Guest Reviews
- Liz (8/5): The place was really spacious and lovely for the beach. It was perfect with that outdoor hot shower and had a good dryin - It was close to the beach. It was close to Queenscliff. It was lovely and big loved the outdoor hot shower that was brilliant. The weather was cool very cool in the evenings and the air-conditioner in the dining room was only cold so if we sat down it was freezing cold there was no heat available there’s a few cleaning jobs that needed to be done. The dishwasher was disgusting. But the rest was not bad.
- Carmelo (7/5): Very much enjoyed our stay would like owners to consider having WIFI. - location is good close to beach The only thing we did not like is no WIFI we did know this but we did miss it greatly.
- Bradley (8/5): Location perfect host really nice - Everything House just needed a good vacuum and mop dead bugs everywhere
- Arthurson (7/5): -
- Laura (10/5): Easter break - Great accommodation great location just a short walk to beach. Queenscliff is so very pleasant, great cafes and vintage shops.
- Nicole (7/5): Good - If bringing own linen then they need to tell you 1 bed is a king and the 2 singles are king singles.
- Rizan (8/5): Very good - the place was so spacious, tidy and full of kitchen supplies. the only thing we dont like was there is no internet free access. though were using our own internet but still it has poor accessibility.
- Carly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (7/5): Excellent location and spacious house - Excellent location, house was very spacious, beds were comfortable. Lots of utensils available in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Floors downstairs were tidy. Lots of places to sit and relax. No soaps, shampoos or conditioners supplied. We had to supply our own sheets which was found out after confirmed booking. Draws in the bedrooms were dirty with fake eyelashes on the bench top and in the draws. The balcony was a key attraction to the property but was very dirty on the floors the table and chairs.
No tea, coffee or milk available after a long trip.
No WiFi and poor reception
- Amber (9/5): Superb - Lovely and clean. Bed sizes were incorrect, so the sheet set that we had to take, we had to use the top sheet as the bottom sheet as the fitted sheet didn't fit
- Jackie (10/5): Beautiful home in queenscliff, close to beach and main township. Would stay there again. - Beautiful home close to the beach. Check in and check out was very accommodating. On a busy main road and little to no reception.
Unfortunately you had to take your own sheets and towels or else pay more to have them supplied.
- Maree (8/5): Enjoyable other than the 20 minutes of cleaning to start with - Was in a great spot, not too far from Point Lonsdale, And close drive to Queenscliff. Bed downstairs was comfortable, floors and bathroom and benches were nice and clean. The house was very nice but I hate having to clean when I go on a holiday. Stop top needed wiping, Light switches and door handles all needed wiping. Finger prints on all. The chains to put blinds up and down I don't think have ever been cleaned.
- Ziya (7/5): Good - Close to beach, house had everything needed Information said double & single beds so we brought sheets for that size.
Beds were queen and king single...
I had to go drive to kmart and buy new sheets.
Also dog hair on couches and other hair on pillows of beds...
Allergic to dogs so this was a big issue...
- Luke (9/5): Enjoyable and looking forward to coming back - Location, facilities Driveway was impossible to use especially with a 4x4
- Tracey (8/5): Spacious house in convenient location. - Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Close to the heart of Queenscliff and opposite the Bellarine rail trail. The beach is a very short walk. Having to bring your own linen. When I booked it is not stated that the house is managed by a Real Estate and that you need to bring your own linen (sheets, pillow slips, towels, bath mats, hand towels). You can hire linen for an extra charge. I could have cancelled once I found this out but I’d already paid a deposit (which was refundable), so I chose to stick with it. However, this should have been stated prior to booking.
A coffee plunger would have been good, there is a coffee pot for the stove.
The house is on a corner and faces the Bellarine Highway, so it can be quite noisy with traffic, especially early morning.
- Terrence (10/5): Exceptional - Well appointed and comfortable beds. Will stay again.
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - Easy key pick up Nothing to complain about
