• Greg (7/5): Great location - Very good location, quite close to the historic centre of Cordoba but an easy walk to and from the railway station. Good range of facilities in the apartment - eg dish washer, washing machine Opening the front door at times was problematic - needed to telephone the host as we could not get in.. Also on the last morning there was a smell coming up from the shower
• Rosa Maria (6/5): Por unos 170 que salió la noche caro en relación calidad precio - La ubicación era buena aunque la zona muy ruidosa porque está en una zona peatonal y pasa mucha gente por la noche. Hacen botellon en unas escaleras frente al apartamento. La calle muy sucia. Eva fue amable y contestó todas mis preguntas, pero el alojamiento lo encontré caro. Bares cerca para poder desayunar. Café en cápsulas para desayunar en la habitacion. La cama horrible, se hundía completamente hacia el centro. Para una estancia de un día está bien pero al segundo día teníamos muchos dolores de espalda. El sofá cama era más bien un sofá porque el colchón del sofá es imposible que duerman dos personas ya que está a diferente altura. Es de sky y no se podía poner ropa de cama, se resbalaba y el colchón tenía muchas manchas. Si el alojamiento cambiara la cama y el sofá cama, mi puntuación hubiera sido superior porque el ruido se podía arreglar con tapones… pero la incómodad de la cama no.

• MANUEL (9/5): - Hubicacion, estancia y decoración Algunas terminaciones no estaban bien resueltas. A la ducha le faltaba una mampara y se salía el agua. Por lo demás todo bien. Un muy buen apartamento para disfrutar de Córdoba.

• Adrian (8/5): - La estancia en el apartamento es buena. PERSONAL: no nos conocimos en ningún momento, todo el contacto fue por whastapp, pero Eva estuvo atenta en todo momento. INSTALACIONES: el apartamento es cómodo, tiene lo necesario para pasar unos dias fuera de tu casa. LIMPIEZA: higiene correcta, sin problema. CONFORT: el confort es bueno es bueno para pasar unos días cómodos fuera de casa. UBICACIÓN: buena para visitar los lugares turísticos de Córdoba. Si vas con coche propio, se aparca relativamente fácil por la zona RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO: en este caso correcto. Dependerá también de la época

• isabel (8/5): - Menos un par de cosas que no nos gustaron, en general está muy bien para el precio que tiene. En general estaba limpio,pero los ventiladores de techo estaban muy sucios. En ninguna de las dos televisiones se puede ver nada. No tiene canales por cable o Netflix como ponía en el anuncio. Y tampoco se podían ver los canales normales. Se ofrecieron a venir al apartamento para ver el problema,pero para dos días preferimos dejarlo estar. Solventado esas dos cosas,sería genial.

• Oleksii_nl (9/5): Good apartment: I'd book it again - We liked everything but especially the owner (or the property manager). The guy managed to fix and replace things a few hours before Christmas. He did everything to make us feel at home. Impressive. The apartment met us with many traditional Christmas sweets. During Christmas time, the floor is rather cold. Take some extra socks with you. The apartment is on the ground floor. Its own flow is made of tiles. It can be very cold. It can be a bit noisy if some people decide to drink beers just outside in front of the apartment.

• Cristina (7/5): Affordable apartment nicely located in Córdoba - The apartment is spacious and quite new, it is located in a street without traffic so that is nice. The location is also good, in a nice neighbourhood and about 20 min walking from the city center. You can also find parking space sort of easily. The price was also great considering there was a local festival in Córdoba at the time of our stay. The keys are located in a lock box outside the apartment, which is quite handy when sharing apartment with others but also for key pick-up. The person handling delivery of the keys and accommodating. The apartment was for 4 people but we think it is a little optimistic for such amount of people, not due to the size of the apartment but because it is a loft. I would say it is ideal for a couple or maximum 3 people, unless your priority is not comfort. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, specially the bed extension, I mean one could cope for a weekend but just consider it if you prioritise rest!
• Stephen (10/5): Clean Modern Apartment in a quiet area - Spacious, very clean and tidy apartment in a nice quiet location which has been recently renovated. There are many bars and restaurants close by and the historic area is only about a 10 minute walk away. Can’t fault the property everything was good.
