• 서울신사 (2/5): - I couldn't communicate in English at all. Although they said there was a parking lot, he told me I couldn't park because my car was too big. He didn't even give me directions to the parking lot; he just told me the name and left. Also, there was no lift, so I had a hard time moving my luggage up to the second floor (which is equivalent to the third floor in the Korean system). The towels smelled musty and were unusable. In any case, I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

• VUTK (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious. The host was extremely generous in allowing us to store our luggage in the downstairs area of the apartment building after our check out time and he allowed us to keep the keys to re-enter the building after the check out time to pick up our luggage. Before or check in, there was no way to communicate with the host other than through the booking.com messaging app, but the host was not responding promptly; hours would go by without getting a response. When we arrived, a room in the apartment building was under renovation so there were cement bags right inside the front entrance of the apartment building. There were several steep flights of stairs up to apartment #2 on the second floor. We don't have mobility issues or big luggages, but the stairs should have been mentioned in the room listing in case a guest has mobility restrictions or big luggages. The shower pan or the wall built around the shower pan was leaking a little water onto the bathroom floor. The towels provided for guests' use were dingy white and thread bare.

• Valentina (1/5): Malisimo no recomiendo - Nada Estaban en obra en el mismo departamento por ende teniamos a los obreros desde las 7 am a los gritos al lado nuestro. Los tenia arriba del baño ( separado x un techo de vidrio). Muy incomodo. El dueño NO aviso de esto previamente. No pudimos descansar nada. Ademas el dueño tenia un trato inapropiado diciendome “primor”, un desubicado. Encima te cobra 15 euros x dia por estacionamiento. Y cdo le dijimos nuestro disconfort no trato de compensarlo de ninguna forma

• Antonio (9/5): Simply perfect for a short stay in Granada - The apartment has been recently refurbished, so everything is practically brand new. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre — for example, about 1 minute from Calle Recogidas, 3 minutes from Calle San Antón, and around 4 minutes from Puerta Real — so the location is truly outstanding. Being on a narrow traditional street, traffic is very limited, which makes the area cosy and comfortable. The apartment has a double bedroom with a sofa and TV, as well as a lounge with another sofa and TV. There is also a small kitchen area where you can prepare your own meals if needed, equipped with an electric hob, microwave, plates, cutlery, and a sink for cleaning. The bathroom is excellent — spacious and beautifully decorated. The internet router is located in the bedroom, so the signal is perfect throughout the property unless the bedroom door is closed, in which case the Wi-Fi signal becomes weaker and the TV connection may occasionally stop. The only downside during our stay was that builders were still working in the flat upstairs, so from around 8am onwards it was difficult to sleep longer if needed. However, this was not really an issue for us as we usually left the apartment early in the morning and returned in the evening when the workers had already finished for the day. The owner, Halid, did apologise for this, and we fully understood, as heavy rain had affected southern Spain for nearly a month and many works had been postponed. Parking is not easy in this area, but there are paid parking options nearby, and the owner Halid can help arrange this if required.

• sonia (8/5): - la situación excepcional, en el centro y muy cerca de los lugares de interés. El anfitrión super amable y nos ayudó mucho en todo. el acceso a la vivienda son unas escaleras bastante empinadas y no hay ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

• Zaira (8/5): Como en casa - Era muy acogedor, todo súper limpio y muy atentos los dueños. Es más por gusto personal no quiero decir que no esté mal! Es comodisima..solo que la cama es un poco “simple” “básica”, porque al moverme hace bastante ruido.
• D'Accardi (8/5): J'y retournerai sans faute. Trop beau. - Très bel appartement atypique, qui rappelle l'histoire de la ville de Granada et son héritage mauresque. Je le conseille vivement. Seul petit bémol c'est l'insonorisation de la chambre mais pour le reste, hyper propre, bel emplacement, hôte très agréable et toujours disponible et souriant. Absolument à refaire. L'appart est vraiment beau. Il y a la clim (il faisait 30 degrés à Granada, un vrai bonheur). Attention à l'excursion thermique car le soir les températures descendent de 10 degrés. Petit bémol l'insonorisation mais c'est petite chose comparé à tous les points positifs.

• C (8/5): Wat is Granada ontzettend druk en haastig. Boek je kaartjes voor Al Hambra ruim van tevoren. - Het is een prachtig appartement, met een mooie, ruime badkamer. Ook de slaapkamer en keuken zijn netjes ingericht. Het appartement ligt direct achter het centrum. Het is een plezier om zo centraal te verblijven. - Het appartement ligt op de 2e etage houd rekening met traplopen. -De slaapkamer ligt aan de straatkant 's nachts heb je hinder van het lawaai op straat. - Het zou heel fijn zijn als de keukenspullen wat worden uitgebreid met bv nog een pan, vergiet een grote kom.

• Francesco (10/5): Nice stay in center of Granada - Central location, possibility to have a parking for a small car. The hosts super friendly and very helpful. Inside the apartment there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay. FYI: The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.

• Chantal (9/5): Prima hotel met gunstige ligging. - De ligging is perfect. De badkamer is heel groot en netjes. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien (behalve een theedoek). Het bed is erg klein. En wij vonden het matras en de kussens niet zo fijn. Maar dat kan per persoon verschillen natuurlijk.

Spätere Abreise war möglich - Parkplatz war sehr teuer (15€ pro Tag) und nur Bargeldannahme - Möbel waren defekt ( Verletzungsgefahr) - Kommunikation mit Vermieterin sehr schwierig und kaum einladend - Dusche überschwemmt das Bad -Leitungen waren defekt ( Auffanggefäß im Schlafzimmer —> Tropfen)

• Carmen (10/5): Piso céntrico y bien equipado - El apartamento está en una zona muy céntrica, entre la calle Recogidas y Acera del Darro, donde está El Corte Inglés. Está situado una zona muy tranquila, apenas pasan coches y de noche se descansa muy bien, además la cama era muy cómoda. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta, quizá le falta un poco de menaje pero la cocina es pequeña y entiendo que no cabe mucho más. Solicitamos acceso al garaje, que está junto al apartamento y es más barato que otros parking públicos que hay en la zona. Además, es fácil de maniobrar y acceder al mismo. Por poner algún pero, lo que menos nos gustó fueron los sofás del apartamento, no eran nada cómodos, y las escaleras de acceso al piso. Es un piso antiguo reformado y los escalones son altos, pero si te alojas en el primer piso no son muchos escalones.

• Sofia (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole in pieno centro - Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria, sempre disponibile e gentile. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro e vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento era molto pulito. La cucina era però poco attrezzata: mancavano la cappa aspirante, gli strofinacci e alcuni accessori essenziali. L’appartamento non dispone di ascensore, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Il bagno è molto grande e comodo, anche se con pochi piani d’appoggio disponibili
• María José (9/5): Ideal para parejas - La ubicación y la plaza amplia de aparcamiento. La amabilidad del anfitrión y la seguridad y tranquilidad de la zona. Por decir algo, que no había ascensor pero eso no fue un inconveniente en ningún momento. A penas eran unos escalones.

• Silvia (9/5): Wonderful stay in Granada's city centre - The apartment is perfectly located on a back and quiet street in Granada's center, making it easy to get everywhere on foot. The apartment is spacious, the bathroom is actually quite big, the bed is comfortable, and everything was very clean. The hosts are very friendly, always answered my questions promptly and were extremely helpful at all times, even with a special request I had. I spent 5 wonderful days here and would certainly stay at Frailes apartment again! Thank you!

The apartment had a nice interior, and was really cool in the early summer (they have AC, but I didn't need to use it). I was travelling solo, but the place would have been perfectly enough and spacious for two people
• Iva (10/5): Definitely a great apartment - Great apartment with everything you need. Right in the center. The host was very helpful. There is also parking one minute away at additional cost which was really convenient. Would recommend to book the parking upfront if you are with car.

• Anna (5/5): Passable - The host who welcomed us was ok, and the bedsheets were clean. Really big bathroom. The apartment might be small, but the problem is that the description of it as a place that sleeps 4 persons is not accurate. There is a normal double bed, and a really small sofa, folding-in-two and opening type, no mattress, where the back and the bottom of it form an almost rectangular small bed (about 1,40 x 1,60), where there is no way that an adult person can sleep straight, because of the folding cuts in the middle of the bed and also because of its size. We had planned our children to sleep together but there was no chance. We had to sleep our 6 year old daughter at the double bed with us, and our 16 year old son (height 1,72) slept diagonally on the sofa, his legs outside of the bed, to fit. They should either offer the apartment for 3 persons (2 and a child) or they should put a normal sofa/ couch to the second/ living room where the kitchen is, that opens to a normal bed, with mattress. We wouldn't have booked had we known. And as a bonus, the apartment was not cleaned sufficiently, kitchen utensils in a filthy situation, hair and dust everywhere at the floor, thank God the bathroom and the bedsheets were/ seemed clean.
• Iryna (2/5): Very poor - Host agreed on early check in. Constant smell of cigarettes. Very often during the day we saw host on the first floor and apartment was on second floor. Seems he smoke in the building and we could smell cigarettes in our apartment. Host doesn't know English at all. It was impossible to communicate. Why they insisted on meeting us to pass keys during check in and check out I really don't understand. It is such waste of time, taking into account we couldn't understand anything. No hooks for towels in bathroom Very old towels with holes. The blanket was very warm. We couldn't use toster because it was very dirty. Bedroom windows were facing street and even with closed windows we woke up every night because of noise from street (garbage truck, screaming man).

We easily agreed with them on the possibility of an earlier check-in, and they also offered us the option of storing our luggage with them on the day of departure (the train left for us in the evening). The bathroom was amazing and the wifi was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.
