• Aleksandra (8/5): We can recommend it - Very good location, air conditioning, good price, spacious, easy contact with the owner Bed wasn't the most comfortable. I'd prefer to have more bedding (a duvet)

• Neringa (8/5): Very good - Good place, everything is within walking distance The broken toilet lid was really inconvenient every time we used it. The bed was uncomfortable. There was no wine corkscrew, is this common in Italy? :)

• Stephen (4/5): Must be better places in Napoli - Location is good for train station, about a 16-17 min walk, but very noisy and the main bed was comfortable The communication from the host wasn't the best, didn't always respond. so I gave up as well in the end, which lead to them turning up on the door step one evening impersonating the police. I'm glad I was in at the time and isn't wasn't just my wife and kids. luckily the lady from booking.com arrived and sorted the issue.The host was ment to send a picture of the front door before we arrived so we knew which door it was on the street, but it never arrived, again luckily a neighbour helped us find the correct place. The shower room is very small and anyone taller than 5' 10" would struggle to shower in there. There is mould on the ceiling due to no ventilation. The toilet cistern is always condensate and the toilet roll holder is underneath, so the toilet paper was sosoaking wet, luckily we took some of our own. The towels provided were more like hand towels than towels for drying yourself after a shower, again luckily we took our own. although the mattress was very comfy, everytime someone rolled over, it would squeak really loudly and wake the room. • Roxby (8/5): comfortable and enjoyable - the home itself was lovely, fully working facilities and communicative owners to help us. has wifi as our signal didnt work the best there, which was good the location, we were a bit taken aback as the photo of the street online is not accurate, however for a 10/15 min walk to the centre it wasnt too bad
