı malzemelerin tamir edilmesi gerekli.

• Guy (9/5): Great location , clean and spacious, excellent communication. - The location , size of property, availability of the team to answer questions were all top notch, I would recommend it to families and groups House was clean , plenty of towels and bedding provided, some rooms had huge windows so lighting is great and easy to get some fresh air , I would highly recommended. Not a major issue but due to the cold weather some of the AC units didn’t heat some rooms , however , small heating units were provided and those worked great as a replacement. I would also suggest having a microwave on site.
• CHRISTOS (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στην Πλατεία Αριστοτέλους και στα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα της πόλης. Είναι πολύ άνετο και πολύ καλή επιλογή, ιδίως για μεγάλες παρέες. Εύκολο check-in και check-out. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Το κατάλυμα είναι λίγο παλιό και χρειάζεται μια ανακαίνιση ιδίως στα μπάνια και στα πορτοπαράθυρα. Επίσης τα περισσότερα air condition δεν δούλευαν, αν και το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό από κάποιες σόμπες που διαθέτετε. Γενικώς πάντως δεν αποτέλεσαν σοβαρά προβλήματα και η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ καλή και άνετη.

• Marija (10/5): Great apartment for a big group of friends or a big family. - Very big and comfort apartment with 5 spacious and nice bedrooms. The location was great, near metro station. The host was very helpful and answered us in no time.
• Petros (7/5): Καλό Διαμέρισμα για μεγάλες παρέες. - βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, είναι ευρύχωρο και έχει καλή διαρρύθμιση, με κοντινά καταστήματα (σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακεία, καφέ) και μια όμορφη πλατεία. Το ακίνητο έχει επίσης εξαιρετική πρόσβαση σε μέσα μεταφοράς, καθώς ο σταθμός του μετρό βρίσκεται μόλις 100 μέτρα μακρυά. Πολύ καλή ανταπόκριση. Όταν κλήθηκε, τεχνικός ήρθε πολύ σύντομα για να επιδιορθώσει το πρόβλημα με τα σιφόνια. Εφαρμογή ανοίγματος πόρτας: Υπήρξαν δυσκολίες λόγω κακού σήματος στην περιοχή. Τα μπάνια και η μπαλκονόπορτα στο μεγαλύτερο μπαλκόνι χρειάζονται συντήρηση. Τα σιφόνια ήταν βουλωμένα και προκάλεσαν πλημμύρα.
• ogzbskn (7/5): merkezi konum , yeni değil ancak temiz ve F/P dairesi . - evin konumu gerçekten çok keyifli . yürüme mesafesinde her yere kolay ulaşım yapılabiliyordu . çok keyifli bir balkonu var . ev çok çok büyük ikişer çocuklu 3 aile rahatlıkla konaklayabilir . ev sahipleri ilgili ve rahat ulaşılabilir . ev temizliği güzeldi . ancak bazı eksikler vardı öncelikle evin tamirat işleri belli ki çok geçiştirici yapılmış . görsellerde bir banyo verilmiş ve bu banyo yenilenmiş ancak diğer ikinci banyosu çok eski ve biz eve geldiğimizde lavabo musluğu çalışmıyordu . çok önemli bir konu değil . banyo eski ama kullanılmayacak durumda değil . temizdi . iki yatak çok ses yapıyordu , bu rahatsız edici bir durum . bir oda kliması çalışmıyordu . sıcak su deposu yeterli değil kalabalık aileler dikkatli kullanılmalı . kahve makinası çalışmıyordu .

Kam vizituar shum vende te Europes si psh ; Gjermani,Poloni,Hungari.Rumani,France,Zvicer,Holand dhe kam qendruar ne ksi lloje apartamnete gjat vizitave po atje ka qen shum me mir ktu ne Greqi ishte me dobt investimi ne apartament po prap si e thash ne pjesen qka ju pelqeu per mua ishte nje nat gjumi mfjaftone,Nese do e vlersoja me note do ishte dikund me 5 dhe 6.

• Raluca (7/5): - -locatia - foarte aproape de centru, magazine si restaurante in apropiere - distanta de mers pe jos -daca ai probleme ți se răspunde la telefon -acces facil in bloc si apartament cu link pt e-key - aer condiționat in apartament - paturi duble in fiecare camera -nu are parcare. Chiar daca scrie ca exista parcare cu plata in zona, de fapt sunt garaje private la care trebuie sa suni si sa iti deschidă cineva. Daca vrei sa pleci dimineata nu te va primi nimeni in parcare deoarece nu vor sa ii suni dimineața ca sa iti deschidă garajul. Pe strada foarte puține locuri pentru vizitatori - la noroc - curățenia - asa si asa - varul cădea de pe pereți, salatele puțin îngălbenite, uși vechi care scartaiau sau se închideau greu - paturile incomode, saltea veche foarte moale - din poze pare mai frumos ca in realitate

• Bartosz (9/5): - Mieszkanie wspaniałe. Bardzo wygodne i klimatyczne. Czyste i wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Niesamowity sposób otwierania drzwi. Lokalizacja to samo centrum miasta. Jeśli ktoś decyduje się na taki wybór ma świadomość, że wiąże się z odgłosami miasta i tłokiem oraz bliskością wszystkich atrakcji. Tak jest również w tym przypadku. W pobliżu parkingi prywatne (płatne) oraz publiczne (trzeba trochę poszukać).
• Olga (3/5): Falling apart. Fake photos. Shame on the host - I strongly advise against booking this apartment. It is in very poor condition, and the photos do not reflect the reality at all — this is misleading and deceives potential guests. The actual state of the apartment is far from what is shown online: the walls have peeling plaster, the ceiling and shower leak, and there is a persistent smell of sewage and mold throughout the space. The floors are uneven, and loose skirting boards pose a tripping hazard. While the housekeeping staff do their best to keep things clean on a day-to-day basis, the apartment itself is in a state of disrepair. It is essentially a ruin and should not be rented in its current condition.

Aparatul de cafea a fost spart,nu am putut face cafea,apa fierbinte de la dus care nu se putea regla,zgomot din strada,mic dejun cumpărat din market( chec, lapte,cornuri simple, cereale,cascaval, șuncă,paine), insuficient pentru 6 adulți,fara șervețele la bucătărie,un aer condiționat defect,o lustra defecta,masa din living fragila,un scaun rupt.Aplicatia se misca foarte greu,la telefon nu răspunde nimeni.

• Anna (6/5): Not bad value for money for a short stay for big group. - The location is very convenient—it is just in the city centre, next to the metro station. Paid parking is in the same building. There are great food options for a quick bite next to the property. The app to unlock the front door worked on arrival but wasn't working in the morning (the owners replied promptly and gave us access to the physical keys though). On the floor, I didn't have reception on my phone so no internet, so the app was unable to connect, I noticed the keycode on the app, and when I dialled the number on the panel next to the door, the door unlocked. The heating is airconditioning (not in all rooms, some have very old units and didn't have a control in the room) and lamp heating appliances (I don't know the exact term for them), heating in one of the bathrooms wasn't working. The house and linens were generally clean, only the ceiling lampshades in the rooms were full of dust (you could see it lying on the bed) In general, the rooms are not exactly as they are shown in the pictures, and the house needs a renovation. But for a very short stay, and only for a night of sleep when you are a big group of people, is passable.
