Stefan (5/5): Das Preis-2leistungsverhältniss ist aufgrund der Mängel schlecht. - Die Lage des Hauses und dessen Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind außergewöhnlich stark verwohnt. Eine Renovierung und Sanierung ist dringend zu empfehlen. Die Duschenrahmen sind angerostet, in der Dusch im EG richt das Wasser nach Schwefel-Wasserstoff(woher?). Der untere Auszug der Spülmaschine verfügt nur noch über die Hälfteder Rollen, sodaß man den Schub heben muss, um ihn in die Maschine zu fügen. Die Hauptleuchten im Wohnzimmer und Dusche EG sind kaputt, d.h. leuchten nicht. Die forderung, der Hausmeister soll die Mängel beseitigen blieb ungehört.
