• Sanz (7/5): Great location right in town near tavernas - Good location nice bathroom and kitchen set up. Would have been good to have some information in room re rubbish removal etc we had to ask downstairs if we could use there bins to empty the rubbish in after a few days
• Sema (8/5): - Konumu çok iyidi, temizliği iyidi.Balkonu çok keyifliydi.Genel olarak konaklamanızda ihtiyaç duyacağınız herşey vardı. 4 kişilik ev diye görünüyordu ama alt kattaki kanepe 2 yetişkin için yeterli rahatlıkta değildi.Bir de evin mutfak eşyaları yeterli ve iyidi ama sadece tava ve tencerelerde memnun kalmadık, yenilenmesi gerekiyor.Bir de gürültü hassasiyeti olanlara tavsiye etmem,geceleri geç vakte kadar mekanların gürültüsü geliyor.
• Theofilos (10/5): Amazing!!!! - The apartment was amazing. Very clean, had all the amenities needed to make our stay easy and the location, wow, the location!! The owner was amazing and very accommodating. Will definitely be back. I loved everything.
• Ayşe Aslı (9/5): Efsane manzaralı taş ev - Buzdolabına su, meyve suyu, atıştırmalıklar konmuştu, çok ince bir düşünce. Ev konum olarak bar ve restoranlara bir kaç dk yürüme mesafesinde ve şahane bir rıhtım manzarasına sahip. Mutfak bir kaç eksiğine rağmen yemek yapmak için yeterli. Yazın çok güneş alıyor ama kliması çok iyi çalışıyor. Temizlik için malzemeler, çamaşır makinesi için deterjan konulmuştu. Çamaşır alanı geniş olmadığı için ev sahibinden rica etmek zorunda kaldım, çarşafların yıkanması için. Evde kalın perdeler yok ama ahşap kepenkler fazlasıyla yeterli. Yatak odası olarak kullanılan üst kat biraz alçak, 165cm boyumla 2 kere tavana kafamı vurdum, 190 olan erkek arkadaşım emekleyerek yatağa gelebildi. 2-3 gün kalınca belki önemli değil ama 2 hafta kalınca bir süre sonra eziyete dönüyor. Keşke evin özelliklerinin olduğu yere yazsalarmış.
• Laurent (7/5): - L'appartement est décoré avec goût, tres propre et tres bien équipé. Il est situé proche du port L'environnement est extrêmement bruyant, a cause des restaurants et de la route passante. Un trafic sans interruption a partir du levé du soleil jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

• Jack (10/5): Best apartment in Kalimnos - This was the best stay across our trip! This apartment is beautiful!! The hosts was very fast and good at communicating there own a butchers below and it’s the best tasting meat I have ever eaten! This is the best island I have been too with in the last 2 years (12 islands in total) - I can’t wait to book this again next year There was nothing I could say about this property that I didn’t like about it
• Marketa (10/5): - The accommodation was a beautiful stone house with wonderful view of the harbor. The accommodation was great furnished and equipped with everything you need. Checkin and checkout was very easy. We felt right at home.
• Jesus (10/5): Great home, can’t wait to do it again! - Location was perfect! The apartment is beautifully appointed and stocked with essentials. Communication is quick. Highly recommend this apartment. Would love to come back again and again. There are no complaints. The area is not touristy loud. The neighbor is very nice. Pothia is very walkable.
• Victoria (10/5): Perfect stay - loved Kalymnos and the people - so friendly - It was a lovely apartment - balcony with a great view. Everything you need is provided - shampoo, soap, washing powder etc. Very comfy bed Nothing - but the ceiling is low in the bedroom - but that didn’t bother us

The accommodation is modern, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect, situated just above a vibrant area with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Kalymnos. The host was incredibly welcoming, greeting us warmly at the door upon arrival. They also thoughtfully left some goodies in the fridge, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. Petrakis Home offers a perfect combination of modern comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Kalymnos. We look forward to returning in the future! It was full of ants but i understand that’s something that can’t be worked on
