- Mukendi (1/5): Effroyable, révoltant et amer. - Je n'ai rien aimé pour la simple raison que je n'étais qu'au debut de mon sejour. Cependant, je dois affirmer que l'appartement est situé à un emplacement exceptionnel. Contrairement aux informations affichées selon lesquelles l'herbergement est non fumeur, j'ai constaté que les odeurs de la cigarettes étaient manifestes. Il ne s'agissait pas d'un fait accidentel. L'évidence est que quand on entre dans l'appartement, on est accueilli par une odeur très forte et ambiante qui laisse croire que l'hebergement est fumeur. Ma conjointe et moi ne pouvions pas occuper l'appartement au risque de tomber malade. Un préposé (agent?) a essayé d'utiliser un produit pulvérisant pour essayer de masquer lesdites odeurs. Un fait aussi à noter est que la gérante (propriétaire?) après avoir reconnu par écrit qu'il y avait des odeurs de cigarettes dans l'appartement, elle a essayé de renier ce fait afin de ne pas me rembourser. Pire encore, elle a cherché à justifier mon refus d'occuper l'appartement par un mensonge. Elle a estimé qu'elle devait remboursé seulement la moitié de la somme que j'avais payée pour occuper l'appartement. Le client doit être respecté. Ce n'était pas mon cas. Quand j'ai commencé à faire des suivis par écrit pour obtenir le remboursement pour bris de conditions, la gérante (propriétaire?) m'a manqué du respect. Quel dommage!
