• Iulia (9/5): Amazing, will come back everytime we’re in Milan - Everything was amazing. Clean, amazing location - close to everything, really comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. A bit warm and the a/c was not performing the best but we didn’t mind.

• Guest (10/5): Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location - Is was very clean and comfortable, with a great location, in Navigli. The instructions from the staff were very clear and it made us feel very safe. It was exactly as shown as the pictures. We were almost out of toilet paper and shower gel in the last day, they should’ve put more.

• Charlotte (9/5): - L’appartement est très correct. Nous avons eu un peu du mal à comprendre et à utiliser la Clim mais ce logement est bien!!
• Wayne (8/5): Very good - Location. Close to Restaurants on the canal and close to the Metro. Less than 5 minute walk Could do with some new towels and bed sheets. They weren't bad, but had obviously been used a fair bit.
• Emma (8/5): Very good - Great location, lovely apartment, comfortable bed albeit the ceiling was low and nothing to indicate this when first going upstairs. The door issues would concern me about booking again but other than that a lovely stay. Host communication was poor, both before we arrived and when we were there. We had difficulty accessing the door to the apartment, we arrived late as our flight was delayed and took over 10 minutes as it was jammed.

• Catherine (9/5): Cute and quiet apartment in a Fantastic location - Fantastic location, in the heart of Navigli. While it is a vibrant and busy area the apartment is super quiet. It is small but neat and well organised with everything you need - a washing machine and everything for cooking (not that you would!) I couldn’t find the bathroom light! (But that would be my fault I am sure). I wanted to check out an hour later and sent multiple emails but the property manager never answered this request which was frustrating (especially to not even get a no - just no response to that question and other random information sent instead).

• Delia (9/5): We loved staying in this appartment - centrally located within the Exciting Navigli area ! Comfortable apartment in exce - Excellent location and ambience ! We loved stepping straight out to the Navigli District from the appartment which was very secure . Close to the rail station , tram and city your bus so it was easy to get around . Essentials all available at the property. Because of the mezzanine the bed height was a bit tricky!

• Andreas (8/5): Nice location and nice people (but some hastle with pre-check-in forms and info on separate website) - + Super nice location only 5 mins from Metro station Porta Genova. Restaurants just outside the door + Massimo was very friendly and accomodating on the phone + Apartment can be completely darkened + quiet since its oriented towards the courtyard (and the street is a canale so there is no traffic) + Cleaning lady was very friendly when we handed the keys It was a good stay. However here are a few suggestions how our stay could have been even better: Please improve the pre-check in AND the check-in process: 1) Do NOT send out messages asking people to fill out firms with information you already have. People in their holiday do not want to fill out forms. That's what booking is for, ONE registration, no hastle. Please make it as easy as possible. 2) Do not wait with sending out access keys before you have the city tax. Trust people that they leave it on the table or incorporate the city tax on booking in ONE payment. 3) Do NOT refer guests to separate websites with just links - we do not want to search for the information of how to get into the room on a separate website (or where to leave the room) but want to find it ON BOOKING. I do not want to watch videos, this should be totally easy. Also the box was not written "WaysItalia" as indicated on the separate website. I do not want to receive an e-mail "please leave the keys as per instructions" - i have other things to think of than what you told me three days ago. Please. This is just too much automatization. Providing 2 bottles of water in the fridge is obviously not mandatory but it has become Standard in italy since water from the tap is undrinkable in Milan. Overall its a very nice place and people are nice (but please do not overoptimize).
• Agnieszka (10/5): Just loved it! - Perfect location in Navigli district, which is a very cool neighbourhood of Milan. Located at old canal, plenty of walking space, bars and restaurants, and on the other g he and a very local vibe.
• Laura (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect and Navigli is an amazing area to stay in Milan. 100% better than the centre, you can walk in easily to the Duomo and get to the Metro to get about town. It’s also a lovely and clean space, and the building has a great feel. The only thing that would have made it 10/10 is the pillows… the current ones are so hard and you just need something a little softer.
• Johannes (8/5): Good stay in good location, easy check in/out - Straightforward apartment with easy check-in in a good location. All basic amenities were provided. The small kitchen is useful for satisfying basic needs. Very nice shower! The hosts provided detailed and easy to follow instructions on how to enter the apartment, and we could grab the keys directly from a locker ourselves. The bed is quite hard, so my back struggled a bit. The fake plants are a bit tacky. Kitchen equipment is sufficient but minimal.
